步骤二：支付

参与本次活动，注册的域名需为1年有效期的 . meta 域名。如果 .meta域名注册年限为大于1年，则不能参与本活动，注册相关费用将不被返还。

TwitterScan平台诞生的背景

行走江湖，人人都希望有个响亮的名号。而在 Web3 的江湖里，域名就是那个名号。

某种程度上，域名也是一个比地址更容易理解的身份。

但目前每个链和生态似乎也都有了自己的域名服务，彼此间形成了一个个孤岛，缺乏联动和生态效应，不同域名的分配、管理和技术对接等步骤，尚未有统一的框架和标准。

从更宏观的视角来看，这些问题都涉及到整个域名赛道能否长远发展。

我们不妨进入 Web3 域名的江湖，观察这些问题背后的一场混战，见证一次江湖规矩的订立。

Web3域名的江湖混战

行走在 Web3 的世界里，人人都有链上地址，但大多数人都无法记住自己和别人的这串数字和字母的组合。对应到 Web2 的世界里，我们可能也并不知道百度首页的 IP 地址。

之所以能输入baidu.com访问到百度网站，是因为背后的DNS（域名服务）在起作用：将我们可读易记录的网址，解析和转换成IP地址，进而顺利进行访问。

ENS 的开宗立派

同样的，ENS 在 Web3 的江湖里首先开宗立派，提供了类似 DNS 的服务：对无序复杂的链上地址进行封装，形成类似 123.eth 等可读易记的域名，访问时再将其解析成对应的地址。

其中，ENS 的本质仍是链上合约，每个域名都会被铸造成 NFT，用户可以自由进行注册、交易转让和管理等。

ENS 的设计逻辑并不复杂，注册和解析的功能也与传统互联网中的域名服务大体相同。

但它的出现，为用户克服链上地址的不便创造了可能，转账出错的概率得以降低，同时自己注册 ENS 域名也能够展示个性，并且形成了类似个人主页的聚合功能：你可以在一个 ENS 域名下的网页中关联自己的各类社媒地址和资产。

至此，在保证用户数据主权的情况下，ENS 实现了链上地址访问路径唯一性、可读性和聚合性的统一。而在用户视角下，Web3 里也有了熟悉的“自定义昵称”，晦涩的“0x”得到了个性化的封装。

门派林立的混战

ENS 先出一剑，.eth 的江湖名声逐渐扩大。

但整个 Web3 的江湖门派林立。新公链之争中的各路好手，也势必在域名赛道上不甘落后，纷纷建立自己生态内的域名体系；

同时各类交易所、Dapp、NFT 相关项目和域名方案提供商等，也希望打响自己的江湖名号，自然会在域名赛道上分了一杯羹。非公链后缀的域名也随之出现。

于是竞争成为了一种必然，但各自成长所产生的混战，其带来的负外部性则会产生整个行业共同面对的痛点：

首先是域名冲突和欺诈风险。

由于顶级域的分配尚无确定规则，例如 .abc 后缀的域名由项目 A 先发布，B 项目可能就没法再将该后缀提供给用户了；又或者 B 项目也发布了 .abc 后缀的域名，此时 A 和 B 之间必然陷入后缀冲突的混战与纷争。

同时，ENS 中的"零宽字符"问题也展示出了域名欺诈的可能，人眼看上去相同的两个域名，其中一个有可能藏着不显示的字符，极易诱导发生转账错误。而市场上也缺乏一个公认的鉴别“李逵”和“李鬼”的方式；此外，不同后缀但相同前缀的域名，是否指向同一个用户？用户在转账时，显然会对 123.abc 和 123.cba 产生“是否会是同一个人”的困惑，可能会去不同的浏览器中进行查询。

其次是跨生态对接的复杂。

既有单链域名，又有多链域名，以及还有提供跨链展示域名的空间。每个都有自己的对接规则、技术和呈现方式；

作为 web3 项目，不同后缀的域名注册、使用、更新、维护、转手，要遵循不同域名发布者的规则，逐个去适应和对接也很麻烦。你能够想象解析和跳转百度的网站是一套规则，而谷歌的又是另一套规则？

最后，赛道中的玩家们缺乏共同利益。

不同的公链、交易所和项目方们都有自己的打算，都希望在竞争中占据优势。面对功能相似的域名，各自为战是一种必然，但没有办法形成合力，结果是生态之间一个个的域名孤岛。

本位主义和局部主义的导向下，A 的发展好坏和 B 的关系并不大。行业中缺乏一个开启全局视角来推进域名赛道资源分配、协调和生态建设的拉动者。

当整个域名赛道面临共同的问题时，也意味着需要一个共同的解决方案。

Registry3，订立新的江湖规矩

在一场关于域名的混战中，各门各派的影响力，似乎没有获得持续的增量发展。

ENS 们的出现，从需求端保证了所有权，即域名及解析出来的内容和业务都属于你自己。但是，供给端的问题逐渐被放大：

哪些域名应该分配给谁，哪个域名是真的，域名在不同链上如何互通，如何降低对接成本 ？

解决上述问题的关键，在于订立一个公认的、普惠的、清晰的江湖规矩（协议和标准）。当域名赛道的玩家们都能按同一套规矩行事，才能带来摩擦的减少和效率的提升。

而这样的江湖规矩，在 Web2 的互联网里早有成功先例。

ICANN，即互联网名称与数字地址分配机构，在传统互联网世界里定下了域名分配和管理的规则。由它来统一处理 IP 地址的空间分配、通用顶级域名（如.com）以及国家和地区顶级域名（如.US等）的管理。

你可以简单的理解为 ICANN 形成了一套全球统一的标准，来解决哪些域名颁发给谁、如何注册和对接等问题。也正因为拥有同一个规则，全球互联网域名才能健康运行，相关的应用和生态才能在此规则上构建。

去中心化的 ICANN，Registry3 的新规矩

Web2 里的这套老江湖规矩，对 Web3 也有借鉴意义。

在 Web3 的域名赛道里，我们也需要一个类似的组织，来订立一套新的江湖规矩，用于处理域名的分配和各方利益的协调。

而近期出现的新项目 Registry3，正在致力于这套新规矩的构建：打造一个能够促进 Web3 公平和开放的域名分配框架，并通过完整的内部工具包来加速 Web3 域名的大规模应用。

进一步研究其产品功能，我们发现 Registry3 更像一个“去中心化的 ICANN”，试图订立一套 Web3 域名的行业标准，其产品设计涵盖了域名的分配、技术对接与管理等多个方面：

第一是 Web3 顶级域的分配规则设计和 CA 职能。

正如前文提到的域名后缀冲突，两个域名注册商都开放了例如“.abc”后缀的域名注册服务，此时后缀占用的先后以及所代表的业务真假都容易产生争论。ICANN 对顶级域（如.US和.UK)采取了统一管理，并且将域名资源分配给了不同国家，进而避免了后缀冲突问题。

类似的，Registry3 将进行公平开放的协议设计，并且引入竞争与合作机制，将 Web3 中不同后缀的顶级域有条件的发放给多个域名注册商，以解决后缀冲突带来的一系列问题。目前其产品仍处于早期阶段，具体的设计和竞合规则暂未完全公布，但我们预测其存在利用通证来进行质押、竞价和转让顶级域的设计。

另外，Registry3 也考虑了 CA（证书服务）的设计。由于零宽字符等问题的存在，某些看上去一样的域名，实际上背后并没有得到认证，目前仅靠小狐狸钱包和 Opensea 等平台对其进行一些标识，且各平台的标识方法也不一致。而 Registry3 的设计是给合法通过注册的域名发放证书以确认域名的真实有效，以避免相应的域名欺诈问题。

第二是统一和简化域名服务的对接流程。

在域名混战的环境下，接入“.eth”需要使用 ENS 的 SDK，而接入“.bnb”则又要用到 SpaceID 的 SDK，缺乏一个统一的流程。

而 Registry3 则定义了一套统一的域名技术对接的规范，多后缀域名的情况下无需逐个对接不同的 SDK，各域名注册商仅需共同使用 Registry3 的统一 SDK 即可。

同时，类似 ICANN，域名的解析、续费、转移、竞价和 whois 查询服务等域名注册相关流程和环节也都是一套标准，域名在不同的链和生态之间的转移会变得更加顺畅和便利。

也正因为这种域名服务的统一性，例如当行业中的交易所、钱包和其他应用已经通过 Registry3 接入了 .nft 域名，那么 .nft 后缀的一些新项目出现后，他们就无需再逐个去确认和评估新项目们的安全性，简化了域名相关的识别和对接事项。

最后，以 DAO 的方式进行域名相关的事项管理。

ICANN 是在 Web2 的环境下，基于特定的历史和国际环境形成的中心化机构。而在 Web3 中，DAO 的组织形式则更适合域名相关的事项管理。

域名这件事上，交易所、钱包、各类 Dapp 甚至是 Web2 的域名机构都是利益相关方，他们或早或晚都会参与到域名的对接、识别和跳转等流程中。因此让利益相关方以 DAO 形式共同参与 Registry3 就成了非常自然的步骤。当新项目注册域名时，DAO 成员也会参与到项目的安全评估中，满足一定条件后才发放域名。

同时，DAO 里的成员等于结成了一个同盟，共同对 web3 域名的整体负责，同时也能获得共同利益，如降低域名对接成本、识别域名欺诈以及域名的多生态互通等。

规矩的落地：链、节点与生态

此外，这些 DAO 中的成员，也对应着 Registry3 关于公链和节点的设计。

在 Registry3 的构想中，其产品会由一条公链来承载，而包含交易所、钱包和其他 Dapp 成员的节点，将会以去中心的方式，共同运行和维护着 Registry3 链的稳定。

在这条链上，涉及到整个 Web3 域名体系中的注册、更新、维护、转让和查询等行为，都可以被看做是链上交易，而节点们也需要对这些交易进行验证和处理。因此，Registry3 相当于打造了一条“域名链”来专门处理域名相关的事宜。

而这条域名链则更偏 L0 的位置，向其他的 L1 们提供域名注册、调节和协同等服务；同时任何 L1 区块链都能运行 Registry3 来启用其提供的域名服务，并且也能扩展延伸到 L2 上。

在节点设计上，Registry3 采用了开放的分层模式：与域名利益相关且规模较大的组织，如顶级交易所、钱包、其他公链代表和监管者等，作为根节点来维护链的运行；其他重要的生态伙伴作为VIP节点加入，而任何其他感兴趣的人也可以作为节点加入到 Registry3 中，承担节点的角色，并共同分享质押收益。

在链和节点的设计下，Registry3 形成了一个较为清晰的生态建设路线。域名的注册、更新以及证书服务所产生的收入，除了覆盖自身 DAO的运营和开发之外，也会分给节点，用以激励其维护链的稳定运行；同时部分费用也会用来扶持中小型 Dapp，促进其支持 Registry3 的域名服务。

而当规则得以订立，落地有据可循之后，剩下的就要看 Registry3 是否有能力执行了。

MetaScan的江湖经验

当 Registry3 想要制定Web3域名的统一标准时，必然需要熟悉域名的玩法，和拥有整合行业内外资源的能力。这件事，恐怕并不是一个门外汉可以为之。

而为 Registry3 提供背后支持的是 MetaScan。在此之前，MetaScan曾经孵化过两款产品：分析加密行业社交媒体趋势的工具 TwitterScan，以及跨链域名服务 NNS（NFT Name Service)。

2. 主域名设置 【必须的操作】

在下图页面右侧Primary NNS Name区域，点击Set up，可以设置主域名 （主域名设置后，才能实现正反解析功能）；

如果当前地址仅有1个域名，设置此域名为主域名； 如果当前钱包地址有多个域名，可以选择一个作为主.NFT域名，主域名设置后仍可随时替换；

点击Save确定主域名后，会弹出钱包，按提示操作。（如操作时您认为gas费高，请等待一段时间或次日再操作）

3. 确认/设置identity information（个人信息）【必须的操作】

点击域名，进入如下域名信息详情页，在“Set up identity information”板块，点击Edit进行设置。

3.1 确认Address为当前钱包地址；如Address为空，请填写当前钱包地址。【必须的操作】 3.2 将TwitterScan与Link3个人主页链接填至对应对话框中，并点击Reserve保存。

4. 转移/修改Registrant(持有人) 与 设置Controller(管理员)

Registrant (持有人)：具有域名的所有权，可以设置Controller(管理人)，可以将域名转移给其他人/钱包。（域名转移后，当前钱包地址就不再具有域名的拥有权）

Controller(管理人)：具有管理操作权，可以设置indent information (解析地址、TwitterScan与Link3个人页面链接)，进行续费，设置子域名等操作。

4.1 修改Registrant(持有人)，转移域名拥有权 在下图页面点击Transfer，在弹出的对话框内输入新Registerant(持有人)的钱包地址并确认。 只有Registrant(持有人)才能进行域名拥有权的转移。（域名转移后，当前钱包地址就不再具有域名的拥有权）

4.2 设置Controller(管理员)

在下图页面点击Set up，在弹出的对话框中输入钱包地址设置Controller(管理员)。Controller(管理员)可以与Registrant(持有人)为相同或不同钱包地址。

5. 设置子域名

选中一个一级域名，进入该域名设置页面，点击Subdomains，进入子域名设置页面。

在如下图子域名设置页面，点击 + Add subdomain，在弹出的对话框”Add secondary identity”内，输入子域名名字并确认。

每个一域名可以设置多个子域名。子域名可以自己使用，或者给他人使用。（设置子域名的Controller为他人的钱包地址，可实现子域名给他人使用）

6. 续年费

可在任何时间点进行续年费操作。续费年限可以选1年，也可以选择多年。

在下图页面点击Renewal，弹出续费年限选择。

在下图页面点击“+”选择想要续费的年数，并点击Reserve确认后付款

1. 访问NNS官网域名注册页面

2. 选择注册域名的区块链网络（或注册代金券对应的域名区块链网络，Ethereum或BNB Smart Chain），确认钱包当前网络与所选注册网络一致，点击右上角Connect Wallet 链接钱包，在网页中央对话框内输入想要的域名，点击 Search

***域名不可包含大写字母，可包含小写字母、数字与名字中间的中划线

3. Search 结果

a. 显示 Congrats, this domain is available为可以注册 ，点击Register Now

b. 显示 Sorry, this domain is taken 或者 Unavailable 为不可注册该域名，可在框内输入其他域名，点击Search查询是否可注册

步骤二：支付

在下图界面，先确认/选择注册年限 Registration Period（点击“+”可选择注册2年及更多年）。

如您有注册代金券，在Promo code栏输入后点击Verify， 验证通过后点击Register。 注册代金券对应的金额将从待支付总金额中被扣除。

***注册费/年费：3字符域名，$640/年（以ETH 或 BNB支付）；4字符域名，$160/年 （以ETH 或 BNB 支付）；5/5+字符域名，$5/年 （以ETH 或 BNB 支付）。

步骤三：设置

在 My Account 页面中 Primary NNS Name 板块点击 Set up，进行主域名设置，域名即可被解析与使用。

**如果您注册域名仅作为投资，不做使用，则无需进行此设置。

第一步：链上登记

1.在NNS官网 nft.space主页，点击页面右上角Connect Wallet 连接钱包，之后点击My Account

2.在My Account中，找到已成功预注册的域名，点击Request to activate，钱包弹出并按提示操作。（若您认为激活时gas费过高，请稍后或次日激活）

**请在您页面显示的预注册域名有效期（10月20日中午12点整）之前完成激活。预注册域名有效期结束后，其他人可正常注册该域名。

第二步：等待一分钟

How do you quickly assess the value of an NFT collection?

Investors and traders use different metrics to assess, most of them are based on the trading data of the corresponding NFT collection, some of them also monitor the popularity of the relevant NFT trend on social media and within communities.

The difference between the two metrics is that trading data is on-chain and transparent,  which has given rise to a series of NFT data analysis portals. However, the data metrics representing social media/community trends are extremely complicated, and we can only measure them in a general range. The problem here is "how to formulate a valid social media data indicator".

For this purpose, TwitterScan, a data analysis service collects both from Twitter KOL trends and whale transaction data was designed.

About TwitterScan

As we all know, Twitter is one of the most prominent outlets for KOLs from all industries worldwide, certainly including the crypto industry,since almost every crypto protocol and its founder has a Twitter accountEven the founders of Twitter are big fans of BTC.

• Chrome Plugin: NFT rarity, floor price, number of whale holders, and holding rates, supports most of the major NFT marketplace.

• NFT Whale holdings information: After accessing the page of an NFT collection, we can see which NFT whales follow the NFT collection’s Twitter, the whales that hold the corresponding NFT collection, and the number of times the whales mention the NFT collection in their tweets.

We can also search Twitter handle to find the corresponding Twitter KOLs, and TwitterScan displays their mentioned token, projects, and topics they frequently mentioned, as shown in the figure below:

TwitterScan aggregates the opinions and discussions spreadingly posted by crypto KOLs on Twitter, then combines them with on-chain data and presents them to us in a structured way, while eventually reaching the goal of helping investors and traders better invest in crypto assets.

TwitterScan, on the other hand, is just a part of the business map conceived by MetaScan.

The Chinese translation of "Meta" is "yuan", which means to leap to an upper layer to look at the current situation, or to study the underlying things and rules from a higher perspective. "Meta" is the essence itself, and then everything is then derived from "Meta".

The leap from Web2 to Web3
