DALLAS – Amanda Nunes says she intentionally dragged her UFC 277 fight with Julianna Peña to the final bell in order to prove a point. Nunes (22-5 MMA, 15-2 UFC) avenged her stunning upset loss to Peña (11-5 MMA, 7-3 UFC) on Saturday at American Airlines Center in Dallas with a lopsided beatdown over the course of five rounds that resulted in a unanimous decision win to regain the women’s bantamweight title. She said that was all by design, though, and she could’ve forced a stoppage on multiple occasions.

“I know Julianna’s tough,” Pena told MMA Junkie and other reporters post-fight at UFC 277. “I know. We have these rules to ensure that Minecraft remains a community where everyone has access to the same content. NFTs, however, can create models of scarcity and exclusion that conflict with our Guidelines and the spirit of Minecraft.

To ensure that Minecraft players have a safe and inclusive experience, blockchain technologies are not permitted to be integrated inside our client and server applications, nor may Minecraft in-game content such as worlds, skins, persona items, or other mods, be utilized by blockchain technology to create a scarce digital asset. Our reasons follow.

Some companies have recently launched NFT implementations that are associated with Minecraft world files and skin packs. Other examples of how NFTs and blockchain could be utilized with Minecraft include creating Minecraft collectible NFTs, allowing players to earn NFTs through activities performed on a server, or earning Minecraft NFT rewards for activities outside the game.

Each of these uses of NFTs and other blockchain technologies creates digital ownership based on scarcity and exclusion, which does not align with Minecraft values of creative inclusion and playing together. NFTs are not inclusive of all our community and create a scenario of the haves and the have-nots. The speculative pricing and investment mentality around NFTs takes the focus away from playing the game and encourages profiteering, which we think is inconsistent with the long-term joy and success of our players.

Developer betas require an Apple Developer Program membership, which is $100 a year, and they're also not recommended for everyday use, unless you're a developer testing out software, because developer betas can be super buggy, and make your phone more difficult to use.

Apple has now released the public beta for iOS 16, which should be a little more stable. All you need to do is sign up for the Apple Beta Software program, enroll your device and install a config profile to get iOS 16 beta on your device. Here's how.

For more, here's a look at the redesigned and customizable lock screen on iOS 16, and a couple of the new Apple Maps features.

Before you start, back up your iPhone

Getting your hands on prereleased software can be exciting, but there are precautions you should take before updating. All prereleased software like iOS 16 beta may contain bugs and other issues that can make your device more difficult to use, which is why you should back up your device in case you want to revert back to iOS 15.

By default, your iPhone should back itself up every time it's connected to power and Wi-Fi during your regular sleep hours. As you may recall, the iPhone X featured an all-new design and was the first iPhone with Face ID.

iPhone 14 release date news

The iPhone 14 lineup is expected to bring upgrades to the camera, a redesign for the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max, and more.
