Decentralized Autonomous Gang (DAG)

The DAG is a community-driven organisation investing and building in Defi & NFTfi that aims to bring value to its members. The DAG aims to create revenue flows through different projects. Rekt Boyz holders and stakers access the DAG.

Rekt Fund

The Rekt Fund is a decentralized treasury managed by the DAG. A portion of Rekt Boyz creator’s swap fees will be directly invested in the Rekt Fund.

The Rekt Fund will be used in different ways according to the DAG’s choices :

• Investing in early stage projects

• Supporting Rekt Boyz holders projects to build new DeFi/NFTfi products on Arbitrum

• Investing in DeFi/NFTfi tokens on Arbitrum

How can Rekt Boyz holders contribute to the Rekt Fund ?

Each Rekt Boy holder will be able to make a DAG proposal which will later be approved or not by the holders. The proposals can be investments in token, seed, NFT…

What if contributors could earn a part of the Rekt Fund profits ? To incentivize holders to share proposals we will use a reward system. If a proposal is approved and ends up being profitable, its author will receive a portion of the profit earned by the Rekt Fund.

Why is it interesting ?

With a growing treasury, receiving a portion of the profits from the Rekt Fund could be very attractive for the contributors.

The Rekt Fund is a way to leverage your dig/research in crypto as it rewards the best diggers and investors. The reward system also aims to encourage the members of the Rekt Gang to share alphas, research... You may have the knowledge but not the funds, the Rekt Fund is a way to get more profits from your profitable crypto moves.

After achieving cash flow targets, the DAG may also choose to distribute a portion of the treasury to Rekt Boyz holders. By holding Rekt Boyz you will have exposure to the Rekt Fund and you will get rewarded for your contributions.

Build

Our goal is also to gather Arbitrum builders and help them in their build. Proposals can therefore also be Project/Protocol ideas that the DAG could later build using the treasury.

Treasury Growth

• A portion of Rekt Boyz swap fees will be injected into the treasury. Rekt Boyz being fully liquid, the ease of buying and selling encourages higher volume resulting in higher fees revenue.

• Treasury can also grow thanks to profitable proposals made by the community. The reward system encourages DAG members to propose the best possible investments (in their opinion).

• DAG Projects revenue : a portion of DAG-built projects revenue can be injected into the Rekt Fund.

Investments proposals are not the only things that can be rewarded. Every contributions to the community (tools, graphics…) can be rewarded following the DAG approval. Our goal is to encourage contributions that bring value to the Rekt Boyz holders.
