Ohnahji is a creative brand and community that began with the original Ohnahji PFP collection, envisioned in October 2021 and released in January 2022. This beloved collection sparked a movement, inspiring the launch of educational content to empower creators and celebrate innovation.

Ohnahji University’s mission is to provide a safe space for Black, Brown, and allied people to grow in emerging technologies like blockchain and AI. Along the way, Ohnahji has introduced several on-chain projects, including Okolotos, the first Ohnahji community airdrop, as well as art-focused collections like Good Melanin and Elemnts.

Today, Ohnahji thrives as a hub for creativity, connection, and exploration in the world of emerging tech.

But here’s what I’ve learned: Without a spiritual grounding, it’s easy to lose sight of why we started.

As entrepreneurs, we’re often driven by a calling, a purpose. But without spiritual connection—to ourselves, to something greater—it’s easy for burnout to cloud that purpose.

In my own journey, aligning with my spiritual path has brought clarity and resilience I could never have found otherwise. When we work in alignment with our purpose, driven by something beyond just the “grind,” we create a foundation that protects us from burnout and fuels us through the challenges.

✨ If you’re an entrepreneur feeling the weight of burnout, consider reconnecting with what grounds you. Whether it’s meditation, journaling, prayer, or just spending time in nature, give yourself the space to realign.

A Little About Me

For those who don’t know me, I’m the founder of 50MM Collective, a media company dedicated to empowering Black and Brown creators to thrive in the digital age by bridging the gap between traditional content creation and emerging tech. I’ve spent years exploring the intersection of creativity, technology, and culture. My journey has been full of twists, challenges, and, most importantly, growth. I’ve learned so much about myself, what I stand for, and the type of impact I want to make.

But that’s only part of the story. While I’ve had the privilege of working on some amazing projects, I’ve also faced struggles along the way—battles with mental fatigue, recovering from injuries, navigating life’s uncertainty as a creative entrepreneur, and balancing personal and professional growth. This blog is where I want to unpack all of that—where I can openly share the things I’ve learned, the challenges I’ve faced, and the lessons I’m still learning.

Why This Blog?

Honestly, I’ve been craving a space where I can express my thoughts without filters.  Social media is great, but it can sometimes feel like I’m curating a highlight reel—like everything has to be perfect, polished, and on point.  And while there’s value in putting your best foot forward, I also think there’s something powerful in sharing the raw, unpolished moments—the moments that shape us into who we are.

This blog is my space to be real, to be vulnerable, and to reflect on the highs and lows of this journey. From stories about building 50MM Collective and navigating the Web3 world to more personal reflections on life, family, and faith, I want to bring you along for the ride. I’ve learned that life is less about arriving at a destination and more about the process of becoming. That’s what I hope to share here—my process, my growth, my evolution.
