I raise this subject on the basis of a little personal experience. At one time, I learned to write lyrics in poetry. When the time came, I would write what came to my mind and read it myself. I felt very happy and thought it was not bad. Later, I showed these debut works to a friend who was good at poetry and asked him to criticize. So I asked him, "What's the problem?" He said, "Your poems come too easily. You don't try too hard. You take advantage of them and show off your smarts." Hearing this, I felt a cold sweat. At first, I was not satisfied with it. Later, I spent a little more thought on the previous works and suddenly realized that my friend's criticism of me really hit home. My problem is that I don't try too hard. I put too much faith in spontaneous revelation to know that the first meaning that comes to mind is often not the best meaning, and the first words that come to mind are often not the best words. Artistic conception needs to be refined, and the words that express artistic conception also need to be refined, in order to remove the dross and reach the exquisite realm. Practice deliberation to hard work, to go to the most resistant path. Flaubert self-described the hard work of writing said: "Writing requires a superhuman will, and I am just a person!" I have the same feeling, I lack the superhuman will, can't fight hard to drill in, only toward the path of the lowest resistance. I was deeply touched by this personal experience. It was a failure, but I learned a good lesson from that failure. In my opinion, not only in literature and art, but also in any aspect of life, one cannot achieve great success by being lazy and taking advantage of others. To achieve great success, one must follow the path of greatest resistance. "Resistance" is a term in physics. Everything in the static are its inherent "inert" and continue to static, to make it move, must be added to its "power", the greater the power, the faster the move. The path of movement can not be without resistance, all things move in the direction of the lowest resistance. If the resistance is greater than the power, the movement will stop, the resistance is low, gathered up can also make the power gradually reduce to eliminate, so things can not move forever, static to it continue to move, must be a new power. This is a very simple principle in physics that can also be applied to life. Like ordinary matter, there is inertia, if he wants to move, also must have power. Man's power is his own willpower. The stronger the will, the easier to succeed; The weaker the will, the more likely to fail. But there is one important difference between man and matter in general. Matter in general moves passively, and the force which causes it to move is external; Man's movement can sometimes be active, so that his will to move is spontaneous and self-sufficient. In the case of matter, motion does not automatically increase with resistance; On the human side, willpower can automatically increase with the increase of resistance, so material is always the path to the lowest resistance, and people can go to the most resistant path. The movement of things will eventually be stopped by resistance, and the movement of people can not be stopped by resistance. According to this view, the reason why people are human, can not be the greatest resistance to yield. If we want to measure how human a person is, the best standard is his resistance to resistance, in other words, he is in the face of environmental difficulties to show the will. As I said above, people can walk in the path of the greatest resistance, and their movement can not be hindered by resistance. I say "can" rather than "must", because most people in the world are still more inertia than willpower, happy to go to the path of the lowest resistance, resistance is a little greater, he will surrender. Such a person in fact loses the characteristics of the highest life and descends to the level of inanimate matter, pushing and falling like a corpse. They will never succeed in all aspects of moral knowledge and achievement. If they get a good fortune through the mean, it will be a blessing to them. Human life is the spirit attached to the material, not free from the material often inert. The path of least resistance is often a temptation, and we may also say that any temptation can be a temptation, because it is the path of least resistance, the most suitable for human inertia. Inertia is our enemy, to overcome inertia, we must mobilize strong willpower, not afraid to go to the most resistant path. Go through, resistance even if conquered, to do things even if successful. Let's take a very simple example. You can sleep comfortably in your hot bed on a winter morning, knowing it's time to get up and you don't want to. You do not get up, is along the inertia, to the path of the lowest resistance. The warmth and comfort of the bed, the cold air outside, and the excuses to lie down for a while are all very resistant to the act of getting up, which makes you feel like a huge struggle. But if you make a resolution and say you must get up, you will get up with a shrug. This is a small thing, but it represents the conquest of your greatest resistance, the success of your designs. This is a trivial case, as all things in the world may be considered. Many great people in history can have great achievements, mostly rely on a very strong will, willing to resist the most of the path. Confucius, for example, was a great scholar with many disciples. If he had been greedy for personal comfort, he could have sat in Qufu and lived his quiet life as a scholar. However, he spent his whole life wandering about without too much food, running out of food in Chen and encountering danger to his life in Kuang, and his scurrying and squatting in a hurry was much derided by those who were not at that time. Why would he do that? Just because he has the ambition to reform the world, he will not rest until he achieves his ideal. In the Analects of Confucius, Jie Jie and Zhang Jie can best be seen in his thoughts. Both Chang and Jie were hiding in the countryside, ploughing fields. Confucius asked Zi Lu to ask them the way. When they heard that it was Confucius, they told Zi Lu, "All the world is eloquent. That is to say, the world is full of bad, who will take care of it, reform it? When Confucius heard this, he sighed and said, "Birds and beasts are not allowed to be in the same group. The world has its own way, and hills are not easy." This means that as human beings we should do what we should do; If the world were not bad, I should not bother to reform it. Confucius said in his life, I think these lines are the most painful, the greatest. Long dijie and dijie see the world no way, retreat to ploughing, is the path to the lowest resistance; Confucius saw that there was no way in the world, so he sacrificed everything to reform it, which was the path of greatest resistance. He put it simply, "There is a world in which the hills are not easy." Another example is Jesus, from the four Gospels in the New Testament, his life was the path of the greatest resistance. He abandoned his parents and brothers, rebelled against the old Jewish religion at that time, attacked the social organization at that time, and tried to build an ideal heaven in love. He went through all kinds of difficulties and hardships, and finally sacrificed his life, but refused to give up his ideal. There was a moment in the history of his life that was a very close call. He made up his mind to preach the Gospel of heaven and went into the desert for forty days and nights of penance. According to his disciples, he was constantly seduced by demons during these forty days and forty nights. The devil tempted him to fight for earthly authority, to betray God, to worship the devil himself. Jesus after 40 days and nights of struggle, finally refused the temptation of the devil, firm faith in the kingdom of heaven. From our non-Christian point of view, this story of demonic seduction is an allegory for Jesus' own inner conflict. There are two ways before him: one is the way of God, the other is the way of the devil. In God's way he would sacrifice himself, in the devil's way he would hold on to power and enjoy earthly comforts. After forty days and nights of struggle, he decided to go the most resistant way ── the way of God. In particular, I put forward a story about the seduction of demons in Jesus' life, because it can very well illustrate the conflict between nature and human desire that the neo-Confucianists of Song and Ming said. We generally do the best of good and evil rarely see, character is often a combination of nature and human desire, God and devil, our life history is often a reason and desire, God and the devil struggle history. We often wander astray, reason tells us to the east, desire lures us to the west. At such times, the power of God and the power of evil seem to be at opposite ends of the scale, and it is not clear which is the lesser. This is the time of "a thousand fates", "a misstep is eternal hate", a struggle can immediately become a sage hero. If God's end of the scale is to be heavy, we must put a little weight on it, and this weight is the will to resist temptation and overcome resistance. Some people, unable to muster a little willpower at this critical juncture, succumb to inertia and fall gently and easily, or their willpower is not strong enough, and after some conflict, they still surrender to the devil. For example, Hong Chengchou, originally a famous official in the late Ming Dynasty, wanted to be loyal to the Ming Dynasty and restore the rivers and mountains. After the Qing soldiers entered the customs, it was expected that he would die to die for his country. The Qing soldiers tried to persuade him to surrender. To give another example at hand, Wang Jingwei had worked very hard for the national revolution in the first half of his life. When the War of Resistance began, he made an impassioned radio speech. Who expected to his wealth edifice, once the enemy seduced, he began to betray the bad thoughts of the party. But he could not show any willpower, so he admitted his mistake and accepted the responsibility as his father. Many people in the world are like Wang Jingwei and Hong Chengchou. At a critical juncture, they refuse to fight for breath and go carelessly towards the path of the lowest resistance. This is a striking example. In fact, when we are involved in life, there are two paths, one is the least resistant, the other is the most resistant. For example, when a student, not determined to do knowledge, only perfunctory homework, mixed scores diploma; After graduation do not come up with the ability to serve the society, only run flattery, pleasing to talented and deep; When doing things, they do not get things done, only blindly follow the casual and casual work, even corrupt and adulterous, catch money when it comes, whether it is legitimate or not -- this is to give up the path of the greatest resistance and take the path of the lowest resistance. This kind of psychology, if full, can gradually make a person degenerate. I would dig into the root causes of corruption in the present Chinese society and conclude that it is all due to laziness. Lazy, so muddle along perfunctory, do not seriously; Lazy, so greedy small cheap, with improper methods to solve the personal livelihood; Lazy, so do as the vulgar ups and downs, blindly smooth, dare not struggle for justice and justice; Lazy, so when tempted to fall, personal life without discipline, social life without order. The intellectual class is lazy, so there is no progress in culture and scholarship; Officials are lazy, so politics is not on track; The average person is lazy, so the whole society is lazy and sleepy. Laziness is the root of all evil, that is, the path to the lowest resistance. If we want to reform Chinese society, the first psychological destruction work is to get rid of laziness, the first psychological construction work is to promote the spirit of struggle. Life is a struggle, can not struggle, lose the meaning of life and value; Can struggle, the world rarely can not conquer the difficulties. As the old saying goes, "Where there is a will, there is a way." Demosthenes was the greatest orator in Greece. He was born with a stammer and could not speak clearly, but he was determined to become a great orator. Every day he went to the sea by himself and practiced his orations towards the sea. Adlerian psychologists often cite this example. According to them, when people feel that they have defects, they get the "sense of meanness" and feel ashamed of being inferior to others, so they start a kind of "male protest" in their hearts, saying that they are also human, and I should not be inferior to others, and I will use my willpower to make up for the natural defects.

Greedy, can not find a very appropriate word in the English language. The Roman tyrant Nero, and even Henry VIII of England, when feasting with his courtiers, it was common for him to tear off the thick and strong chicken legs, lift them up and chew them, as if no one were watching them. But that's not a craving. King Farouk of Egypt, it is said that every day breakfast in one breath 20 poached eggs, is not greedy, just presumptuous, but did not eat. To have a certain kind of food preference, so eat a lot, this is greedy. Greed, is focused on the quality of food, the most need to satisfy the taste. God, placed a tongue in his mouth, there are countless taste buds on the tongue, teach people how not greedy? Greedy, based on physiological requirements; It can also develop into something close to art. Maybe we Chinese are especially greedy. Greedy word from "food", "sound. The sound "greed" is originally cunning rabbit, good at running, for the desire of the mouth, even run to get greedy kiss, the so-called "for one mouth, run off two legs". Real greedy people, in order to eat, never lazy. I have a relative, a Han flag, poor and greedy. One evening, during a snowstorm, the old man huddled against a small coal stove. His son came home from work and bought four pears and one for his father. The father was so happy that he ate half a pear at once. Then he put on his cloak and hat and rushed out of the door with a small bowl in his hand. He disappeared in the snow. His son could only hear the gate clanging and could not catch up with him. About an hour later, the old man came back with a small bowl, and it turned out he wanted pear shreds. In the old days, a feast would begin with four dried, four fresh and four preserved fruits, and a dish of pears mixed with shredded pears after the meal would have a special flavor. (When pears were not available, cabbage could also be substituted.) When the old man had eaten half a pear, he suddenly remembered the taste and ran for an hour in the snow. This is a craving. People are most greedy when they want to eat something and can not get that period of time. Tantalus in Greek mythology, the water is deep to the mouth and cannot drink, the fruit is not to eat, hungry in the fire, the pain, his feeling is not greedy, is not to die. The cravings are not so serious. People make greedy, is in the warm, watching, recall or talk about a delicious, larynx like a greedy bug scratching for itching, had to dry spit. Once you get what you want, you enjoy it, you feel good. In the seventh or eighth year of the War of Resistance against Japan, I was in the rear and really wanted to eat food from the old capital. People are like this. They always miss the flavor of their hometown. I have been infatuated with the flavor of Peiping sheep's head meat for seven or eight years; One winter night after his triumphant return to the village, I crawled out of bed and called him into the doorway, where I sat on my lazy stool and watched him under the dim light of the oil lamp. I drew out a bright thin knife and sliced the sheep's face across the blade until it flew thin. Then I took out a gauze covered horn and sprinkled some burnt salt on it. I am holding a tray of sheep head meat, repeated into bed, a piece of sheep head meat into the mouth on the pillow, imperceptitiously into the sleep, very satisfied with the solution of cravings. But, to tell you the truth, though it was good, it was not as good as I had imagined. When I was a child, I walked with my brother to the Dow School in the morning beyond Pigeon Town. At the gate of the school, there was a snack vendor. They would cut pieces of stuff and put them on plates, sprinkled with brown sugar juice and rose clover, pale purple. Closer look, know is glutinous rice lotus root. The price is four coppers, and our breakfast charge is only two coppers a day. We decide right now, starve all day, and tomorrow we can taste the smell. It costs too much, so we can't eat it often. Sticky rice lotus root has always left an indelible impression in my mind. Later, when I got married, it was easy to eat lotus root with glutinous rice. Sometimes restaurants offered it, but I tasted it only once. Cravings have nothing to do with class. Rich and rich families, eclipse million money, still cloud without chopsticks, because he this so-called diet of excessive indulgence, even greedy instinct and opportunity were deprived, he is not greedy, is not too greedy, he numb, so he will do everything possible in food to seek new materials, new stimulus. A friend of mine, a native of Guidong County, Hunan Province, whose remote county is famous for its Suckling pigs, told me that every year a great government sent men to purchase Suckling pigs and carry them away by air to replenish his food supply. Roast Suckling pig. Where can you find it? Why look far? I still remember someone to treat the birthday banquet, guests dedicated to "roast square", choose more than square feet of fine skin tender pork buttocks a whole piece, with iron hook hanging on the rack, with charcoal burnt, sometimes fire, sometimes gentle fire, roast for hours and cooked skin and meat. It was served with a plate of crispy skin, followed by large slices of white meat, which was so delicious, unlike the roast pig of Guangdong or the roast meat of Beiping, that it dwarfed the rest of the table. It can be seen that the world has the same taste, an ordinary piece of good pork, if handled well, that is, fast. As he said, the so-called Wang Wuzi home Zheng 㹠, but in human milk feeding, really feel redundant, no wonder weiwu not ZhongXi but go to. People are carnivores, do not have to wait until "seventy people can eat meat", flat su has some meat with meals, it can be satisfied. People in Peiping are greedy, but no one has ever been heard to die of a greedy, or to lose everything. Most delicious things have a season, every time according to the section to enjoy some, will be due to natural adjustment and not more than the moment. Spring to eat spring cake, then yellow croaker market, followed by big head fish also came, just at this time the backyard pepper tree sprout, just pinch down to cook fish. Green clams are in season after the fish season. Wisteria flowers open, eat rattan cake, rose open, eat rose cake; And big flower cake with jujube paste. In summer, "old chicken head just up the river yo", followed by water chestnut, lotus seed, lotus root, pea cake, donkey rolling, love nest, together. Table common crystal elbow, street singing sell roast mutton, this time tender cucumber, new garlic should arrive. The autumn wind, smell the smell of roasted chestnuts sugar first, and then 炰 roast mutton hotpot, there are seven sharp eight big crabs. "Wife wife you don't greedy, after Laba is the year." Before and after the New Year, there is no need to elaborate on the abundance of food. Year-round cravings, eat again and again. Greed is not a sin, but a good appetite, healthy phenomenon, much better than food and do not know its taste.

Sleep is a natural arrangement that we often don't enjoy. If we sleep eight hours a day, we spend one third of our day and one third of our life in the dark and sweet sleep. But people in the muscles and bones after fatigue, eyelids down, the pillow has its own universe, the matter is as natural as food color, as if it does not need to do. Heroes have "hear the midnight wild chicken dance", said it is fascinating; However, in the Five Dynasties, Chen Xiyi actually hid himself in sleep. It was said that "for a small period of time, he slept for months, for a large period of time, he slept only once." No one suspected that he had a sleep disorder, and it was spread around. Such a large amount of sleep, very human. Our traditional view is probably not to encourage more sleep. A man who sleeps in the daytime has long been condemned by Confucius as unmoulding, making us subtropical dwellers ashamed of our afternoon Siesta, as the Spanish call it. Later Han Dynasty, there was a Bian Xiao Xian, also in order to sleep by his disciples ridicule, "Bian Xiao Xian, belly fat, lazy reading, but want to sleep." The Buddha says to abstain from the Dharma at home, and specifically points out that "indulging in sleep" is one of the obstacles to "improving Boromi". Probably head to sleep, waiting for the sun sun buttocks, its very easy, and lift quilt, jump out of soft warm, at least in the body as a "heaven and earth" shape, its more difficult. In fact, you still need to sleep in moderation. I think sleep deprivation is more harmful. "Sleep is nature's second course", that is, the most sumptuous main course. How much physical and mental exhaustion in a "pretend to be dead" cleansed. Car accidents often happen because the driver is asleep. How could one of the officials in the yamen agency, with his livid face and insolent arrogance, be able to smile like a human being because he was dizzy and had no way to vent his anger because of lack of sleep? As for those at the top, their sleep is more important, a night of insomnia, do not know how many mistakes to cause. Sleep is a natural arrangement that we often don't enjoy. I think Yang Zhen, who is known for his "knowledge of heaven and earth", has no difficulty in sleeping, at least not insomnia, because he is aboveboard. The heart has fear, the heart has obstacles, the heart has to let you in, you have to toss and turn, you are not dead yet. In the words of the Zhuangzi, "The most human being has no dreams", and in the Shurangama Sutra, "Dreams perish, but sleep becomes indispensable for security", both mean that the mind is at peace, and sleep is at ease. Toiling elements, simple life, day in and day out, sunrise, not easy to sleep. I heard that there are many remedies for insomnia, or teach people to calculate numbers, or teach people to describe the outline of the human body in the imagination, its purpose is nothing more than to want people to restrain his delusion of reversal, forget everything, but I do not know how much practical. The more anxious insomnia, the more anxious insomnia, a vicious cycle, had to stare at the big eyes, not aware of the East is white. Shakespeare's Twelfth Night mentions a large bed in a hotel in Ware, England, seven feet six inches high and ten feet nine inches wide, carved so well that it could sleep twelve. It's big enough, but it's not enviable to sleep on a dozen sardines. When it comes to scale, we still want to push the clothes and cultural relics of the country. My home in Peiping is a collection of an old bed, Hangzhou system, bamboo strips for stretching, more than nine feet wide, more than six feet deep, bed frame height of eight feet, three sides of the partition fan, the following bed cabinet, just like a cabin, the most pleasant place is a bed in the shelf board, books, bowl, table lights, four dry four fresh, can be displayed on the work, help me pillow. Foreigners' spring bed, sleep in cotton like heaps, survives winter and summer Yu not when. In addition, the western way of bedding is not comfortable, in which the body is placed between two layers of sheets and the blanket is wrapped on the mattress. It is not comfortable to turn over the shoulders and poke the quilt with legs and toes. One of the eight precepts of Buddhism is "don't sit on a high bed", which is just the opposite of my ideal. I still miss the high bed in my old home. Sleeping posture varies from person to person, and it is not possible and necessary to maintain the posture of "sleeping like a bow" for a long time. Wang Right Army like the east bed tank belly, after all natural and unrestrained. If he bends back like a dead worm, or crawls like a toad, he will do no one's business. In some places in the north, regardless of the cold and heat, people will take off their clothes when they fall asleep, and practice celestial sports under the quilt without harming the weather. Only snoring thunder, the most do not make. Song Zhang Duanyi "GUI Er collection" contains a curious story: "Liu Zhufan to see Yu Shi Kou Dynasty, his disciples to sleep. Liu sat outside his bed and heard the snoring of his nose. Xiong Mei could hear him saying, 'Mr. Kou is happy in his sleep. '" The so-called "Hua Xu tune" to see the story of Chen Xiyi, according to the Fairy Buddha Trace: "Chen kneaded in Huashan, had a visitor to visit, fit to sleep. There is an inhuman beside him. Listen to his voice and write to it with ink. Strange and asked, the person said: 'This Mr. Huaxu modulation chaos spectrum also. '" The country of the Huxus has never been visited, and the Huaxu tone is certainly not appreciated. As far as snoring is concerned, the music tone I can identify is close to the "new sound of jazz", among which there may really be "male beauty to listen to". But it is advisable to sleep without music. Sleep can also be a form of escapism. Those who are tired of living in this world and refuse to retire by themselves can turn around and go to sleep with a high head, or even bend their head with a low head. When their eyes are dark, they can put aside things they don't like and people they don't like for a while, like ostriches, out of sight and out of mind. Ming Chen Jiru "Pearl Ship" recorded: "Xu Guangpu was a phase, happy to discuss things, was envied by Li Min. Light bouton after do not say, every gathering, but sleep only, time signal 'sleep phase'." A prime minister who does not speak at meetings, blind sleep, really know the wise way to protect oneself, than dangerous words are further. This kind of kung fu doesn't seem to have been lost in modern times.

Some of the works in the contemporary art category are said to be great, and I have been to exhibitions of these works, exhibitions of paintings or sculptures. But I don't understand it. I can't accept it, understand it or appreciate it. In the face of these works, I am indifferent, have no feelings. Art, I thought, was something that should move me, not a mystery for me to guess. Many modern works for me are riddles, I always guess, so, actually doubt their own intelligence. Gradually, I discovered that artists seem to have a kind of secret pact, a secret pact between peers, they make a pact, they recognize each other. In this way, a man, now that he has the title of an artist, can put a number on his work, "The number of the work," and show it to the public, so that everyone can guess the mystery. All of this leads to my confusion, which leads to today's title: Art and Truth. I'm not here to bash contemporary art, but simply to reunderstand it. What is art?

What is the essence of art? What is a true work of art? Such questions are the subject of philosophy of art. I teach Philosophy of Art at Fudan University. I speak with much less confidence in this course than I do in Introduction to Philosophy. Most of the examples I give in class belong to classical art. I realized that these monumental works of art are actually far away from our young generation today, not only from the young generation in China, but also from the young generation in the West. We have to ask again: in what sense do we human beings need art, and what kind of art works do we need? I've read some important aesthetic literature, and I've found that there are roughly four kinds of answers. The first is that art satisfies the need of aesthetic taste. In addition to all kinds of sensory needs of human beings, the highest sensory needs are the satisfaction of aesthetic taste. We have an aesthetic need for the combination of forms and patterns and colors, a certain combination of sounds. To satisfy this need, we create art. The answer can be summed up in the following words: beauty is in form. "Beauty is a form of meaning", this is the 20th century aesthetician Clive Bell said, this is his definition of beauty. For a time, I thought this definition made sense. As it turned out, this definition failed to distinguish art from artifact. A craft also has a form that satisfies aesthetic tastes. If works of art exist only in this sense, to push this view to the extreme is "aestheticism". Of course, there are many other important ideas in aestheticism, but its general principle is still "beauty in form". The second understanding of art is that it serves our need to daydream. In reality, our wishes often do not come true, so let us dream in art. But this understanding, I think, still leaves the essence of art. In this understanding, works of art are merely the product of certain psychological needs. What we can't do in reality, we can achieve illusory realization through art works -- this is not the root of the existence of art. The third answer is that art is about releasing our repressed emotions. Sometimes the real life is very cold, we have a lot of emotions can not be relieved and released in reality, so we can only turn to art works to help us vent. In artistic activities, we express anger or revelry in order to relieve inner pressure and restore balance so that we can better withstand new pressures. The fourth understanding is to regard art as high entertainment. We play within art, and there's something appealing about this kind of play, that it's not repetitive, it's creative. For example, we go to the Pottery Bar, and the clay shapes itself in the rotating axis, so I become an artist. Or, we drink coffee in a cafe, always with music in the background to accompany our small talk. The music may take a few beautiful melodies from Mozart, or Beethoven, or Brahms, or some other composer, and let them set the mood of our conversation. I've given you four answers to questions about the nature of art. None of these four answers satisfy us because they fail to tell the truth about what truly great works of art do to our minds. These works are not meant to entertain us, to satisfy our aesthetic tastes, to daydream or to help us vent our feelings. They inspire us, they guide us, they nourish our minds, they are the teachers of our souls. Hegel has a saying: "Poetry is always the great teacher of mankind." The same is true of all great works of art. Works of art are created by human beings themselves, not God, but can be our mentor, so the field of art is very magical. If we look back at the history of art, we will find that it is also the history of the progress of the human mind, the history of the continuous enrichment of the human heart. If we insist on understanding art in this sense, then the first four answers do not touch the root of art.

If you choose to reject your fear, then what follows is what is called "repression". We suppress a lot of things, and sometimes it's necessary. We've been through so much that if we take it all in, we're overwhelmed. Fear can also be suppressed, but this can have negative consequences because it "infects" our subconscious mind. • Fear is triggered. • Fear is perceived. • Fear is suppressed. • Fear "infects" the subconscious. Now the fear is gone from your consciousness. But until that pent-up fear "reports" to you. This can happen psychologically or physically. You'll see later on. Depression may wear different masks, which I will introduce to you gradually in Chapter 2. A negative attitude toward fear is also a form of repression. We were expected to arrive in the evening at a town famous for its hot springs on the northeast plain of the island, stay overnight, and in the morning drive around the steep cliffs at the northeast corner to the eastern shore. I did not expect to set out when the sky suddenly turned dark, the original bright blue sky flew black clouds. Distant rolling blast deep thunder, like a long time to be depressed anger injustice, overflowing to churn, in the atmosphere left rushed right, looking for the outlet of the outbreak of catharsis. The sultry, moist air before a tropical island thunderstorm on a summer afternoon clings to the skin like a heavy, wet, sticky cloth. The car was driving on the mountain road. Start is a little ring brittle scattered single tone, gradually by thin and dense, slow and quick, like a little horse from far and near, clicking clicking, faster and faster, finally, a joint of the heavy rain poured down, waterfall silver heavy rain over the line of sight, wiper hurtling around shaking, beads scattered splash on the window glass, The long-suppressed depression seems to be able to burst into tears at last. The rain was so heavy that the drain pipes installed in the concrete parapets on the slopes of the mountains shot out like thousands of water guns. In a moment the valleys become rapids, the gutters overflow, the roads become waterways, and the sound of the water lapping against the roofs of the cars is heard in the ears. "This rain won't last long." B While driving. He was either comforting me or comforting himself. We hadn't expected rain and the weather report said it would be sunny for several days. But rain might not be so bad. We do not know what lies ahead on a long road. Expectation is just a subjective assumption. If the assumption is realized, we will get carried away and the assumption will become an obsession. With persistence, once the expectation fails, it is necessary to be disappointed and painful. In fact, a road, because everywhere may not be as expected, it is full of infinite curiosity to continue to go and explore the joy of it. At the top of the mountain, the rain stopped. Many people pulled over and got out of their cars and looked up at the clear, clear sky after the rain had stopped, at the plains below the heavy mountain roads, at the rice paddies, fresh green and shiny after the rain, connecting with the blue sea bathed in the bright sun. The people who got out stretched their waists and limbs and turned their necks, some smiled, some jumped and cheered. I'm not expecting anything, or I'm just expecting a simple escape. I expected sunshine, only to hear rain in sheets. I expected a sunny day, but I found the lowest melancholy wailing. Do I expect to be on a smooth, smooth thoroughfare? But why come this twists and turns, circling obstacles, always alert to rock and cliff mountain road. The car was winding down the sloping mountain road, the long wind blowing through the Windows. The whole mountain is full of the sound of water, the clatter, xili, Zhengzheng, dribs and drabs...... Never thought, after the heavy rain, the mountains waterfalls flying spring flow, the beaches rippling, the water sound like song, all the way, is so rich and happy.

Because to say yes to life, to all that life brings to you, is to flow with life. To say "no" to life is to want to change the reality as it is, that is to struggle, to struggle, that is to live in hell. So simple and yet so true. This is too easy for the mind. The mind says, "All my problems are too complicated. There are no simple solutions." Yet this book is not for the mind. Ok, in many cases the mind is limited to the process of trying to explain things clearly, but the purpose of this book is not, per se, to add "knowledge" to your mind. This book is for your existence itself, to touch another part of you that knows there must be more to your life than the mind can comprehend. This book is about encouraging you to experience, to venture out of your comfort zone, to experience what your heart has always suspected -- that you are far beyond your head. This book will help you connect and experience other dimensions of your life -- dimensions beyond your mind. We live in our heads most of the time. The mind is the storehouse of what we have learned. We need this part in order to analyze, calculate, compare, and be logical, rational, efficient, and intelligent.

This is where thoughts are located in the brain, both conscious and unconscious. Brains are of course very important. In fact, it has become so important that all education is focused on developing the mind. It has taken over us to the extent that we believe we are our own thoughts, don't we? The mind also contains all the information we unconsciously pick up from others, the sense of right and wrong that has been accumulated since childhood: the standards of how we should and shouldn't be. These are unconscious thoughts, beliefs, values and biases that we pick up from other people, not from personal experience. In this book it is called "conditioning". This restriction is undoubtedly controlled by the mind and affects every aspect of our lives without our awareness. It affects our attitude toward life -- the way we see and interpret things, how we feel, and how we react to people and situations. Scientific studies show that 90 percent of our actions are unconsciously controlled. We often don't pay much attention -- we allow our minds to work on their own, assuming that every robotic judgment, reaction and emotion we exude is us, our thoughts and experiences. We rarely stop to question, is this really our own experience, our own truth? The mind is also the home of the "ego," which is the collective idea of who we think we are -- who we are, how we want others to see us, the face we present to the world. Because we identify with the mind so much that it's already running our lives. So it would be helpful to understand how the mind works. The mind is such a remarkable tool. It is good at breaking information into pieces for analysis, and comparing and contrasting the pieces. Good and bad, high and low, light and dark, day and night... This is the gift of the mind, its ability to analyze and compare. Its specialty is dealing with the physical world. Yet the quality of so many subjective experiences in life, such as listening to music, spending quality time with friends, having sex, being in nature, enjoying a good meal, is based on the "whole". In order to fully appreciate the beauty and wonder of these moments, we need to open up to the overall experience through all our senses. If experienced through a mental mechanism, it breaks everything into pieces and we miss out on the whole sensory beauty. For example, how would you enjoy a meal if you counted the calories of the food in front of you, analyzed the balance of protein and carbohydrates, and even compared it to the previous meal? Although you eat the food, there is no presence in your tongue and nose, you are in your thoughts, which is a completely different experience. Experiencing a gourmet feast through your mind is like listening to music with a spectrograph. The mind always interferes with our sensory experience. Maybe you're walking down a country road with a friend, talking about other places, other situations, other people... You look at nature, but not in your eyes, ears and nose. You're thinking and talking, so you miss out on the nature that you're in, the sensory experience. Missing a magical moment for the mind. Even when we are alone, we are thinking, trapped in a conversation with ourselves. We are rarely completely present in the moment, present in the sensory experience, and once experienced, you know the difference. In fact, the mind does not have the capacity to relax in the joy of the moment. It cannot be quiet, and its words pull you away from the present experience. Even when we comment on good things, we compare them to past experiences. Therefore, even though the mind has value for objective things, it is not the best tool for subjective experience. So in order to live a "complete" life, the mind is not enough at all.

No, no, no, this is all appearances! In fact, my self-control is not strong at all, and I even think that my natural inclination for comfort, simplicity, novelty, and fun is stronger than average. Even now, once I look at my phone, I'm not sure I can get away with it, let alone before. Once upon a time, I also played games all day and spent all night reading Weibo. I was constantly drawn by one hot topic after another, and I had no idea of growing up in my heart. The first thing I do when I wake up is reach for my phone, and I always expect to start the day in a comfortable state. As a result, I waste my time in trifles. Especially in completely autonomous hours, I find myself doing almost nothing -- knowing I have more important things to do, but a voice in my head telling me to have fun first. The whole person is muddled, like a rudderless boat in the current of life, unable to control the direction. Finally, one day, after much self-reproach, I decided to help myself. The best thing that came to mind at that time was to develop strong self-control, and I thought that if you had self-control, you could definitely change the situation. I've tried a lot of things, but nothing works -- human inertia is too powerful! After many failures, I finally found that there was no way to fight against nature, and I had a vague sense that self-control does not mean action. In subsequent exploration, the conjecture was gradually confirmed: true action is not entirely derived from self-control. With this in mind, I began to use new mechanisms to reconfigure my action and slowly metamorphose into another self. You may not realize it, but every morning when you wake up, you receive the gift of pure attention. No matter what you went through yesterday, after a night's sleep, your energy is always rebooted.

However, many people don't take this seriously. At the beginning of the day, they dive into their phone messages or whatever they find interesting and get lost in it. This is like throwing this precious gift directly on the ground, in the long run, the fate of nature will not be favored. Why do you say that? Because life is a complex system, and good works in its own way. Denella Meadows, author of "The Beauty of Systems," tells us that there is an underlying system called the "reinforcement circuit." It happens like when two kids argue. One punches, the other kicks harder, and each time they react, they reinforce the conflict and escalate the violence. If we deliberately avoid the attraction of relaxation and entertainment when we wake up, and read a book, exercise, or do some important work first, our energy will become concentrated and increase automatically. For example, after getting up to exercise, you can make your mind clear and energetic, in this state to do important work will be very smooth, the more smooth the work, the better the state, the loop gradually strengthened; For example, after getting up early to read, the more you read, the more questions and feelings you have in your mind, which in turn will produce a stronger desire to read, and the circuit will gradually strengthen. Once our circuitry is strengthened, we will enter a state of productivity and fulfillment, where will we have the energy to pay attention to the news we can see or not see?

But why is it that some students are able to jump into their studies immediately after fun, and without a fight, while others are able to break down when they relax their willpower? The reason is lack of energy. Energy, to some extent, can be used as a proxy for willpower. When people are full of energy, they will be fearless in the face of difficulties and have stronger resistance to temptations. However, when we are low in energy, we will not only find it difficult to face difficulties, but also the ability to resist temptations will become weaker. After all, it takes willpower to overcome difficulties and resist temptations. It's no wonder that when we come home exhausted from a long day's work, the first thing we do is fall down on the sofa. Besides checking wechat, scrolling Tiktok, and giving ourselves a spiritual massage with relaxing messages, we are too lazy to do anything else. If we experience emotional fluctuations, the effects of energy exhaustion may last for a long time. Therefore, a real self-control master, is not a person who only knows sprint, but a person who is good at active rest and balance. No matter in the face of energy consumption and recovery, or in the face of emotional fluctuations and restoration, these people will deliberately maintain a high state of abundance and avoid entering a low state of scarcity.

The closer we get to the end of the day, the more we need to be aware of our energy and mood levels and resist the temptation to slip into the abyss. A lot of people wish they had the ability to focus intensely, but let's be honest, it's not something you just want to have. Otherwise, it's a rare ability. Creating the quality of concentration involves a person's living environment, interest matching, own motivation, knowledge background, habit accumulation and other factors. So how can the general public, lacking these conditions, acquire the ability to focus intensely? A simple and versatile way to do this is to actively cultivate the "hyper-focus + active rest" behavior described above. To be specific: as soon as you start your study or work, try to maintain a state of extreme concentration, even if it is only a short period of time is meaningful; If you find yourself starting to get distracted by your lack of energy, take the initiative to stop and adjust for a moment. There are AIDS, too. In the world of time management, there's a famous Pomodoro technique, created by Italian Francesco Cirillo in 1992. It revolves around working intensely for 25 minutes, then taking a five-minute break, and so on. It's kind of like high-intensity interval training. In fact, I have known about this pomodoro technique for a long time, but I have always been biased against it. First, I think this kind of strict time is too rigid. We can't actively stop when we are working hard, right? Second, there will certainly be a variety of interference in the practical application, the practice of timing work is not realistic.

If we're going to do this right, we're going to have to quit and do it full-time." There was silence on the other end of the line, then he said he needed to think about it. And then, there is no then. He said he couldn't quit his stable job, felt it was too risky and decided to quit. You can hardly imagine that when I organized the first illustration exhibition, I was the only one, and I was working part-time. From the content update of the official account to the publicity of the exhibition, from the collection of works to the collection of manuscripts, from the exhibition planning to the on-site construction, from the invitation of guests to the on-site event organization, I was in charge of it all by myself. Because of my lack of experience, I once moved to 2 am in order to catch up on an article for a public account. The next day, I got up early and went to work again. After two months of intense preparation, on August 24, 2016, the first BIBF Pineapple Circles International Illustration Exhibition was launched in Beijing New National Exhibition. The 166-square-meter booth was bustling with visitors stopping to take photos.

For the public, illustration is definitely new and interesting. In order to follow the whole exhibition, I asked for 5 days annual leave, and none of my colleagues knew what I was doing. I have "partially visible" permissions on Moments for everything related to it. During the days of the exhibition, what impressed me most was that several presidents or editors of publishing houses came to the curator of the exhibition and said that they had been looking for illustrators. Leaders of China Children's and Children's Press, the top institutions in the industry, invited me to give editors training and introduce the current situation of the illustration industry. I can't describe my inner feeling at that time. A low-level employee who had worked in a publishing house for 10 years was suddenly invited by the industry seniors I had looked up to for a long time. They even regarded me as an "expert" in the field of illustration. I find it all so surreal, but it's especially exciting that so many people in the industry see the value in illustration itself. The four-day book fair ended with 300,000 visitors. On the day of the withdrawal, I looked at the exhibition hall which was being demolished and had mixed feelings. On the way home, I had a good cry. Doing an exhibition by myself is a miracle. I don't know how I managed to do it. At that moment, I felt a little regret. How much I hoped to get an opportunity to grow up in the company. After all, I have a deep affection for the unit where I have worked for 10 years. But that seems like an extravagant hope.

I thought that was the straw that broke the camel's back, and it was at that moment that I found the courage to leave my job. Luckily, I was invited to Italy by BIBF to attend the Bologna International Children's Book Fair. The day after I finished the paperwork, I flew to Bologna, Italy, with the official publishing delegation, to begin a new chapter of my life. What is the most important thing for an international illustration exhibition (competition)? It's about getting the best illustrators in the world to contribute. Many people are curious about how I managed to collect the works of those foreign illustrators. In fact, I don't have any advanced method, is to push on the ground. Every year I go to the Bologna Book Fair with a suitcase full of promotional materials. At the Bologna Book Fair, there are a lot of editors' meetings where illustrators line up to show editors their portfolios. I followed the line and shamelessly handed out leaflets to illustrators one by one and used my own "Beijinglish" [illustrations] to tell them, "There is a 300-square-meter illustration exhibition in China, which is the official event of the biggest book fair in Asia.

If you want to enter the Asian market, please come and submit your papers." As for foreign illustrators, they are willing to participate in the free submission and the chance to receive bonus. With the participation of more foreign institutions and illustrators, our illustration exhibition was recognized by more people in the industry and quickly gained a firm foothold in the publishing and illustration circles. Especially in the Bologna International Children's Book Fair in 2018, I planned and organized the first overseas visit group of Chinese illustrators, and held a cooperation promotion meeting of Chinese illustrators in Italy. As the representative of China's illustration industry, we also held two exchange activities for international young illustrators in the official activity area of the Book Fair, introducing the booming development of China's illustration industry to the professional audience present. I got an interview with China Daily and a big folio in Publisher's magazine about what we were doing, which put me on the international stage. I'd only been out a year, and it seemed like it was going well, but it wasn't. Doing things and being a company are two different things. If you ask me where I got the courage to start a business, I would say that I definitely thought it was easy. As a matter of fact, I lack career planning in my career process. Since I have always been a strong individual output, I have not been exposed to any management work, so when it comes to building an enterprise, my weaknesses will be exposed. Here I particularly recommend that the new career, must have a relatively clear plan for their career growth. Instead of focusing on what you can do and how much money you can make in your current job, be aware of how this industry and position can improve you and take a long-term view. The influence of illustration exhibitions did not bring strong enough momentum to my company. Although we had cooperation projects with Chow Tai Fook and Sunac Real Estate, in the first two years of the company's establishment, we mainly depended on receiving books from publishers to make a living. Frankly speaking, we were the intermediary and made the difference. There are many illustrator brokerage companies in the illustration industry abroad, which will represent many illustrators and recommend them to publishers and brands. There is no similar brokerage firm in China. We tried but failed. What impressed me most was that we accepted a book illustration project from a publishing house, and the illustrator was introduced to the editor by us. After the project was over, the illustrator directly connected with the editor, and we had nothing to do with future cooperation. As someone who has rented a house before, I can particularly relate to them. If I were you, I would skip the agent and sign directly with the landlord. At this time I was very sad, without me, they would not have known each other. I want to help them, but they don't feel like I'm helping them, or they feel like they shouldn't be taking their money if they're helping. Our work was stuck in a loop. At its worst, the company was down to one employee and only had enough money to pay a month's salary. "Only after dying can the real me be born." "Pu Shu sang in the song. The good news is there's always a way out. During that time, the online education industry was growing rapidly. The teacher from New Oriental contacted us and wanted to cooperate with us on a large number of illustrations. In this way, within two years, we became the illustration supplier for Tencent, ByteDance, New Oriental, Xueersi, Homework and other organizations. Meanwhile, with the annual exhibition of illustrations, the pineapple Circle is becoming more and more famous in the circle. I began to share things in the circle with you at various events, teaching you how to do publishing, receiving commercial articles, quotation, signing contracts and so on. Unexpectedly, the illustrators felt that I had helped them, and I gradually built up my authority in the community. Illustrators come to me when they're unpaid. I'll go straight to the person in charge and help them out.

I also became a guide on the career path of many new illustrators. Ten years ago, I accidentally met my first illustrator friend on Weibo. Her name was "Jellyfish". At that time, I was an editor at a publishing house and she was a designer at an advertising agency. I planned and published her first original picture book "Dream Collection" for her, in which she drew the dreams of 100 people collected on the Internet. Ten years later, as a freelance illustrator, Jelimi has published more than 20 picture books, becoming a small name in the industry, has become her dream "picture book illustrator". I left the publishing house where I had worked for 11 years and started an international illustrator resource platform called "Pineapple Circle", becoming an "entrepreneur" in the eyes of the public. I can say with certainty that I never thought I'd be an illustrator, let alone an entrepreneur. Like most people, when I'm having a bad day at work, I just wonder if I want to move on, but I usually joke about it with friends and keep the idea to myself. Think about it, there should be a lot of people like me, whenever I want to leave the job, the whole family will advise "how stable your job is", "how easy your job is", "although the money is less, but there are winter and summer holidays", "you this is a secure job"...... These ideas kept me thinking, thinking that they all made sense, but there was something wrong with them. "We are so used to choosing what other people think is' good 'for our lives that we rarely ask ourselves what we really want for our lives." It turns out I'm not a big fan of conventional wisdom. Since I joined the publishing house in 2006, I have successively worked as a book distributor, marketing, bookstore manager and planning editor. In 2012, when I was working in the Marketing Department, I planned the book of Dreams mentioned above. Together with it, the illustrator "Ribs" of the original picture book "Goodnight collection". Now it seems that these two picture books belong to my "masterwork", which has a profound meaning for me to make pineapple rings later. I am the only person who has made the leap from publishing to editing in my publishing house's 30-plus years of existence. In the eyes of many former colleagues, it was a miracle. Most editing positions in publishing houses require a master's degree in Chinese related majors, but my bachelor's degree in finance seems to be completely irrelevant. Working as an editor in a publishing house, I wanted to plan a new book, and I had to pass the seminar. I clearly remember that in May 2015, at a topic selection meeting, I prepared a particularly complete proposal.

I said that I knew more than 300 illustrators and hoped to set up a picture book brand in our society and produce 10 original picture books every year. Because of the successful cases of "Dream Collection" and "Good Night Collection", I only needed two or three years to develop this brand. None of the judges seemed to be looking at my powerpoint presentation. One of them said, "Don't you know 300 artists?" Another judge said: "This kind of book is only a picture, not a few words, who will spend dozens of yuan to buy this kind of book?" At this time, the PPT played the page that I prepared to convince the judges, "The era of picture reading has come." Obviously, they don't know anything about picture books. They must not have read the picture books which are very popular among the young group. That day, I was particularly unconvinced, moved the idea of quitting, thinking: "the worst thing I do myself." It's easy to say the words, but when it comes to actual action, it's not so easy. For me at that time, quitting was not going to go down well with my family. I'm 31 years old, I've only worked in one place since graduating from college, and I have a two-year-old baby to take care of. If I were asked to start my own business at that time, I would definitely lack courage and self-confidence, and would worry about not finding a job after failure. We are used to living in our comfort zone, but what we call comfort is actually a prison for our thoughts and cognition. So at that time, I made a conservative choice -- to do a public account in my spare time and organize some group activities related to illustration. Many of the illustrator's friends have asked me how I came up with the idea of illustration. In fact, the reason is very simple. I thought there were too few good picture books in China at that time, and there were already many excellent illustrators in China at that time. Another reason is that the author of "Dream Collection" has become a freelance illustrator due to the numerous requests for cooperation after her book was published. I think this model can be replicated and is particularly meaningful. With the success of Mi Jellyfish, a lot of illustrators come to me and ask me to help them with their books. When I saw how good their work was, I felt a sense of mission in my heart and I felt I needed to do something for illustration and illustrators. Everyone has dreams, do what you can to help others achieve their goals.

Two years ago in the autumn, outside the window osmanthus blooming, camphor tree shadow from time to time skimming eyes. They told the children about candles, and then they talked about cold food and Jie Zhitui. The introduction of Tao poetry, on reading, mountain and sea classics, spring wine, hermit. The children all have their own opinions, began to speak their own ideas boldly, and love to hear allusions, even when the bell rang. When I wrote on the blackboard, I was filled with so much gratitude, for the past, for today.

Walking along the fields after school, met three pupils together to see the flowers, we look all the way to chat, crape myrtle, osmanthus, maple, chestnut, chouheang, ginger, rose, one of the little sister said, yellow and white osmanthus is actually two seasons, white open after will become light yellow, I think so interesting. At a certain intersection we waved goodbye, watching their cheerful back gradually receding, the heart is indescribable joy and sense of loss. At that time, I probably because of the memory of the same separation. The wild crane rests in the field, the sound of the village is in the ear, and the rice of the year is capable. Passing by a family in front of the courtyard, far from the smell of osmanthus fragrance, walked into a look, bitter melon vine after two plants of osmanthus has been hung full of gold, is the kind of soaked in red gold, so there is no sunset like evening before the court, inexplicably feel your gas. The yard is spacious and bright, fragrant trees stand, in front of the westbound water also feel a pity, even if the real take away as clear as water time. At that time, friends came to visit me. From graduation to now, just a few months, but feel too long. We were walking together in the evening when she suddenly said, "I've come to live in your town." I laughed and said it could be a poem. Let's go to the granary and see the old house where I lived when I was a kid. I do not know who is drying the bed linen and pillow towel on the bamboo rack. My friend saw the pattern on the pillow towel and said that he liked it very much, like the color of autumn. Very happy, happy and forget to say. After a few decades, I may still think of that day, "Polygonum Tingping shore will twilight autumn", and the faint raven skimming the green tiles, I may feel that some years have not been lived up to. No matter how we get together, we will have our own lives and go on alone. But even now that we're apart, we never feel far away.

In front of the court green wormwood made green tiger, fine cut calamus poured green spirit [illustration]. Soup goose Kuai carp do China feast, cold soak water mass package zongzi." From it, we can get a glimpse of the customs at that time. The flowers of Tonghua have not fallen all, and the people have to fold peach branches to dispel evil spirits. In addition, they also hold banquets, make zongzi, drink alcohol, etc., which shows that people attach great importance to the Dragon Boat Festival. But what are poets doing at such a lively festival? The back of the poem reads: "This year lonely sit empty mountain, mountain rain mountain wind born Xiao cold. Mo - an makes me Hugh Eeqi, a poem about the meaning of mountain home. Ann had two altar flying hands, and you fly 泬 ratio between, no make life bitterness." While everyone else is enjoying the festival, he sits alone, with the wind and rain. Even in May and June, the mountain is not as warm as the mountain, especially in the morning and evening, the cold is very obvious, now I still wear two clothes, especially can feel the cool in the poem. "The pen and ink dried up, and when I thought about it, I was speechless. I record Bai Yuchan patriarch poem, as a memorial, to show the age of treasure." This is a poem reading notes of Yi Wei years. I can feel the plants and trees recited by the patriarch in the past, but I can still see them now. To a user, an application is an application program, which refers to software written for a specific use purpose of the user. From the era of desktop Internet, access to information is the first demand of users to access the Internet, which has been proved by the history of aggregating information portal sites and distributing information search sites as Internet portals. In the era of mobile Internet, almost all users are bound to have media or content apps on their smartphones. Therefore, as an application program, new media almost covers all netizens and is a truly national-level application. At the same time, for the subject of communication, new media is an application tool that can be used to achieve specific communication goals. Any individual or organization can obtain the tool of new media with the help of the account provided by the third-party platform media or write its own application program, so as to obtain the right to disseminate information to any specific object. This breaks the "privilege" structure of communication exclusive to specific institutions and groups in the traditional media era, and achieves equal rights at the starting point of communication. Apps can also be viewed as products. This is because, from the developer's point of view, an app is a market offering that is essentially a service to the user's experience. In addition, from the perspective of the iterative process of application development, launch and optimization, it is isomorphic to product management. Apps are as much influenced by the user experience as by the developer's decisions.

At the end of the day, the user experience formed during the application is the fundamental factor that affects the developer's decision. Therefore, the optimization process of the application and the iteration process of the product also coincide. The logic of application lies in the fact that, as a means of empowerment, new media has formed a "binding force" on society and individuals. After any individual or organization has the means of communication and the possibility of making a voice, there is actually a kind of reverse pressure on those individuals and organizations that do not make a voice or can not effectively make a voice. Losing one's voice has become an unbearable burden for individuals and organizations in the new media era. Therefore, in the era of new media, every individual, every brand and every organization must have their own new media tools and voice ability. This is a personal life skill, an essential ability for organizations and brands.

However, this is only our unilateral good wishes. If users simply browse now or get a material incentive to stop using or uninstalling our product, they will have a hard time remembering us when they need it in the future. Now that we've spent the money to attract this low-demand audience, even if it's not an active choice, the best way to maximize value is to guide them to the core features of the product. Experience is easy to remember, which is equivalent to giving them a quick thinking cue. When they really need something in the future, they can immediately think about our product based on the quick thinking clues they have planted now. This is similar to the way many brands advertise, except that most ads create an impression through repetition. But in today's information explosion, even if repeated many times, users may not be able to remember. On the other hand, if we allow users to experience the core functionality of the product and experience the interaction with the product, they are much more likely to remember our product.

Suppose you have a used car trading App, and one of its core functions is to subscribe to information about a particular model. In general, people who want to buy a car are likely to subscribe, which gives them access to the latest supply of the model and the latest transaction price. With these experiences, it will be difficult for users to think about the App when they want to buy a car in the future. Therefore, after the weak demand users come in, the cost seems to increase by undertaking certain growth functions, such as task system, to guide them to experience the core functions of the product, but in the long run, the cost is actually reduced. Of course, this needs to look at the long term, but also after a long time of data verification. In addition, if the low demand users attracted to us are "sand", we can also look for the diamond in the sand, that is, we really care about the strong demand users.

However, it should be made clear that although these users use our products, they will not necessarily trade on our platform. For low-frequency high-customer unit price products, in a certain period of time, it is a zero-sum game. If users make transactions on other products, they will not make transactions on our products. There is a critical window before the user makes a trading decision. During this period, the user will synthesize all aspects of the factors to make the final trading decision. And we definitely want to be able to step in during that critical window to influence the decisions of our users so that they can choose our products to trade with. However, this is only possible if we can identify users who have strong needs, since they don't have strong needs tags. And this requires us to have a user transaction intention recognition model, can try to identify this part of strong demand users in the key window before the user transaction. Through the user's various behaviors, if we can build a prediction model, we can make a certain probability prediction of the user's single intention. Once we start doing this work, the prediction model can improve the accuracy of the prediction through stepwise iterations.

However, as far as I am concerned, I still agree with the late bishop. If he did become a bishop - that is to say, it is absolutely incredible if women in Shakespeare's era were born with such talent as Shakespeare. Because such talent cannot be born among a group of people who work hard day and night, are illiterate and submissive, cannot be born among Saxons and Britons in Britain, and cannot be born among today's working class. Then, according to Professor Terry Williams, how can such a wonderful work be born among women who are still young and forced to work by their parents, but cannot escape from the bondage of laws and customs? But there must be geniuses among women, just as there must be geniuses among the working class.

Occasionally, an Emily Bronte or a Robert Burns [40] will shine for a while, proving the existence of genius. But this kind of genius must have never been recorded in history. However, when I read that a witch was pushed into the water, a woman was possessed by a devil, a smart woman was selling herbs, and even a famous man had a mother, I thought that if I followed these tracks, I would find a buried novelist, a suppressed poet, and an unknown Jane Austen, Some Emily Bronte was running into a bloody head in the wilderness, or was frowning on the roadside, because the torture of her talent made her crazy. Indeed, I even want to guess that "Anonymous", who wrote so many poems but never signed his real name, is mostly a woman. I think Edward Fitzgerald [41] suggested that it was a woman who created so many folk songs and ballads. She sang in a low voice for her children to pass the spinning time and spend the long winter nights. This may be true or false - who knows—— But think about the story of Shakespeare's sister that I made up. In my opinion, the truth is that any talented woman born in the 16th century is doomed to go mad, kill herself with a bullet, or die alone in a deserted house far away from the village, half a witch, half a magician, making fun of others, but making people afraid. You should know that once this gifted woman applies her talent to poetry, her instinctive resistance to these obstacles will also make her tortured and exhausted, in addition to other people's obstructions.

Without too much psychological skills, she can be sure that her health and spirit must have suffered greatly. No woman can go to London from the backstage of the theater and rush directly to the actors and managers without ever being insulted or suffering. Perhaps this is unreasonable - chastity, perhaps just something worshipped by some society for no reason - but it is unavoidable. Chastity still had an important religious significance in women's life at that time, even now. It involved every nerve and all kinds of instincts. It took great courage to strip away the shackles and expose them in broad daylight. In London in the 16th century, living a free life means that a female poet and playwright should bear the pressure and embarrassment that may force her to a dead end. Even if she could survive in a desperate situation, the words she wrote had been distorted and deformed, because the imagination that inspired these words had gone wrong and become ill. I looked at the bookshelf and found that there was no play written by a woman on it. I thought there was no doubt that she would not sign her name on the work. This must be her way of protecting herself. This is a remnant of the silence required by the concept of chastity for women in the late 19th century. Cole Bell, George Eliot and George Sang are all victims of internal struggle, which is clearly revealed in their works.

They used men's names to cover it up, but in vain. In doing so, they just bowed their heads to tradition. The tradition, even if not set up by men, is also greatly encouraged by them (Pericles [43] once said that the greatest glory of a woman is not to let others talk about it, although he is often talked about by others). Based on such a traditional concept, women's public appearances are considered to be despised. Silence flows in their blood, and their hidden thoughts still control them. Up to now, they have never cared about reputation as much as men do. Generally speaking, women have no urgent desire to carve their names on tombstones or road signs. If you were Alf, Bert or Chase, you would listen to their instincts, just like when you see a beautiful woman or a dog, you would mutter to yourself. This dog belongs to me. Of course, it may not be a dog. I think of Parliament Square, Victory Avenue and other tree lined avenues. Maybe it is a piece of land or a man with black curly hair. One of the great advantages of being a woman is that even if you see an extremely beautiful black woman, you can walk straight through without having to worry about making her an English woman. Then, the woman born in the 16th century with poetic talent must be an unfortunate woman, a woman who goes against her wishes. No matter what is in her mind, she must have a proper state of mind to express it. But all the conditions around her and all her intuition in her heart are against it.

He took out the rice paper that he had kept at home and asked someone to paint it, which he wanted to use as the visual focus of the day in the auditorium. The paper was huge, about two people tall and one wide. The elders brought it from the mainland and treasured it for many years. It can be regarded as out-of-print paper! Because of the size of the paper, one painting took many days to draw, and when the painting was almost finished, an expert came over to take a look, and threw a sentence lightly: "Oh, it's a pity—if you don't paint this paper, It will be worth more than a painting!" Thirty years later, I still can't forget the expression he shook his head and sighed. He came to see the painting, but he did not see the painting. He saw some colors and lines, but he didn't see paintings. He saw trees, flowers and stones, however, he did not see paintings. However, when he saw the plain paper behind the painting, he was not arrogant, at least, he knew how to respect the art of papermaking. I don't paint, but I can't help but be cautious and fearful, because I don't know if my work will detract from the original value of a piece of paper. A piece of paper may come out of a tree, or out of bamboo, or out of many grasses, but all of them were once exuberant life. Now that it is shattered for human beings, what right do I have to waste a piece of pure white paper?

A piece of paper, if it is printed as banknotes, can increase its worth thousands of times; if a piece of paper is written in a hand letter, it can command thousands of troops; and what if my article is written on a piece of paper? So, I always get a little pissed off when an editor says to me "Just write us something!" Write casually? Why should I write casually? For half my life, in order to write well, I didn't even dare to write as a career. I was afraid that I would fall, and that the pure love between myself and literature would become a "health plan". Therefore, I have to lay the foundation of my career with many years of hard work like ordinary people, and then I can write without desire or desire. Since I am so religious and dedicated, how can I "write casually"? If a piece of paper is not fragrant because of the words I have written, if a pair of eyes is not brightened by the reading of my sentences - is not writing a superfluous thing?

The picture said that there is a church here, so I called to ask, and the church deacon said that if it was agreed in advance, he could reserve two seats for us. Gosh, it's unheard of to go to church with a seat reservation. The alley is really narrow, but the strange thing is that it doesn't feel shabby. It just feels like a small alley on Lukang or Qishan Street, a very humanized space. The alley turned a few times, and when the church arrived, it was really crowded. If you hadn't made a reservation in advance, you would have been closed. In mainland China, you have to queue for everything, not even going to church. I sat down and knew that this was an old church that belonged to the Meiyimei Association. In addition to the elderly, there are also many young members. The faces in the church are somewhat similar, with forty years of forbearance and perseverance faintly engraved on their brows. You will think of them as some kind of desert plant, maintaining the lowest possible existence in the humblest of positions; with little dead leaves and pliable branches - but they can still bloom brilliantly when it rains. Sitting and sitting, suddenly smelling the aroma of burning meat, people mistakenly think that the ancient burnt offering is going on in the church. When the meeting was over, I asked others and found out that this flower lane is the famous "meat floss lane".

When I first came to Taiwan when I was a child, the meat floss in my memory is simply a delicacy. Glass jar, named Vita Floss, crispy and browned, with a squeak in the mouth. It's a pity that this kind of good thing was my sister's patent for eating porridge, and I had to get sick to have a legal "floss of meat". At this moment, I hope that there will be a magic trick to attract my sister from 40 years ago, and let her drool to watch me eat meat floss once. The meat floss in Huaxiang, Fuzhou is called Dingriyou. It seems that there is a brand called Dingriyou in Taipei. After the service, I immediately went to buy a small packet, squeezed and eaten as I walked. This flower alley is really a good alley: because there are both churches and meat floss. What human beings need, in fact, is nothing more than this little thing.

The gorgeous paper umbrellas for girls and the snow-white uniforms for boys make the sun shine brighter at noon in early autumn. The streets that were not crowded suddenly became lively. "From today, we are the first year of junior high school. There are three homework classes in the morning. English is still learned from scratch, arithmetic or four addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Only the Chinese language is very different from our high school. What do you think?" Zhou Lehua turned from the street to the alley and said to Zhang Dawen who was walking with him. "I also think Chinese is a bit complicated. I'm afraid it's not just us. When Mr. Wang posted the selection, the whole class seemed to frown when they saw it." "It's no wonder them. Ke finally worked hard, and my husband praised us for having the best understanding in the class, but I still feel that it is not enough." "The two selected essays sent out today say that we are asked to study in advance. I just read a few points, There are a lot of things that you don’t understand. Maybe you can understand more than I do.” “Where is it? It’s Monday anyway, and Mr. Wang just asked us to prepare the vernacular “Autumn Night” before Wednesday. , there is still a day and a half to go. I go back and slowly prepare. If there is something I don't understand, I have to ask my father." "You have a father to ask, I am really happy. I'll come to class with you after dinner. Is the first lesson in the afternoon a drawing?" Lehua comforted Wenda and hurried to his home. Zhou Lehua and Zhang Dawen are cousins, both of whom are fourteen years old. Zhou Lehua's home is in Town S, fifty miles away from City H. His father, Uncle Zhou Mei, is a middle school teacher who has taught Chinese in several middle schools. Recently, because of his disgust with teaching career, he took up a post in a bank in H city. Before the summer vacation, Lehua graduated from high school in town S. Uncle Mei, because there was no middle school in the country and he worked in a bank, couldn't take care of the family in town S, so he moved his family to city H and made Lehua take the entrance examination for the junior high school of No. 1 Middle School. Zhang Dawen was originally from City H and lost his father when he was young. His mother was thin and frail. After graduating from elementary school, he followed the doctor's advice and consultation with his relatives and made him transfer to a small school in S Town in the countryside. I only come back to H City during the annual vacation and summer vacation. After living in the country for two years, Dawen graduated from high school, and his health improved, so he stayed in H city and entered the first middle school with Lehua. The two are relatives and have been in the same class for two years, and their friendship is really like that of brothers. After the afternoon class, Lehua and Dawen went to do extracurricular sports. The vast sports field and all kinds of sports equipment are almost different from those in the countryside. The two of them walked out of the school gate with their schoolbags dripping with sweat, it was too late.
