At the very least, you possess a conglomerate of cells — well, take care of them, learn what is good for them and what is bad. Do not be like a corrupt official, at least toward your own body. If you understand how to govern yourself, then you can help others — until then, it’s like a poor man teaching how to become rich.

Luke 6:40–42:
"The disciple is not above his master: but every one that is perfect shall be as his master.
And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye,
but perceivest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
Either how canst thou say to thy brother,
Brother, let me pull out the mote that is in thine eye,
when thou thyself beholdest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
Thou hypocrite, cast out first the beam out of thine own eye*,

Matthew 10:7:

IT IS AT HAND.

Your neighbor does not begin with people, but with your formations – these are systems of cells, energies, and feelings.

Mark 12:29–31:
"Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:
And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.
And the second is like, namely this, THOU SHALT LOVE THY NEIGHBOUR AS THYSELF. THERE IS NONE OTHER COMMANDMENT GREATER THAN THESE."

This is the constitution of the Kingdom of Heaven.

Bodies are no different from kingdoms: same systems, same functions, same inner and outer politics.
Consciousness is a particle of God (like a cell of God), a ruler who has been given authority from God and can learn to govern gracefully.
This is a full version of a leader, a king, a president — strive to be a beautiful president within your domain.
Surround yourself with the most beautiful traits of character, feelings, energies, approaches to the body and every cell.
Build out of yourself, like bricks, something magnificent. Treat it with reverence and responsibility.

Luke 17:20–21:
"And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said,
The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:
Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there!
for, behold, THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS WITHIN YOU."

Luke 12:32:
"Fear not, little flock; for IT IS YOUR FATHER'S GOOD PLEASURE TO GIVE YOU THE KINGDOM."

Everyone is the king of their bodies, whether consciously or not. And everyone reveals what kind of ruler they are. This is the exam.
And by this exam, it will be determined what and how much you will be placed over.

Matthew 25:14–30:
"For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods.
And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his journey.

The main thing is — control over the mood and the transition from joy through physical food to joy through spiritual food.
That’s what food exists for — it is the basic module of joy, like gas and brake for the mood.
If you accelerate too much, braking sharply will be difficult.

We don’t have just one body.
Here are the main ones:

1. Physical (cells)

2. Soulful (emotions)

3. Spiritual (energies)
   These are listed by increasing priority, and each requires its own internal and external care.

Spiritual — is a system of energies,
Soulful — a system of emotions,
Physical — a system of cells.

In fact, you are the king of your bodies, and your relationship with energies, emotions, cells — begins with you, with your attitude toward energies, emotions, and little cells.
And so the kingdom given by God has drawn near to you, and you will not say that no one told you...
