For the first time, we build the initial code for the project. But later, we will use a collaboration tool, which is based on web3, such as Dework. Therefore, if a developer joins a collaboration with Realbits, that developer would receive NFT or FT in the collaboration tool.

Solidity-docgen and Jekyll use the docgen function. A bug was found when generating the document, so we patched some code in the package to address the issue. In addition, we added some headers to the document to connect Solidity Docgen and Jekyll.

After some programming and patching, we can deliver a solidity document to Jekyll. Happy programming.

Realbits relies on OpenZeppelin open source for building NFT. OpenZeppelin provides a complete solution for NFT smart contracts, as well as a wizard for making them. Realbits uses Mintable with Auto Increment Ids, Burnable, Pausable, Enumerable, and Roles option. Realbits has three special functions.

First function is Roles of access control. Realbits uses DEFAULT_ADMIN_ROLE, PAUSER_ROLE, MINTER_ROLE, and SETTER_ROLE. MINTER_ROLE gives an account the ability to mint NFT contracts. If an account has DEFAULT_ADMIN_ROLE, it can grant or revoke the role to other accounts.

The second function is safeMintAmount. Miners can use this function to mint NFT by amount at a time.

Third one is setBaseURI. Setter who has SETTER_ROLE can set base uri of token.

Realbits will soon release this NFT source code on GitHub and start to release NFT with this smart contract.

Non-fungible tokens (NFTs) are a type of digital asset that represents ownership of a unique item or piece of content. NFTs are often used to represent original artwork, collectibles, or other types of unique digital assets.

One potential use case for combining stable diffusion with NFTs is the storage and transmission of image prompts. For example, an artist or photographer could create an image prompt, such as a photograph or drawing, and use stable diffusion to break it down into tiles. They could then create an NFT to represent the image prompt, and use the NFT to store and transmit the image tiles. This could help to ensure that the image prompt is stored in a way that preserves its quality and integrity, and also allows for secure and transparent record-keeping.

VRM features humanoid bones, face blendshapes, colliders, and other avatar features. Realbits changes its avatar's facial expression using VRM blendshapes and moves its arm using VRM humanoid bones.

In order to detect face land marks and body poses, realbits uses mediapipe from Google and kalidokit's open-source kinematics solver open source. With Google Mediapipe's holistic detection engine, there are lots of pose detecting and converting solutions and open source tools for humanoids. In the future, we may be able to use another solution for that.

Avatar NFT can be used in applications that support VRM format with the help of VRM. Realbits avatar NFT is also available in GLB format. As a result, if the application or service supports that format, avatar NFT content can be used.

Adding an avatar model to such a format will be possible if a metaverse or game service requests it.

1. No utility

   • In general, NFTs are not used to provide real services, such as social media, broadcasting, and others.

   • NFT is only used for PFP or showing off.

2. No profit

   • Owners make profit with NFT only once, when they mint or sell (or when they benefit).

   • NFT doesn’t make periodic profits.

3. No sustainability

   • The market is dependent on a platform that is not sustainable and runs on centralized systems.

   • Instead, hyperstructures can operate as a sustainable system.

4. Standard

   • There’s no standard for NFT content rental service.

   • ERC-4907 can support rental services, but it depends on ERC721.

Realbits is also one of them. Realbits' Avame service uses NFT as a 3D avatar for social media (like Twitter) or online chatting, etc. Below is the process of renting NFT.

1. An individual who wants to rent NFT rents it on the rental market.

2. Rent market contract records renting event data, such as NFT token id, timestamp, rent duration, rent fee, and etc.

3. Renters now have access to a specific function, such as online chatting, in online services using rented NFT.

4. Once the rental period has ended, the rent fee will be divided between the NFT owner, the market owner, and the service owner.

Renting and lending share a similar concept and are frequently misunderstood. Therefore, we draw a diagram of two concept processes.

Lend NFT to the market.

1. Lender deposits ERC20 tokens.

2. Borrower deposits NFT.

3. Borrower lends ERC20 tokens.

4. After the loan duration ends, the borrower returns the ERC20 token and interest.

5. Borrower gets NFT back.

6. Lenders get interest.

7. The lending market gets a brokerage fee.

Rent NFT from the market.

1. Renter deposits NFT.

2. Rentee deposits ERC20 tokens.

3. Rentee rents NFT.

4. After the rent duration ends, the rent market gets a brokerage fee.

5. Renter gets a rental fee.

We will start content development with a 3D avatar model. This content would help people reveal their thoughts by using avatars instead of their own appearance. We can use standard formats for 3D avatar models for collaboration. And people can own that content with NFT blockchain technology. Or people can take advantage of content for a temporary period by renting NFTs.

With 3D avatar models, people use online services like virtual models for social media or avatar chatting. Avatars can be displayed to others without revealing the appearance of the real world. An avatar-based chat service and social media upload service will be launched.

To use model content, the user must own the NFT. But for short-term usage, we can apply a rental market model for content and services. With the help of blockchain technology, every renting process would be transparent and profit sharing would be transparent as well.

We all use digital content in the online world every day. And the creation of digital content is becoming easier and faster with AI technology. However, the creator cannot create a service and market it without assistance. Thus, we will assist creators of content, services, and markets in collaborating.
