Instead of just paying centralized systems for internet, contribute yours, help businesses and get rewarded by jesseshappyhour's UpRockCom. Wanna know how Individuals and Companies can benefit? Stay till the end of this article.

UpRock: A Mobile-First DePIN Network

UpRockCom is a DePIN (Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network) that powers decentralized data, AI and rewards users for sharing their internet. So basically, you can share your unused internet bandwidth from your devices. These contributions form a decentralized network that supports tasks like real-time data gathering and useful analysis for AI applications. And by doing so, you get rewarded with UpRock tokens (UPT) based on the resources you provide. It’s a win-win situation for you and the companies you aid with this. UpRock is built on solana, which is known for its speed and scalability, and makes it the best place for it.

UpRock's Unique Advantages

UpRock stands out over other DePIN networks due to these reasons: Mobile-first access, meaning that all you need is just your phone to get started. Ava

ilable and active in 190+ Countries. 2.6 Million+ registered devices. 1.3 Billion $UPT transactions. 728.9M network speed tests. Available on Android, iOS, MacOS, Windows and Linux.

Introducing PRISM: UpRock's B2B Powerhouse

Now, UpRock's Prism introduces a mobile-first, decentralized approach to uptime monitoring. In simpler terms, PRISM helps websites and apps stay online, work properly and ensure they don’t crash.

How PRISM Redefines Uptime Monitoring

Centralized Uptime monitors use big computers known as servers, all in one place to know if websites and apps are working. Instead, Prism uses millions of real phones and devices around the world through decentralization. It can spot issues correctly an address the direct faults, it is mobile-first and so, it knows how users experience websites on their phones. Thus, it sees everything live, and can note down a tiny issue before it becomes a big issue. Also, because Prism is open-source, anyone can use, study, or improve it, thereby making it more transparent and trustworthy.

PRISM's Impact on Business Infrastructure And how does it redefine business infrastructure?

Big businesses like Netflix, Shopify and Cloudflare can use Prism to improve their existing systems without spending a lot. By connecting their tools to Prism, they get access to a decentralized network which reduces cost. They can monitor their services globally because Prism uses millions of real-devices around the world.

Comparing Prism’s decentralized model to centralized alternatives such as Pingdom and Betterstack. A major advantage is that Prism uses a Decentralized network in which 2.5M+ people are registered and can easily spot problems at early stages. But centralized alternatives use centralized servers which is only in some regions, slower, and can’t spot all problems. Other advantages are seen in the infographics below

PRISM's Role in Powering AI and Automation

Just as AI is trained by Large Language Models (LLMs), Prism provides AI with accurate live information to learn, adapt, spot and to fix problems quickly. Companies like synesis_one and iotex_io currently use Prism’s data to make their own AI tools smarter. With Prism, AI can predict an issue before it happens due to the info gotten from it. For example, if the AI sees a website slowing down, automation can send an alert to someone’s phone or email using Slack, SMS or PagerDuty, restart the website, or adjust settings to fix it by itself. It helps AI automation in handling large networks easily. More devices mean more data, automation can help to keep checking and fixing things. dephynetwork and hotspotty use Prism’s data to automate their own systems, making them work better and faster. AI Automation also saves time and reduces the workload for us, giving us time to do more critical tasks.

The Broader Impact of UpRock

As RasimUner said in his presentation, “..the whole idea is, you need devices all around the world, to understand the information around the world..” The importance of UpRockCom can never be over emphasized because everyone provides info in a decentralized network from all around with our mobile phones that we carry around daily. And he also talked about how with this innovation, businesses can leverage on it to get live data to make decisions. DePIN will play a key role in Physical AI such as self -driving cars and general robotics. And with it's current achievements, UpRock can front-run this development. UpRock's impact is essential, and i expect a whole lot in the coming months.

Would you like to Join UpRock and earn $UPT, Need more info on UpRock?, or Not interested in UpRock?

If you picked the first option, CONGRATULATIONS. Here's how to get started: Click on the link below, Download UpRockCom from your Google Playstore or IOS Apple Store, Register your account and save your details, Then click on the "Start Earning" button on your homepage, You've succesfully started earning, just keep using your internet and make sure the button is on.

So there’s this popular AI project that hit the TL last month with a good utility and usecase.

They tried marketing their product with a thread contest, but their whitepaper was so hard to understand. And so, at the end of the contest, the hype and attention died, the project came out to complain about it.

So what went wrong? They chased hype instead of getting their product to the target audience.

Now, if you’re a project founder building on base or any other chain, and you have a new or existing product idea:

The Art of Business Development EP 4 (Part 1)

Product Idea Development

Product Idea is simply the plan or steps to launch a new product to sell in a specific market. It has the important details of the product such as its functions, its features, and other important components. Product Idea focuses majorly on “what problem the product can solve”—like how well can a washing machine wash clothes?

Before launching your product idea, or if you’ve done that and you need to improve, use these 8 steps to turn your product from just an “Idea” to a multi-national company:

Determine the Nature of the Issue Needed to Be Addressed What issue or challenge is your business product or service solving? Aside from making profit, the initial aim was to solve a problem faced by the target market. Look into the problems faced by your target market, and make sure your product can solve their problems to ensure the growth of your business.

Find Your Market Locating the market and target audience that would use your product effectively is crucial for success. Imagine selling a product in the wrong market—you would blame the market for poor sales. Identify the right market for your product and understand what would make them purchase your product even if they have it. Basically, understand why people buy things.

Locate the Help You Need Business partnerships are never to be overlooked. If your product wants to go far, you should have partners who can advise you about your idea, guide you, and show others that you have a solid idea. By making connections with successful business owners, you can get them to share tips on how they started their own business.

Make a Budget Model and Plan for the Initial Stage After conducting market research, the next step is to know if it will be profitable. Remember, a major aim of creating a business is to make profits. Figure out how much it costs to make one product or offer one service. Add in the costs to advertise and sell it to one customer. Set a price that makes you a profit. Then, estimate how many you can sell to see how much money you can make. If it looks profitable selling to one person, then do a top-down financial model—analyzing the market to know the total number of people that can buy your product and the people you can realistically sell to. Works right? Sure it does.

Determine Where Your Capital and Investments Are Coming From Even if you didn’t start a business to make profits, every business needs money to kick-start its operations. You can choose to self-finance your business (money from family, friends, and loans). Depending on the amount needed for the business, venture capitalists and angel investors play a key role here.

Develop Your Most Viable Product Before the idea is fully launched, create a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to get feedback and ensure you don’t build something the market doesn’t want. The goal is to create a product that works well but needs room for development. This is where early adopters and beta testers come in—they use the product and give you feedback needed to improve it.

Locate the Point of Pivot To pivot simply means change of direction. The feedback from early adopters might not be what you expected. You’d have to pivot your business model by changing an important part of it. It doesn’t mean you should give up and start from scratch, but rather use the knowledge you’ve gathered and pursue another method or pathway.

Stay Positive Some people prefer bad things to happen to others rather than good things. You might face certain issues while building your business, and people will criticize you, which might make you hesitate to take the necessary risks needed to scale. If you decide to be positive and find solutions rather than dwell on problems, you will succeed.

We have come to the end of Part 1 of today’s episode. Next part, we will talk about Identifying Your Target Market.

So if you don’t want to miss out, follow me and turn on post notifications.

And they recorded massive growth in engagements and follower count.

Remember I said AcolytAI has a role to play, right?

With the TheSignal_AI Framework, here’s how AcolytAI would perform, and I’d also share my thoughts on this:

Mastery of X Features

First, X has a lot of features, and the developers make new features too. So therefore, the agent will leverage current features, and then when new ones arise, it would leverage them also.

Goal-Driven Growth

Goals can be set to be achieved by the agent, such as reaching a high-quality followers count, getting followed by the CEO of a prospective client, and so on.

Historical Learning

The agent will learn from top KOLs in your project’s niche and then create quality content that appeals to your content.

My Thoughts on How AcolytAI Changes Marketing

From Waiting to Acting Fast Usually, old marketing techniques react slowly to trends. With impressive Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI techniques, AcolytAI jumps in quickly, spots opportunities, makes content, and talks to people on X right away.

Work Made Easier and Efficient Traditional marketing usually makes use of big teams and lots of effort. With AcolytAI, it does the heavy work, saves money, and produces results quickly. Even if you have a small business, you can use it also.

People-Only ❌ AI + People ✅ Humans did marketing alone. With AcolytAI, we have a marketing buddy. It would do the major work—but who controls it? HUMANS.

Personalised Interesting Strategies Current marketing tactics aren’t usually target market specific or personalised. AcolytAI would learn what people like, make content just for them, and connect with specific groups on X. It would make the target market feel special.

Evergreen and Always Improving Methods Majority of the marketing tactics used today are static and old. The world is changing, and marketing should change with it. That’s why AcolytAI always learns, updates strategies, and adapts to new X features and trends. It’s always up to date, so you don’t miss any opportunities in the market.

Dear Marketers and Project Founders, embrace the Agentic Future of Marketing.

Interested in taking your business to the next level? Follow AcolytAI and condzxyz to stay updated.

Until next time, I’m Sigma_Salchi and I believe in the use of AI to drive growth and adoption.

Follow and turn on post-notifications for more AI-related content.

“He who fails to plan, plans to fail"

There is no business that wants to succeed without having a plan. Or do they just go with the flow? Lmaoo. As a Business Developer, how do you create a sustainable plan to ensure the growth of your project?

Therefore, “The Art of Business Development EP 3: Creating a Business Plan”.

Alright, what’s a Business plan?

Business plan is simply a method that sees the general planning to run a successful business from start to finish. A business plan talks about your project’s goals, steps to achieve those goals, and your project’s structure. It covers everything, no stones left unturned!!

A business plan is also called a STRATEGY and it consists of 3 components:

➔ Business idea: You describe the sector for the business (e.g Tech, Agriculture, Health, etc.), how your organisation is, your good or service and your plans for success.

➔ The Marketplace: This focuses on the people who buy your product or service, CUSTOMERS. So how do you get them to buy from you? You categorise them based on demograph, where they live, why they buy your product and so on. And, in every business, there are always competitors, so you plan how to stand out and get your customers undivided attention.

➔ The Financial Area: This consists of the balance sheet, income and cash flow statement Basically calculating how the cash flows in, around and out of the business.

Now, why is a Business plan so important?

➠ Starting a new project or business: For start-ups, a business plan gives the direction that the project should follow, and the goals to be achieved. It’s highly essential for new businesses.

➠ Partnerships: A business plan shows potential partners your vision, strategy, and how they can benefit. Investors want to know if their money is safe and if it will generate profit. How will they find out if you don’t have a plan?

➠ Government assistance: To receive a loan or grant, government and other institutions request for a business plan. Why? Because they want to know if your business has the potential to succeed, and to be sure you don’t waste the loan.

➠ To improve the management of your business: With a plan and roadmap, you can track the current progress of your business, recognise achievements, allocate resources, and refine strategies. A plan helps you to check if your project is on the right track.

➠ To compare actual performance with expectations: You know when you create an idea, and it sounds too good to be true right? And when you execute it, it doesn’t work out, or it exceeds your epectations. By having a business plan, you’d measure your business execution, see the successes and the gaps that need to be filled.

Before you create a business plan, you need to note these things:

➢ A business notion (concept or idea): What kind of business are you creating?

➢ Information or proficiency (your experience): What business or work experience do you have?

➢ Industry or Demand: Is it tech, health, AI or food industry you’re business is in? How badly do people need what your business is offering?

➢ Finance and Capital: How much do you have to fund your business processes? ➢ Competition: What other businesses provides the same goods or services that your business does? How can your business stand out?

➢ Location, staff, tech: Where is your business located? Who are your workers and what tech tools can enhance your business?

After noting the above, if you desire to create a business, here’s a practical guide:

❁ Choose a name for your business and define it’s structure

❁ Create a solid business plan

❁ Create a business bank account

❁ Get the necessary licences and permits especially if its onsite.

❁ Employ the right workers

❁ Corporate identity

❁ Market and advertise your business.

As a business owner, If you want your business to stand out, it has to provide what others can’t Also, you should decide if you want to make your business a C-corp or Sole proprietor. Your lifestyle and attitude would be a major factor to determine that. We’ve come to the end of today’s episode.

If you learnt a lot, do well to retweet so others can learn too. See you at the next episode.

Either you create another product or service, or you take them to places that would sell more. This can be done through effective market research and trend analysis.

➠ Forging important connections:

Like they say, “If you want to go fast, you go alone, but if you want to go far, you go with people” This also applies in BD because solid connections have proven to be effective in businesses.

For example, if you farm airdrops, there are certain VCs and companies that would back the project, and you would be bullish to farm. Why? Because you know the partners of the project are SOLID CONNECTIONS due to their reputation. And the project tends to do well because of such partneerships So therefore, as a BD, strive to secure connections that would take your project to the next level.

➠ Raising the value of a client:

This simply means strengthening the relationship between your business and the client. You utilize what they offer, and also understand what they want and offer solutions to certain issues they face Also, by simply checking up on them regularly also helps to build connections.

A simple “Hello, hope you are okay and have a wonderful day” can make them smile and build connections because customers and clients are HUMAN too. This is part of Customer Relationship Management and i would explain that when the time comes.

Now, there are major factors considered in the Business Development stage. They are:

➠Market

➠Customers

➠Relationships.

Markets:

Market is simply a group of people who come together to buy and sell goods and services, and prices are determined by demand and supply. The market is very important because businesses take decisions due to how the market currently is (whether it is good or bad) By understanding the market, businesses can understand current trends and sentiments. Then, decide if it’s goods are enough by checking the demand for the product.

Customers:

People who buy products are called CUSTOMERS. Companies carry out research to find out it’s target audience and consumer base (i.e people who purchase their products) The research is by comparing rivals or survey analysis.

Relationships:

Relationships in business simply means partnerships that both parties benefit from. As i explained earlier, it is important for new market expansion and if done well, and can take the project to the next level.

Even if you don’t remember anything above, always know that Business Development have foundations which it is built on. Now, these foundations are:

➠ Value Generators:

Always find ways to provide value for the customers and the company

➠ Long term focus:

Steps and methods are implemented gradually and not too fast.

➠ Connections: Building very solid connections. BDs work with sales, marketing, product, project and vendor management. They ensure that all sides of the business experiences GROWTH.

We’ve come to the end of today’s episode so follow and stay tuned so you won’t miss the next one.

I’m Salchi, and i’m taking you through the Art of Business Development, one writeup at a time.

Bimo is a short, catchy and simple name anyone can easily pronounce and remember.

It showcases the fun, unique nature of AI, community vibes and can also be the name of a cute penguin. I couldn’t find a name until i watched one of my favourite childhood cartoons, ADVENTURE TIME

If you can recall, BMO is a living portable video game console, electrical outlet, and computer that does a lot of things. And what was BMO remembered the most for? He was LOYAL, TRUSTWORTHY and looked out for his friends. There was an episode where he was able to change his batteries without the help of his human friends.

Now, how does it relate to aixcb? Let me tell you. Aixcb is here to support projects and founders who are building the future of DeSCI, AI and AI agents. Just as Bimo helped his friends and invested in their journeys, Aixcb has invested in these projects through their unique investment models.

And just as BMO never left his friends, so also, aixcb would never leave any of its partnered projects Why? Because they are RELIABLE.

And for the technical folks, I created this acronym for BIMO;

BIMO — Blockchain Intelligence for Modern Operations

• Blockchain: The decentralized nature of aixCB.

Intelligence: AI is smart and it’s tech powers aixCB.

Modern: DeSci and AI agent projects are current, innovative and futuristic

Operations: The activities done in thr aixCB ecosystem, like staking, governance, and investment. All these represent all the attributes and features of aixcb.

While the community members say Bimo’s name and cheer it out loud, new projects seeking partnerships after reading this story, would have the peace of mind to work with $aixcb.

If you liked this story and you feel Bimo sould be the face of AIXCB, let me know in the comments.
