            <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The third China-Russia Voices and Information Technology Forum was held at the University of Hara, on 6 May, in the Central New Network, Harham, and was inaugurated at the Forum by the Focus Laboratory of the Ministry of Politology and Technology Applications.</p><p>The Forum brought together six Russian high schools and scientific institutes, such as the Russian Federation University of the Far East, the Russian Centre for the Malining Industry, and 14 Chinese high schools such as the China Ocean University, the University of Jiang and the University of Chianghua, as well as the Centre for the Sounding of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the China Polit Research Centre, the Ministry of Natural Resources, the First, Second, Third Ocean Research and the South China Sea Survey Centre, the China Ships 760 and 715 research institutions, to participate in the research and communication in two forms on the upper line.</p><p>Significant economic, scientific and technological benefits are inherent in exploratory exploration, research, development and utilization, which are already in the substantive phase. Sound communications play an extremely important role in information transmission and identification detection in polar ice, and polar sounding and information technology research can contribute to better understanding of polar lands, exploration of polar lands, protection of polar lands and the promotion of dynamic developments in polar sounds.</p><p>The University is one of the first high schools to conduct polar studies in the Province of Helongang and in China, participating in the development of nearly all polar ships and marine engineering equipment, including China’s latest generation, the Corau 2 and the first global polar transport vessel.</p><p>The University of Hara works has extensive and in-depth international cooperation in the field of ship technology in the ice zone with prominent international universities, such as the National Science Centre of Creelov of Russia and the State University of Marine Technology of St. Petersburg. After many years of research, stable talents, high technology reserves, good and open-ended cooperative relationships have been formed in China’s polar equipment technology area, resulting in a series of important scientific research results, which have now become an important driving force for China’s development in the field of polar equipment technology-related research.</p><p>The focus laboratory of the Ministry of Polar Oceanography and Technology Applications will address critical scientific and technological challenges in environmental monitoring and protection in the polar sea ice zone, exploration and use of polar marine resources, underwater navigation and security, in order to enhance the scientific and technological capabilities of China in oceanography research and technological innovations in the field of polar technology and equipment, to build up a cadre of high-level talents in polar oceanography, a special environment for the polar oceans, polar oceanography, polar oceanography, polar ocean viewing monitoring systems, and to promote the transfer of high-level skills in oceanography and technological innovation.</p><p>The focus laboratory of the Ministry of Polar Oceanography and Technology Applications will provide important scientific and technological support for the development of high-level marine acoustic technology and equipment capacity-building, as well as technical support for the exploration of scientific research in highly relevant fields, addressing major national needs, economic social development and major scientific and technological issues in the field of security. She had studied balloons and the law before she was engaged in artistic production. She often dances in the space where the works were produced or displayed to convey a perception of vulnerability and sexuality, which is covered by brighter physical drawings.</p><p>Lilian Reno-Dvar</p><p>For the exhibition of the Machel Dushanbe Award, Reno-Dar displayed the film Rome, 1 and 2 November 1975, in which she invited relatives and friends to act as Italian director Passoini and his operators, Pinochet, who acknowledged the assassination. Liu Yang research team of the State Key Laboratory of space weather, National Center for Space Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences concluded that this may be salt minerals crystallized by groundwater overflow or capillary evaporation, cemented Martian soil and formed by diagenesis, revealing signs of water activity in the landing area in the near future.</p><p>The zhurong Mars rover carried by China’s first Mars exploration mission tianwen-1 successfully landed in the southern area of Utopia plain on May 15, 2021, leaving a Chinese mark on the surface of Mars for the first time. Up to now, the Mars rover zhurong has been traveling in the utopian plain in the northern lowlands of Mars for one year, with a total of nearly 2000 meters, and has obtained a large number of valuable scientific exploration data.</p><p>The landing area of the Mars rover zhurong is located on the young Amazon stratum that has experienced the reconstruction event. Existing studies believe that the climate of Mars during the Amazon period was cold and dry, and the range and degree of liquid water activity were extremely limited. The discovery of the zhurong Rover suggests that water activities on Mars during the Amazon period may be more active than previously thought. The zhurong landing area (and the extensive area of the northern plain of Mars) may contain a large amount of available water in the form of aqueous minerals, which can be used as in-situ resources for manned Mars exploration in the future. This discovery is of great significance for understanding the evolution history of Martian climate and environment.
