In the case of mortgage loans for personal purchases, although banks have the right to claim mortgages on the basis of contractual agreement between the parties, in practice few banks directly claim this right as long as the lender is able to continue normal repayments. Since the unilateral emphasis on contractual rights in the general context of the national real estate market only exacerbates the contradiction between home purchasers and banks, and is not in line with the current policy of State real estate, which is a safe and stable building. Assuming that the houses purchased did fall significantly, the purchasers should try to ensure normal repayments and communicate fully with the banks so as to avoid direct notification by the bank of the recharge or even advance exercise of mortgage rights.</p><p>The lawyer of the Beijing firm of attorneys has found that, in the absence of a clear agreement between buyers and banks as both borrowers, the value of mortgages should not be added to the additional burden on the purchasers as long as the purchasers pay their loans on time.</p><p>How can home buyers respond to small probability incidents?</p><p>Feedback from the parties shows that mortgages are rarely available for mortgage loans, and that large numbers of home buyers do not use too much fear.
