$PUSH Governance Voting Power 🔔🗳

The EPNS Community currently can take part in Push Governance by submitting a PIP (Push Improvement Proposal) or through the **Push Grants Program—now LIVE here—**and accepting grant submissions here. The formal voting for both is done on Snapshot where the Push Voting Strategy enables the following groups to vote:

• $PUSH holders who delegate (to themselves or a Delegatee) on the Push Governance delegation page.

• Users staking their $PUSH tokens or Uniswap LP stake tokens in either of the EPNS Yield Farms

We’re thankful to these folks who have already activated their votes on-chain and haven’t forgotten about them in this release (more below🪂).

As of today, a majority of the total token holders (almost 90%) haven’t activated their tokens to vote yet. This initiative aims to remove the largest barrier to entry for our holders so their token’s utility is activated and their voting weight is enabled.

Gasless Delegation❌⛽️ Specifics

For a limited time, EPNS is going to cover the gas costs for a large group of these token holders who haven't delegated. This should make the ability to participate more accessible, by making it free!

The development team has been working on this behind the scenes and today opened up the backend repo to the public. This feature release allows the EPNS project team to cover the gas fees for delegators when they initiate the transaction on-chain.

Who’s eligible?

Addresses holding at least 250 $PUSH or more.

For how long?

The program will be open initially for 30 days (Mar 2, 2022 — Mar 31, 2022)

Transaction limits?

One delegate transaction in 7 days per eligible address , gas fees cannot exceed $50 per delegation transaction

As of today (at block #14313131) a total of 1,025 addresses are eligible to participate — which accounts for just over 25% of the nearly 4,000 $PUSH holders. Depending on the success of the first 30 days, the program duration and holdings eligibility may be reconsidered to include more users in this gasless offer.

How to Delegate?

1. Hop into https://incentives.epns.io/ Push Governance dashboard

2. Select the way to delegate. There are 2 ways to delegate your PUSH votes. Gasless or With Gas. The default way is Gasless. If you are not eligible for Gasless Delegation, you could still select With Gas option and proceed to pay for gas yourself to do the delegation.

3. Clicking on Delegate button will pop Metamask.

4. For Gasless: Sign the transaction. Then our backend proceeds to pay for the transaction using EIP712. Please wait for a minute or 2 for the transaction to become successful.

PROPOSAL LIVE! Gasless March & Governance Users Reward Drop

As mentioned earlier, about 10% of holders have already made the transactions necessary to vote in Push Governance. These addresses include the delegators and Yield Farmers earning PUSH rewards in the EPNS staking pools. To the handful of active addresses who have already paid these ETH gas fees and aren’t earning rewards, we’ve proposed a retroactive PUSH distribution to reimburse these users.

Another small subset of users included in this reward drop will be the LP stakers on Uniswap that haven’t activated their voting power. For these holders, the way to do that is to stake into our EPNS Yield Farms. The vast majority have done so, for the few that haven’t, we expect this reward drop should cover their expense to execute that transaction.

In addition to these reimbursement rewards, and to promote taking advantage of the Gasless Delegation feature even further, we’re offering the same reward drop to a lucky few of these users as well! Even users with less than 250 $PUSH who didn’t qualify for this gasless delegation window are eligible for this bonus drop if they delegate their tokens during the gasless offer window.

While making the delegation of PUSH voting power gasless (free) for many users over these next 30 days we wanted to give users one additional incentive to drive usage of this initiative. Make it easy, make it free, and include rewards to participate… these are the steps we’re taking to increase participation and combat voter apathy.

Since we announced our seed round last fall, we’ve been heads down continuing to build the world’s first decentralized notification protocol for Ethereum. We’re fast approaching mainnet launch, so we’re taking the time today to explain to the community what they can expect for the $PUSH token generation event (TGE).

$PUSH is the native governance token for the EPNS protocol. $PUSH grants its owners voting rights over core functionalities of the protocol, in addition to revenue accrued as network fees. For notifications sent through the protocol, micro-fees are gathered from the service providers. Fees are distributed in a ratio of 70% for $PUSH holders and 30% for the ecosystem development pool. $PUSH governance can vote on fee structures and more.

The total token supply of $PUSH will be 100,000,000. The supply will be broken down across community, investors, team, advisors, and foundation.

Community

53% of $PUSH supply is reserved for community allocation.

3% of the total supply is allocated for** strategic investment** during the early months and years of the protocol’s launch.

2.58% of the total supply is allocated for public listings during token genesis.

We also want to take this opportunity to say **thank you **to the wonderful community of early adopters and grantors who helped get us here today. To properly show our gratitude, we will be airdropping $PUSH to the following addresses:

1.55% of the total supply is reserved for gratitude allocations at the time of token genesis.

• For the 3.01% reserved for LP rewards, 35,000 will be unlocked every week, with 100 fewer $PUSH released every week (i.e. 34,900 released during week 2). This will continue for 100 weeks.

• For the 2.51% reserved for staking, 30,000 will be unlocked every week, with 100 fewer $PUSH released every week (i.e. 29,900 released during week 2). This will continue for 100 weeks.

Investors

20.5% of the total $PUSH allocation is reserved for early investors of the protocol, divided among our seed and extended seed rounds of investment.

Investor allocations are subject to a cliff and vesting period. 20% of investor allocation will unlock 3 months after the TGE, with the rest vesting over 21 months.

Team

The EPNS team is allocated 16% of the total $PUSH supply. The founders are subject to a 12 month cliff after TGE, followed by a 48 month vesting period. The rest of the team is subject to a 9 month cliff after TGE, followed by a 48 month vesting period.

Advisors

Our advisors have been allocated 3.5% of the total $PUSH supply. Our advisors joined us long before we got to this moment, and have graciously guided us along this journey, agreeing to push back their vesting periods to align with others. Our advisors are subject to a 6–9 month cliff, followed by a 12–36 month vesting period.

Foundation

7% of the total token supply is reserved for the Foundation. The Foundation is a reserve of $PUSH that can be applied towards ecosystem developments, market making, protocol activations, and more.

The Foundation has a vesting period of 6–48 months.

Ethereum Push Notification Service (EPNS) is a protocol for decentralized notifications on the Ethereum blockchain. EPNS enables applications and users to create and subscribe to notification channels, enabling blockchain-native communication between apps and users. The Web3 ecosystem today communicates through channels like email, Medium, Twitter, Discord, WeChat, and more. For rapidly-evolving use cases like DeFi, these forms of communication struggle to scale. EPNS protocol lets applications send push notifications to users regarding updates, account information, product drops, and more. Users can also set up custom notifications in response to on-chain events to better monitor investments, transactions, app security, protocol performance, and more.

$PUSH is the native governance token of the EPNS protocol. PUSH provides its holders with two primary benefits: **governance rights **and reward accrual. Following the network token generation event, PUSH holders will be able to participate in the evolution of the EPNS protocol and earn rewards from the fees paid to the network.

Reward Accrual

The EPNS platform consists of *services, channels, *and *subscribers. *Services are dapps or smart contracts that wish to send notifications. Services set up *channels *that send notifications when certain events happen or parameters are met. Subscribers are the users that sign up to those channels and elect to receive notifications.

When services set up a channel, they must deposit at least 50 DAI into a common staking pool. The common staking pool is an aggregation of the fees from all channels across the EPNS protocol. The common staking pool is then staked in AAVE (at the time of launch), where it accrues value. Accrued DAI is distributed to subscribers of EPNS channels in proportion to how early they joined. Fees are implemented when services close channels, to disincentivize gaming.

The EPNS protocol also has the *fee pool, *which is tied to $PUSH ownership. The fee pool is a collection of micro-payments paid by services either in a per-notification or yearly subscription model. Fees are paid in DAI or ETH, and collected in the fee pool. The fee pool is distributed to the community. 70% goes to $PUSH holders and 30% goes to the ecosystem development fund. The fee pool will not be live with mainnet launch, and will be activated within a year or so following the protocol’s launch.

Governance Rights

$PUSH also gives owners the right to vote on protocol decisions, including the staking structure, staking mechanism, and reward distribution rates. Governance votes can include the structure of the fees paid by services (i.e. per notification or yearly subscription), the DeFi mechanism for the staking pool (i.e. staking through AAVE or elsewhere), and other critical incentivization and financial elements of the protocol.

TL;DR What’s Happening

Today, EPNS is launching our governance framework along a roadmap of Progressive Decentralized Governance. Governance launches on September 16, and nominations for PUSH Delegatees are open!

EPNS Governance will launch with three ways for the community to vote and be involved: 1) Grants Program, 2) Weekly Rockstar NFT, and 3) Metagovernance.

There are 4 roles within EPNS Governance:

1. PUSH Nominee: community members who can be delegated $PUSH to vote on proposals.

2. PUSH Delegatee: nominees who have 75,000+ $PUSH delegated, and can create new proposals.

3. PUSH Delegator: $PUSH token holders who can vote and/or delegate tokens.

4. PUSH Champions: individuals from across the ecosystem who help champion the EPNS governance framework and keep the community updated.

Introducing Progressive Decentralized Governance for EPNS

The EPNS community is fundamental to the network’s success. By launching the Progressive Decentralized Governance infrastructure, we now take another step towards greater community participation. For us, it’s a thrilling experience. For the community, it’s the introduction of the necessary toolkit for discussing and organizing the protocol’s future.

EPNS has grown exponentially since the launch of the $PUSH token in April, particularly concerning community engagement. Over 5,400 addresses have already subscribed to EPNS channels, and currently, there are over 3,600 on-chain token holders.

Following our Token Genesis, we implemented several community incentivization programs, including liquidity mining and staking initiatives. During this phase, we also launched the $ROCKSTAR EPNS NFT, while activating the $PUSH rewards mechanism to express gratitude to our early adopters.

Implementing EPNS Governance marks the protocol’s next milestone, as we gradually move towards complete decentralization of the decision-making process. In this first iteration of the governance mechanism, we will use Snapshot, which is an off-chain and gasless multi-governance client. Due to its Snapshot-based implementation, the voting mechanism shall be weighted based on the number of $PUSH tokens delegated to the voting address. Hereafter, any potential modifications to the protocol must pass through a proposal and voting process.

EPNS Governance Phase 0

When EPNS Governance launches on September 16, the community will be able to vote and make proposals on the following topics:

• **Grants Program: **allocating grants to teams, projects, and initiatives across the ecosystem that are helping build around the EPNS ecosystem. The grants funds will come from the $PUSH Community Allocation (see below ‘PUSH Allocation’).

• Weekly Rockstar NFTs: each week, one EPNS community member is airdropped an NFT based on their contributions to the ecosystem. Voting for the recipient will now be part of the governance process.**

• **Meta-Governance: **token holders can pass and vote on measures affecting how EPNS governance evolves past phase 0.

As the protocol matures, EPNS Governance will further decentralize and include more categories giving the community more power over the protocol!

Proposals to go live from 16th September! PUSH Delegatee Nominations are open now.

**The governance process for Rockstar NFTs will follow a slightly accelerated process, to ensure community members are rewarded quickly! The process will skip the “Proposal” portion, and go straight to Snapshot. Team Champions will nominate 4 Rockstars from the past week, and the $PUSH community will vote for their top choice in Snapshot. For more information about Team Champions and the governance process, see below.

Governance Roles

There are four main roles in EPNS Governance:

• PUSH Nominee: Active community members who strongly support the vision of EPNS can nominate themselves to be a PUSH Nominee. $PUSH token holders can then choose to delegate their voting rights to any Push Nominee, who can vote on governance proposals through Snapshot. Nominations are now open — see here.

• PUSH Delegatee: PUSH Delegatees are active members of the community who have at least 75,000 $PUSH delegated to them. They will be able to create proposals on Snapshot that are approved on the forum.

• PUSH Holders: $PUSH holders can delegate their voting power to anyone, including themselves. They can also delegate it to a PUSH Delegatee to ensure their views and thoughts are well represented. The PUSH Delegatee can be changed at any time**.

• PUSH Champions: A key part of our decentralization is making sure the community feels empowered. PUSH Champions are active community members that provide support to the EPNS metagovernance in various ways. There are 3 categories of PUSH Champions.

Community Champions: Web3 leaders who support the visions of EPNS and are willing to educate and empower the community to carry out progressive decentralized governance.

Team Champions: EPNS team members who are dedicated to guide and assist the community to implement a fair governance procedure.

Elected Champions: Elected community members who are trusted with the duty to assist the community to carry out a smooth governance process during each stage of a proposal. More details about the elected champions including selection, election and incentives will be made available soon. Ideally, we will select the first batch by again floating a proposal so that people can join in. We will explore compensation opportunities for these champions.

Note: No rewards or incentives are in place for Community Champions and Team Champions for the time being. Incentives will only be available for Elected Champions of the community.

**** Users who don’t hold $PUSH but are highly motivated to participate and partake in the future of the protocol. They are also able to play a role in the ecosystem with the only condition being lobbying a Delegatee to back them up at the final stage of the voting.*

Governance Process

1. Proposal Phase — gov.epns.io

This is the very start of the entire governance journey. For any proposal to be accepted and executed for EPNS Governance, the initial proposer needs to submit their proposal on the Governance Proposal Forum with the rules mentioned below.

Note: This is a Discourse-hosted forum for governance-related discussion. Community members must register for an account before participating. Proposals on the forum must be submitted following a template.

How to submit a Draft Proposals

• Users need to follow this template and post a new proposal draft under Governance Proposals.

• PUSH Champions then check the submitted draft proposal to ensure it follows the governance rules. Some proposals will be asked to resubmit based on the Champions’ discretion.

• Draft proposals are then promoted to the Governance Discussions section provided they meet the promotion criteria mentioned below.

Promotion Criteria

Champions will move the proposal from the Governance Proposals section to the Governance Discussion section if they meet the following criteria:

• Must follow the Draft Proposal Template

• Must be submitted under Governance Proposal section

• Must be live for 5+ days

• Must have 5 Likes (minimum)

Note: The rules of governance (meta-governance) are also the subject of governance and thus can be changed following the due process. The git repo and the forum will always reflect the latest rules as enforced and governed by the $PUSH token holders.

2. Discussion Phase — gov.epns.io

The next step in the governance journey is discussion. Draft proposals from the Proposal phase that meet the promotion criteria are promoted to the Governance Discussions Forum by a PUSH Champion.

Draft proposals in this phase should initiate discussion. We expect and encourage the community to debate them and express approval or disapproval.

How to submit a Draft Proposals for Discussion

• Only Champions can push draft proposals once they have met the criteria to Governance Discussion.

• This section is intended to serve as the last step before submitting a proposal to Snapshot.

• Proposals can be pushed through to this section once enough traction has been gained in the Governance Proposals section.

• From here, draft proposals become a formal proposal once promotion criteria is met and will subsequently be pushed to Snapshot for voting to commence.

• Only PUSH Delegatees (users who have 75k+ votes) (delegated or owned) can initiate the formal proposal. If the user doesn’t have enough votes, then it’s expected of the user to either find a Delegatee to submit their formal proposal or request a Champion to find one for them.

Promotion Criteria

A draft proposal becomes a formal proposal if the following criteria are met:

• Must be live for 5+ days in the Governance Discussion category

• Proposal on Forum must receive at least 10 likes

• Proposal on Forum must have a minimum of 3 replies

Note: The draft proposal promoted by PUSH Champions can deviate a bit from what started in the Governance Proposal section owing to the discussion and the spirit of the proposal. In the event of discrepancies between the draft proposal submitted in the Governance Proposal section and the Governance Discussion section, the proposal under the Governance Discussion section will prevail.

3. Governance Phase — Snapshot

Once the proposal on the Governance Discussion section meets the promotion criteria, It’s considered a formal proposal and requires formal voting which takes place on Snapshot. A formal proposal can be defeated or accepted as outlined by the rules below.

Votes on Snapshot are weighted by the number of $PUSH delegated to the address used to vote. A minimum of 75,000 $PUSH tokens are required to create a proposal.

Note: Only users who have 75k+ votes (delegated or owned) can initiate the formal proposal. If the user doesn’t have enough votes, then it’s expected of the user to either find a Delegatee to submit their formal proposal or request a Champion to find one for them.

Here below is the flow for the first version of the governance process:

How to submit a Formal Proposal on Snapshot

The draft proposals that pass the promotion criteria of Discussion phase are termed as formal proposals as they would be sent for formal voting. The rules for submission of a formal proposal on snapshot are as follows:

• Formal proposals need to be submitted to Snapshot and must be given at least 7 days for the community to vote on the proposal.

• PUSH Champions will be moderating the proposals on Snapshot by the rules mentioned here.

• Only the users or a PUSH Delegatee can submit the proposals on the snapshot.

• All proposals on Snapshot must give at least 7 days for the community to vote on the proposal.

Promotion Criteria

• The proposal needs to meet the Quorom for it to be considered valid. Quorum is defined as 4% of the circulating supply of $PUSH voting in the affirmative.

• If the Quorom is not achieved in 7 days for a proposal, then the proposal is considered as defeated.

What is Quorum

For a vote to pass on Snapshot, it must achieve a quorum of 4% of the circulating supply of $PUSH voting in the affirmative. The purpose of the quorum is to ensure that the approved proposals have adequate voter participation. This means that if a proposal that had a majority of votes affirmative but didn’t achieve the necessary quorum, it won’t be approved.

Governance Game Theory, Incentives and Rules

PUSH Governance is designed keeping quality participation in mind and as a byproduct carries some incentives and penalties to keep the governance focused, active and be ever improving.

Incentives for users whose formal draft is accepted

• We believe that having incentives for the users whose draft proposal are accepted will greatly improve the quality of the proposal (and quantity as well 😅) as it’s in the best interest of the user to submit a draft proposal that can go through the entire cycle and be formally accepted.

• For the same, we will be creating a draft proposal soon to ask the community for the incentives they want to keep to make it happen.

• To counteract the quantity of draft proposals by a user, we have introduced rules which limit the number of draft proposals that can be submitted by the user in different phases.

Rules for users creating a proposal draft (Proposal Phase)

• Each user at https://gov.epns.io is only allowed to submit a proposal draft once every 7 days under the proposal phase. Tweaks in the proposal can still be allowed at the discretion of the PUSH Champions.

Rules for users creating a proposal draft (Snapshot Phase)

• Each user (or PUSH Delegatee) that has the required votes delegated (75k $PUSH) is only allowed to submit a valid formal proposal on Snapshot once every 7 days.

Note: These rules fall under meta governance and thus can be changed by the voting process as defined above.

PUSH Allocation

The $PUSH Token plays an essential role as it is the native governance token for the EPNS protocol. $PUSH grants its owners voting rights over core functionalities of the protocol, in addition to revenue accrued as network fees.

The total token supply of $PUSH is 100,000,000 that is broken down into:

• 7% for the foundation

We human being is social animal who enjoys communicating and exchanging ideas, each one having unique ideas and opinion that mostly leads to chaos. It’s a bit difficult to come up with a solution, in short, we need a democratized way of voting or a leader to take account of this.

So, we at EPNS have our own Governance mechanism to put proposals, vote, and be a part of the community. In the first iteration of EPNS Governance, Snapshot voting is the final phase of a proposal in which the community could signal their interests on each proposal using delegated $PUSH votes. If you want to know more about how you can vote on Snapshot, follow the instructions below.

How to vote on EPNS Governance proposals:

Step 1 — Navigate to https://snapshot.org/#/?q=epns

Step 2 — Click Join on the EPNS space.

Step 3 — Connect with your desired wallet

Step 4 — Sign with the account you want to vote with.

Step 5 — Select the active proposal to vote or closed one to view details

Step 6 — Browse through the proposal and see the options available to cast a vote.

Step 7 — Click on the option you want to opt and agree to terms after going through it.

Step 8 — Confirm your vote by clicking on it and you can also see your voting power.

Step 9 — Just Sign the transaction with the account to complete the process.

Step 10 — Hurrahhhh !!! You have successfully voted.

EPNS has launched the initial phase of Governance recently. On this journey towards Progressive Decentralized Governance, we made the ROCKSTAR Contest process decentralized. Weekly $ROCKSTAR winners are now chosen by the community through governance voting.

Last week we submitted our first-ever Governance Proposal on our Official EPNS Snapshot Space, to select our weekly $ROCKSTAR winner. Here are the updates on the proposal and an overview of the process.

$ROCKSTAR Selection Process via Governance⚙️

• PUSH Team Champions (EPNS Internal Team) nominate 4 contestants from past submissions

• A PUSH Delegatee (someone with 75k delegated PUSH) submits the proposal on Snapshot every Monday till the contest ends.

• The proposal is up for voting for 7 days.

• Once the voting ends, the contestant who meets the quorum of votes (4% of the circulating supply of $PUSH) and who gets the maximum number of votes becomes the winner.

Snapshot Rules for $ROCKSTAR Proposals

• Voting Eligibility: Anyone with delegated $PUSH votes can vote on ongoing proposals. The delegation has to be done before the proposal’s Snapshot block. If you hold $PUSH, you can delegate your voting power here, under the PUSH Governance section.

• Proposal Submission Eligibility: Only users with at least 75k delegated $PUSH or a PUSH Delegatee can submit the proposals on the snapshot.

• Proposal Criteria: Only ROCKSTAR Proposals are allowed to be submitted directly on Snapshot without going through other Governance Phases on EPNS Discourse Forum. PUSH Champions will be moderating the proposals on Snapshot by the rules mentioned here.

• Quorum: Quorum is defined as 4% of the circulating supply of $PUSH voted in the affirmative. The proposal needs to meet the Quorum for it to be considered valid. If the Quorum is not achieved in 7 days for a proposal, then the proposal is considered as defeated.

Following our successful IDO launch of the Ethereum Push Notification Service governance token: $PUSH, we are thrilled to announce our Liquidity Rewards Program launching on 16th April. The initial EPNS rewards program is designed to provide robust incentivizations for the $PUSH community ahead of our upcoming mainnet launch.

Users can participate in our Liquidity Rewards Program in our EPNS staking portal in 2 ways:

1. Staking $PUSH tokens directly on our Portal (no ETH needed except to pay gas).

2. Staking UNI-V2 liquidity provider (LP) tokens. Users can receive LP tokens by providing liquidity to the PUSH/ETH Uniswap pool.

A total of 5,510,000 $PUSH is allocated towards this rewards program. Participants will be able to claim their rewards by the end of each epoch (7 days). Earlier participants will earn higher rewards. The rewards program will end on 15th March 2023.

Visit the EPNS Staking page and connect your wallet. Stake your $PUSH tokens into the contract by providing the amount, clicking the ‘Deposit’ button and submitting the transaction.

(Option 2) Stake Uniswap-V2 PUSH/ETH LP tokens

Step 1: Provide Liquidity on Uniswap

Visit the PUSH/ETH Uniswap Pool and add liquidity in exchange for Uniswap-V2 Liquidity Provider tokens. You will need to have both ETH and PUSH in your wallet before you are able to provide liquidity.

Step 2: Stake UNI-V2 LP tokens on EPNS

After providing liquidity into Uniswap’s PUSH-ETH pool, you will have acquired PUSH-ETH liquidity provider tokens. These tokens can be staked in EPNS $PUSH rewards staking contract to farm $PUSH.

Visit the EPNS Staking page and connect your wallet. Stake your LP tokens into the contract by providing the amount, clicking the ‘Deposit’ button and submitting the transaction.

When can I withdraw my tokens from the EPNS staking portal?

Users can withdraw their $PUSH tokens or their UNI-V2 LP tokens from the EPNS staking portal at any time by visiting the EPNS Staking Page and removing your stake.

With the overwhelming turnout and support received for PIP-01: Push Grants Program (12% of $PUSH circulating supply taking part in the vote, 3X amount needed for quorum!), PGP is now approved to run for two quarters with a total budget of 1,000,000 $USD. It’s time to share the grant process with the community and let the applications flow!

Below we’ll give an introductory step-by-step overview of how to navigate the Push Grants Program. PGP proposal submission, consideration, and decision to take to formal votes - all happen on the EPNS Governance Forum. All the relevant info you’ll need can be found there too. Specifically, in this post, we’ll explore the highlights of the governance forums, a walkthrough on how to create a new proposal, and the requirements needed along the pathway to a Snapshot vote.

How to submit a grant proposal

Above we saw gov.epns.io and found the PGP page, in there the Proposals page is listed. That is where applications for grant funding will be posted and discussed. Here’s how that works.

On gov.epns.io click the “+ New Topic” button.

In the new topic window, fill the following 3 fields according to the screenshot below.

• Title formatted as pictured (PGP Proposal: *insert title*)

• Below the title, choose the Push Grants Program — Proposals category

• #tag the two terms pictured in the bottom right field

Doing those 3 things will outline the proposal structure, for users will need to draft their proposals following the proposal template.

An application is accepted only when it gets approved on Snapshot.

The requirements for proposals to advance to a Snapshot vote, and the process thereof will be:

• Proposal lives for at least 7 days on the forum.

• Proposal post receives 10 likes and 3 comments (in favor) within those 7 days or more.

• A poll will be added within 3 days by the EPNS governance team (EPNSgov) for/against moving to Snapshot vote.

• A poll must get at least 10 votes in total and will be moved along with For/Against majority.

• FOR: Proposal gets advanced to Snapshot within 3 days with voting open for another 7 days.

• AGAINST: Proposers are notified and encouraged to reapply after digesting feedback received.

• Once the proposal lands on Snapshot, 4% of circulating $PUSH supply participating with a positive result is the passing bar.

What’s next for PGP?

The #EPNSgov team has been working hard to deliver this initiative to the EPNS community and Push Governance users. Our part in this process is all about giving the tools over to the users and trying to respond to that feedback. This new grants channel is just the type of avenue we needed to open up in order to spark the type of discourse we’re trying to attract.
