1. What is 2-factor Authentication?

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is a security process in which users provide two authentication factors to verify themselves.

You need to download an authenticator app on your phone. When you set up an authenticator app with your Omega account, that account generates a secret key - a random collection of numbers and symbols - which you then save to the authenticator app. Omega app usually shows you that key in a QR code. When you scan that with the authenticator app, the key is saved to your phone.

Then when you withdraw coins from that Omega account, it asks you to check your authenticator app for a code that displays for a short time, usually 30 seconds. If the codes match, that account knows the right person is trying to withdraw.

2. How to enable 2-factor Authentication in Omega accounts.

Step 1: Log in to the Google Authenticator App

Install the Google Authenticator App on Google Play/App Store:

Log in to the Google Authenticator app. You can log in with your Gmail or use this app without an account.

Step 2: Get the Authentication secret key in Omega accounts

Open your Omega app. Go to Profile, then choose “Two–Factor Authentication”.

Copy this Authentication secret key into the Omega app.

Step 3: Add the Omega secret key to the Google Authenticator App

Open your Google Authenticator App, choose to Add a code, choose to Enter a setup key and paste the key that you copied on the Omega app, then choose “Add a code”.

Step 4: Enable 2-factor Authentication in Omega accounts

After you complete the above step, the Google Authenticator App will give you a code.

Use this code to enter the following box in the Omega app. Then choose “Enable Two-Factor”.

When you activate successfully, the app will notify you.

Note: Each code is only valid for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds the application will change the new code. So please act quickly.

If you delete the Google Authenticator App or your Omega key in the Google Authenticator App, you won't be able to recover it, then you can’t withdraw your coins in your balance. So please pay attention.

Step 1: Open the OmegaNetwork application, select the menu, then select "Wallet".

Step 3: Now you'll need to create or import a new address in your OMN Wallet.

• To create a new address:  Select the "Create a new wallet" option. The app will now generate a mnemonic phrase for you. These words are the keys to your wallet, so make sure you write them down and store them in a secure place.

• To import an existing address: If you already have an address, select the "Importing using recovery phrase" option. Follow the prompts to enter your private key or mnemonic phrase, and import your address.

Step 4: Set up a password for your wallet. Once your password is set, your new wallet is ready to use!

There are two possible cases in the final step:

1. It is your first time completing KYC, you can now paste this wallet address into the KYC interface by clicking on “Update wallet address” button.

2. You have already added your wallet address but want to change it.

This remaining pool of 88,000 USDC is equivalent to 2,200,000 OMN tokens (since each token is priced at 0.04 USDC). However, the non-whitelist addresses collectively contributed 200,000 USDC, which is more than the available pool. Therefore, a proportional distribution mechanism is triggered. Your contribution of 150 USDC represents 0.00075 of the total non-whitelist contribution (150/200,000). Therefore, you would receive 0.00075 * 2,200,000 OMN = 1650 OMN. This costs you 1650 * 0.04 = 66 USDC.

The remaining amount you contributed, 150 - 66 = 84 USDC. You will need to claim this excess contribution back from the public sale website after the sale ends.

1. What is KYC

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process designed to confirm the true identity of a user. This is crucial for any platform involving financial transactions as it prevents fraudulent and money-laundering activities. OmegaNetwork employs this method to ensure the safety and fairness of our network.

2. Start Your KYC Process

Step 1: Open the OmegaNetwork application, select the menu, then select "User Verification".

Step 2: You will see the KYC registration request information if it's your turn. If it's not your turn, you may have to wait.

• Our system will prioritize and schedule KYC verification for regular users. Clone accounts will not be scheduled for KYC.

• For new accounts, please complete 10 or more mining sessions to receive an invitation for KYC verification.

Step 3: Fill out the registration form, which includes your name and country.

Step 4: Take a selfie.

• Ensure your photo is a clear, face-forward image.

• Do not cover or blur your face.

• Adjust your screen brightness to the maximum for the best quality.

• Refrain from using multiple accounts. If an existing account is found, KYC verification will be denied immediately.

When the camera does not work during KYC, do the following

• Go to the setting on your phone, select the Omega app, and allow it to use the camera

• Enable Javascript on your phone (Please search Google because each phone model has different settings)

• Upgrade your phone's operating system

• Download the Chrome app, select the upper corner, and open it with Chrome.

Step 5: Facial Recognition.

You will have 4 chances to verify your account. After all these chances expire, no further verification attempts will be possible. So please follow the requirements carefully.

• Make sure your phone's screen brightness is at maximum.

• It's recommended to do the verification in a well-lit environment. Performing KYC during the night or in dim lighting conditions may lead to verification failure.

• Our system will also compare the live person with the submitted selfie. So please ensure the image is as clear as possible.

Step 6:After checking and verifying successfully, the account will be KYC successfully.

The following is a tutorial on how to claim test BNB in the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) testnet.

Step 1: Enter https://discord.com/invite/bnbchain/  to join the BNB Chain Discord community.

Step 2: Click on “Accept Invite”.

Step 3: Click on the "Complete" button in the bottom-right corner.

Step 4: Follow the guide and agree to the rules of the community. Click on the “Submit” button.

Step 5: Choose a role in the community by clicking on the “icon global with meridians” button.

Step 6: After joining the community, scroll down and enter the “#testnet-faucet” channel.

Step 7: To get testnet BNB, first enter “!faucet” in the dialogue box, then enter your address afterwards.

Step 8: check your wallet to confirm that you have received the test BNB.

(1) Open MetaMask: Click on the MetaMask extension icon on your browser to open it.

(2) In the MetaMask wallet, click on the icon on the top right corner. Then click on "Settings" at the bottom of the dropdown menu.

In this user guide, we provide easy-to-follow instructions on how to interact with the Omega Network Testnet and take advantage of its features. On the Omega Network Testnet, users can perform various functions to familiarize themselves with the platform's features. The following are some of the activities that users can do on the Omega Testnet:

1. Get testnet tokens from the faucet to start testing the network

Step 1: Download and set up MetaMask wallet in Chrome, then create or import your wallet account (ensure you're using the latest version of Chrome)

(1) Enter the official MetaMask website: https://metamask.io/

(2) Click on "Install MetaMask for Chrome". This will take you to the Chrome web store.

(3) Here, click on "Add to Chrome".

(4) Once installed, click on “create a new wallet” or “import an existing wallet”, set up a password, and back up your seed phrase.

Step 2: Configure custom RPC settings for Omega Testnet

After installing MetaMask, follow the steps below to add a new network:

(1) At the top of the MetaMask window, you will see a network selection drop-down menu (it will likely display "Ethereum Mainnet" ). Click on this menu.

(2) Scroll down and click on "Add network", then “Add a network manually”, as you can see from the annotations in the image.

(3) A form will appear asking you to input details about the new network. Enter the following information:

Network name: Omega Testnet

New RPC URL: https://test-rpc.omtch.com/

Chain ID: 816

Currency symbol: OMN

Explorer: https://test-explorer.omtch.com/

(4) Once you've entered this information, click on "Save". The Omega Testnet should now be available from the network selection menu.

Step 3: Enter your wallet address and request for free test token

(1) Enter the official OmegaNetwork testnet faucet website:

(2) Enter your wallet address to get 1 testnet $OMN. One address can only fetch 1 testnet $OMN from the faucet each day.

2. Swap your tokens, add or remove liquidity using the test-swap tool

Step 1:Swap your tokens in the OmegaNetwork Testnet

(1) Open your web browser and visit https://test-swap.omtch.com/#/swap.

(2) Connect your wallet. Click on the "Connect Wallet" button in the upper-right corner and select your wallet type. Make sure your wallet is connected to the Omega Testnet.

(3) After your wallet is connected, you'll see the swap interface. In the "From" field, select the token you want to swap from. In the "To" field, select the token you want to swap to. Enter the amount you wish to swap.

(4) Then, click on "Swap" and confirm the transaction in your wallet. Wait for the transaction to be confirmed on the blockchain.

Step 2:Adding or Removing liquidity in the OmegaNetwork Testnet

(1) From the test swap homepage, click on "Pool" at the top of the page.

(2) Click on "Add Liquidity".

(3) Select the two tokens you want to supply to the liquidity pool.

(4) Enter the amount of the first token you want to add. The second token amount will auto-fill based on the current price to match the first token's value.

(5) Click on "Approve" for the swap interface to interact with your tokens. Then enter the amount of tokens you want to authorize in the pop-up dialog box. Only enter a number that you're comfortable with the third party spending now or in the future.

(6) Click on "Supply" and confirm the transaction in your wallet. Wait for the transaction to be confirmed on the blockchain.

(7) Once the transaction is confirmed, you will receive LP (Liquidity Provider) tokens that represent your share in the liquidity pool.

(8) You can also remove liquidity from the pool page. Simply select the LP token listed under Your Liquidity and specify the quantity of the LP token you wish to withdraw. Upon successful withdrawal of liquidity, the corresponding pair of underlying tokens will be returned to you.

3. Bridge your test assets to other testnet using the test-bridge tool

Step 1:Connect your wallet

(1) Visit https://test-bridge.omtch.com/mint.

(2) Click on the 'Connect Wallet' button on the top right corner to connect to wallet

Step 2:Wrap your tokens

To transfer test $OMN from Omega Testnet to other testnet, you need to wrap the token at first.

(1) Click on “Wrap $OMNs”.

(2) Enter the amount of $OMNs you want to wrap.

(3) Click on “Wrap token” to execute the transaction.

(4) To learn more about the wrapped tokens, you can check the link below in case you are wondering:

Step 3:import $wOMN token in Metamask

(1) Click on the MetaMask browser extension icon to open your MetaMask wallet.

(2) Click on the "Assets".

(3) Scroll down to the bottom and click on the "Import Token".

(4) Enter the contract address:0x01bDCf41Db44c1F92AcBbd016F56c1593aAb1258

and the symbol and decimals of precision should automatically fill in.

(5) After you've entered the token information, click "Add custom token", then "Import tokens". The $wOMN should now be listed in your MetaMask wallet.

Step 3:Bridge your test assets to other testnet

(1) Click on “Transfer” in the website.

(2) Enter the the amount of the token you want to transfer.

(3) Chose the destination network you're transferring to by Clicking “to“, for now you can choose BSC-testnet only.

(4) Submit the transaction by clicking “transfer” .

(5) enter the amount of tokens you want to authorize in the pop-up dialog box, then click “Next”.

(6) After checking that all the details are correct, you can confirm and execute the bridge transaction by clicking “Confirm”.

Step 4:Bridge your test assets back

(1) Get tBNB from the faucet.

You may follow the instructions in: https://mirror.xyz/dashboard/edit/dZk8RdQ4vM1Tyh38t3nmctnEshTRPQ0mjnZ_T4-mmuQ to get the tBNB.

(2)Visit https://test-bridge.omtch.com/mint, click on “Transfer” in the website and switch the network to BSC-testnet.

Simply click on the blue icon in the middle of the website to switch your network. Then click on “Switch network“ in the MetaMask notification.

As you can see from the picture below, you are switching tokens from the BSC-testnet back to OMN-testnet.

(3)Enter the the amount of the token you want to transfer.

(4)Submit the transaction by clicking “transfer”.

(5) Enter the amount of tokens you want to authorize in the pop-up dialog box, then click “Next”.

(6) After checking that all the details are correct, you can confirm and execute the bridge transaction by clicking “Confirm”.

(7)Please note: After completing the cross-chain process, $OMN contract address on Bsc-testnet is changed. You can add the new contract address in Bsc-testnet to view the $OMN tokens that have just been transferred in your metamask wallet, and vice versa.

4. Review your transaction on Explorer

To review the details of your transactions and track network activity, users can visit the Omega Testnet Explorer, which provides a transparent and user-friendly interface for exploring the Omega Network.

(1) Open your web browser and visit the OmegaNetwork Testnet blockchain explorer at

(2) In the search bar at the top of the page, enter the address or the transaction hash you want to check.

(3) Press "Enter" or click on the magnifying glass icon to search.

(4) You will be taken to a page that displays the transaction history of the address. This page will show a list of all transactions involving that address, including the block number, age (time since transaction happened), transaction hash, and the value and token of each transaction.

IF you enter a transaction hash, you will be taken to a page that displays the details of the transaction. This page will show information such as the transaction hash, status, block, timestamp, value, and transaction fee.

At last, everything built on Testnet is only used for testing. Please do not use for real transactions.
