On a physical and mental level, Yoga can be viewed as a way to bring about unification and, consequently, balance between existing dualities. It focuses on the effort to harmoniously connect body, mind, and breath.
A union of the body as a whole with the mind can lead to a harmonization of the conflicting tendencies and energies of the mind. On a physical level, it increases mobility, stimulates metabolism and circulation, and strengthens the entire body. This also cleanses the body of waste products and toxins. Hatha yoga affects the autonomic nervous system as well. The autonomic nervous system controls those processes in the body that cannot be influenced voluntarily. Both the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems are antagonistic to the autonomic nervous system. This part of the nervous system controls physiological processes in the body through tension and relaxation, stimulating and calming. It also influences psychosomatic processes in our bodies, such as sleep. The activity of the sympathetic nervous system is increased by activity, willpower, and stress. The parasympathetic nervous system acts as a calming counterpart. Western lifestyles are characterized by a stronger activity of the sympathetic nervous system. Activating the parasympathetic nervous system through relaxation techniques to balance this is therefore so important for us.
The starting points for yoga exercises are the body, breath, and mind. Yoga practice offers a successful combination of these three approaches. Physical exercises should be linked to breathing whenever possible, and practicing conscious breathing can have a positive effect on fatigue, lack of concentration, oxygen deprivation, and metabolic disorders. A holistic approach is the foundation of yoga exercises. Yoga is seen as a holistic practice that develops our ability to perceive, improves our understanding of ourselves, and can make us happier and more content in life.
In Western culture, yoga is used as an umbrella term for various philosophical theories and associated exercise systems, most of which originate in India. Creative self-realization is central to all yoga paths. Different styles of yoga developed from a strongly religious perspective. Hatha yoga is probably the most popular kind of yoga. Texts from the 13th to 15th centuries document exercises practiced in various small schools and groups. In practice, yoga consists of a sequence of different postures (asanas). Asanas have a mode of action that can influence the flow of body energy.

Address :
153 Silverio Suites Doña Soledad Avenue Barangay Don Bosco Better Living Subdivision Parañaque City, Philippines 1700

Course :
1 : Yoga Teacher Training In Philippines

2 : 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Philippines

3 : 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training In Philippines

4 : 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training In Philippines

5 : 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training In Philippines
