🔵 What is Creators Studio?

Creators StudioはWeb3女性及びジェンダーマイノリティクリエイターのコミュニティです🏗 👩‍💻✨

新しい価値を創りつづけるクリエイターを増やします。

🟢 Why?

Creators Studioで女性とジェンダーマイノリティがWeb3で楽しく活躍できる場所(Studio)を作っていきます！

雇用の割合の不均衡

日本でテクノロジー業界に関わる女性の割合は約24.8%です。全産業においては約44.5%を占めていることを考えると、とても少ない数値です。さらに、この５年間で世界的に雇用が増えている職種のうち、特に高度かつ先進的なスキルが要される「Data and AI」、「Engineering」、「Cloud Computing」の3分野で、女性が占める割合も低いことがわかっています。

雇用後の賃金格差

日本の男女間の賃金格差は主要国内（フランス、アメリカ、イギリス、ドイツ、日本、イタリア、カナダ）で最大です。割合にすると、男性100の場合、女性は77.5です。OECDの平均は88.4で主要国内だと、格差は最大です。

😠 😱 変えなきゃ！

バイアスの再生産

既存の科学技術には、女性や性的マイノリティが考慮されていないケースが多くあります。“Gendered Innovation”として研究されはじめています。

技術の専門分野におけるジェンダーの不均衡がもとで、AIが偏った判断をしてしまうことことがあります。ジェンダーバイアスをもつデータで作られたAIがバイアスを再生産してしまったのです。例えば、Amazonの採用AIツールが男女を差別した事例があります。

すでにWeb3にもジェンダーギャップが起き始めています。先進国における女性の暗号資産の所有率は1/3に過ぎません。このままでは男性の倫理感や価値観に偏った世界が再生産されてしまいます。

これからの未来のために、ジェンダーマイノリティの開発者とWeb3に参加する人を増やす必要があります。

Web3におけるジェンダーギャップをなくしインクルーシブなコミュニティを創ることに共感し、一緒に未来を作ってくれる運営を少人数募集します。6~8人ほどの予定です。

[doing]1期生募集＆サポートメンバー募集

1期生にはチームを組んでdAppsを企画からリリースまでdAppsを作ってもらいます。(運営がコードレビューやブレストなどをサポートします)。確実にdAppsを開発する知識、開発力を身につけることができます。

他にも、アプリの作成、NFTの作成、記事の執筆、ハッカソン等の実施を予定しています。ご自身の得意なこと、好きなことを軸に活躍できる場所を提供します。

Solidityの開発、Dappの開発・コードレビュー・セキュリティの観点のレビューも含めます。

サポートメンバーはプロジェクトの参加等は難しいが、交流の場やWeb3に関する情報を得たい方を対象にしています。交流の場は主にdiscordです。

🔵 What is Creators Studio?

Creators Studio is a community for women and gender-minority creators to unlock the next wave in Web3. We increase the number of creators who continue to create new value with spirit of innovation.

🟢 Why?

At Creators Studio, we're creating a place (Studio) where women and gender minorities can have fun on the Web3!

Percentage imbalance in employment

The percentage of women in Japan's technology industry is about 24.8%. This is a tiny number considering that they account for about 44.5% of all sectors. Furthermore, among the occupations that have seen global employment growth over the past five years, women are underrepresented in the three areas of Data and AI Engineering and Cloud Computing, which require particularly advanced and technologically advanced skills.

Post-employment wage gap

The wage gap between men and women in Japan is the largest among the major national economies (France, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, Italy, and Canada). The OECD average is 88.4, the most significant gap among major countries.

😠 😱 We have to change!!!

Reproduction of bias

In many cases, women and sexual minorities are not considered in existing science and technology. This is beginning to be studied as "Gendered Innovation."

Gender imbalance in technical specialties can cause AI to make biased decisions. AI built with gender-biased data has reproduced the bias. For example, there is a case where Amazon's hiring AI tool discriminated against men and women. While it is good that we were able to notice this, in this case, we don't want such a happening again, do we?

We are already starting to see a gender gap in Web3. For example, women own only 1/3 of crypto assets in developed countries.

We need more gender minority developers and Web3 participants in the future.

So we create a place where women and gender minorities in Japan can feel safe, gain knowledge, make friends, and create new value!

Through our activities, we will create creators who will be the future of Web3.

🔴 RoadMap

Call for the first phase of Creators Studio operations

We are looking for a few people who share our vision of closing the gender gap and creating an inclusive community in Web3 and who will work with us to build the future.

The team will create Smart Contracts for Creators Studio and develop the Dapp.

This will include Solidity development, Dapp development, and code review and review from a security perspective.

We will distribute NFT exclusively for the operation to those who join our journey.

Who is Creators Studio for?

Women and gender minorities strongly desire to close the gender gap in Web3.

No skill level is required, but the community will need some (about 10hours/week) commitment.

We are looking for people who share our goal of closing the gender gap in Web3 and are willing to work together to create that future.

Creators Studio Token Release

We will be selling tokens to raise funds and support future activities.

Membership Token (NFT)
The type of NFT will be changed depending on the level of support.

We will create a community where people from all walks of life, regardless of gender identity or occupation, can share their wisdom and collaborate to develop new and exciting values.

We are looking for core members who share our goal of closing the gender gap in Web3 and creating an inclusive community and are willing to work with us to build the future of Web3.

We would like to communicate well, so we would like to have a 15~30 minute discussion with all applicants. We are still in the early stages of our exploration, so we look forward to working with you to build our future together. We will send an email to all applicants to arrange a date.
