If TWR is strong, the strategy works regardless of your timing. DWR tells you whether your personal experience was good. If DWR is lower than TWR, you added capital at worse times than average. If DWR exceeds TWR, you added capital at better times.</p><p>The gap between TWR and DWR quantifies your market timing skill (or lack thereof).
