This guide covers how to mint UD subdomains using proxy contracts. This process requires using the Polygonscan user interface to write and execute proxy contracts.

Step 1 : Select the Minting Manager polygon smart contract. The Minting Manager polygon smart contract is an interface for minting second-level domains.

Click on the Minting Manager polygon smart contract.

Refer to the below image.

Step 2 : Click on the Contract and select Write as Proxy as shown in the below image.

Step 3 : Connect to your Web3 Wallet. Refer the below image.

Step 4 : Scroll down and click on the 16th column IssueWithRecords. Refer the below image.

Step 5 : Fill the below values in the respective fields. Refer the below images.

Example : If you own a domain metaartdesign.nft and you want to mint subdomain web.metaartdesign.nft

Step 6 : Now click on Write and you’re done.

Buyers on opensea have no option to bargain except making an offer on your NFTs. Though we sellers have the option to add twitter and website links under opensea profile but what if I tell you that we can provide buyer the option to have a chat facility directly with the seller.

Relation Labs have done this job pretty much with it’s “Relation One” chat plugin application. Here are the steps to add Relation One.

• All you need to create an account on Relation Labs with the same wallet, the wallet which you’re using on opensea to sell your NFTs.

• Second step is to download the Relation One chat plugin. It’s like a browser extension similar to the metamask extension. Chat icon or float is also visible on your desktop right bottom which you can hide anytime. Kindly refer the above image.

• You don’t need make any changes on opensea as it will automatically fetch details.
