   This report is about the fraudulent activities of Samuel Mikail who is a very prolific and sophisticated international scammer. He has been operating for the past 10 years and continues to defraud people to this day. Samuel Mikail uses a network of cronies to open and manage companies and holding companies in the UK, Singapore, Switzerland, Germany and the USA. He has a pattern of posing as a wealthy investor to unsuspecting investors and start-up directors. He then uses their invention / technology to inflate the value of the company, creating fictitious business plans to attract wealthy investors. Once investment in the company is secured, he then devaluates the value of the company and the assets ( i.e. patents) His cronies liquidate the company, declaring huge debts, stealing shares from the investors and keeping them in the dark. He then allocates all the funds to himself in his own name, hiding the money in trusts in Singapore, the Cayman Islands and Switzerland. He obtains residency in various countries using investment in properties and avoid prosecutions by either moving operations and funds across countries and / or hiding behind his cronies.  He keeps his cronies onsite by using sophisticated manipulation techniques, including coercion, payments, gifts, false promises, and threats. We have now spoken to the investors he has defrauded as well as the other business associates who have had direct exposure to his way of operating and who have been providing evidence and testimonies to corroborate the information in the report. There are many victims reading to testify against him.  

   There is evidence that Samuel Mikail and/ or his associates have committed offences such as fraud involving millions of dollars, bribery and corruption, forgery, perjury, Fraud by False Representation, including misleading investors and inflating valuations, theft, Company Law Violations over a timespan of 10 years.

   is a director in several companies operated by Samuel Mikail, one of the victims informs that she is in a personal relationship with Samuel Mikail and that she launders money for him and falsify documents on his behalf.  

   Balvinder Rattan: He was the director of Yagna Limited, a company he and Samuel Mikail used to embezzle investor’s money and steal patents. He has also defrauded members of his family of money and property, in association with Samuel.

   Controlling behavior over female associates  

   
   

   There is a pattern of Mr Mikail using several female directors alongside controlling and manipulative behaviors to get them to do be a front for his fraudulent activities. He would use gifts, false promises, a web of sophisticated lies and elaborate stories to lure investors and business partners. He then uses threats and intimidation as well as gaslighting to trap his victims into a net of fraudulent business practices.

   This creates a web of decision making and execution which does not implicate him and muddles the waters between companies and associates where no boundaries exist between companies and people, making it easier to hide transfers of funds and accountability over what these funds are for and who they belong to.  

   There is a pattern where he would sue directors personally and/ or ask companies to pay back debts/loans to himself rather than the company. This allows him to move money in and out of companies and into his personal name using associates and avoiding prosecutions because it becomes impossible to track the money and reconcile all the information due to the very complex net of companies, countries and the number of associates he has.   

   He pays people off for their silence, their compliance or their loyalty, making them thus complicit in his crimes.    

   He defrauds investors and steal shares, falsify documents and create false company valuations to lure investors and wealthy partners. He then steals their shares, investment and funds. Victims are gaslighted and confused by his web of lies, cronies and confusion. They can never track their money, hold him accountable or turn to the justice system because of the sophisticated criminal system he has set up and used for years.   

   He would promise repayment to his victims, making up false wire transfers, the money never arrives. He then strings along the victim who continues to be manipulated with the hope they may receive their money back one day.  

   Victim 1 reports he was brought to the brink of suicide because of the amount of money he has lost and the repercussions on his entire life, this has been going on for 10 years now.

   Victim 1:

   “I got scammed by Samuel Atif Mikail with the help of Balvinder Singh Rattan and his Wife Kuldeep Kaur Rattan.  Samuel’s ex-wife Kanae Mikail, also was involved part. In total I have lost £1.47m.  My life savings.   

   Samuel used to call me “Brother”.  He claimed to be of the Jewish Faith.  He claimed his parents left him a legacy.  A trust in Southern Sudan. All false.  

   He nearly destroyed me. Behind my back he drives a knife through my heart by destroying my and my wife’s reputation telling my own mother that I was a drug dealer. In fact, he wormed his way into my life and family through his associate to create hate for me.  There was a time in 2024 when I thought the only way to end this was to take my own life.  I cried on the phone to him. I met Balvinder outside a grocery shop and asked for my money back, but he does not care. For them it is a game. They have stopped me meeting my mother who is 93 years old. They have destroyed the life of my family members. At one time her husband left her around USD9m.  Today she has no money. Balvinder took her house then created a charge in that property in the name of Kanae Mikail.  

   Worst I lost my friends. They scammed my friends as well. The biggest scam they did was against the investors of a company, Yagna Limited. Check the civil case,

   It is difficult to write this, but I am doing so that other people do not have to suffer what I have been through the last 10 years. Lies and more lies. I have bank transfers, cheques and written promises made my Samuel Atif Mikail. He is not of the Jewish faith. He himself told me he was a dangerous man. His words “you do not know the people behind me”.   

   Samuel Atif Mikail claims to be a friend of the Saudi Royal Family. He claimed that he sold his business H S Manufacturing Group LLC to Aramco.  I have shares in this company. Never received a penny from the sale of the business.  He claimed that he always travelled in the Saudi Royal family’s private jets.  

   All this to impress investors. I am not the only person who had shares in HSMG. I know of two other investors who also lost money to Samuel Atif Mikail. Then there are his two assistants, Kyle Kim and Sarah Ong. He gives them instructions to create fake documents. Michael Bilodeau also gave Samuel Mikail the respectability in the paper barrier costing industry.   

   These people destroy lives. They have no compassion or conscious of the damage they cause. Samuel Atif Mikail gets pleasure in others suffering. He even tried to turn me against my own children.  

   
   

   Samuel Mikail tried to control every aspect of my life. He failed to destroy a friendship which formed at school at 11 years old. He even lied that his daughter was studying medicine at Oxford University.  I later found out that she is studying economics at a much lower university.  He still claims that he is married to Kanae Mikail. He divorced her and is married to a woman in New York. 

   Samuel Atif Mikail and Balvinder Rattan and their partner in crime Lakbir Singh Basran tried to implicate me in the Yagna case. They falsified my signature and stole my identity to make me a director and shareholder in their scam companies. I managed to remove my name by writing to Companies House from their companies.  

   Samuel Atif Mikail also destroyed a 28 years relationship with a close friend. Another 20 years relationship with another friend. He scammed money from a friend and then destroyed our relationship by making us fight each other.  

   I have lost my belief in people. I have lost my belief in justice. In the Metropolitan Police. I filed a complaint against Balvinder, and I felt that I was the thief, and he was the victim.  

   When you are down and the very institutions that are there to protect you fail you, how do you keep sane. How do you feel that you are alone. I feel like no one cares.  

   Slowly I am recovering. A couple of friends from the past came back into my life. They have helped. My immediate family stood by me. I have started to regain my confidence.  I now realize that there are real people who can stand with me. The medical professionals helped. Then my bank helped.  I cannot thank the people at Barclays Bank enough for standing by me. You only ever hear the bad stories about banks. For me they have helped immensely.   

   I hope people do not fall into the same traps that I had to go through. Last month the war of aggression started again. I get phone calls from unknown numbers. From no Caller ID.  

   Lakbir Basran has been writing to my professional contacts claiming that I was behind the Yagna scam and not he, Balvinder or Samuel.  

   I know his cronies receive money from Samuel Atif Mikail”.  

   
   

   Victim 2:

   “I am writing this statement to express the profound impact that being a victim of fraud, and a front for, money laundering, intimidation, and bullying has had on my life. Over the past few years, I have endured the devastating consequences of having millions of dollars stolen from me, resulting not only in significant financial loss but also in a fundamental alteration of the course of my life. 

   
   

   The perpetrator, who initially presented themselves as my best friend and “ we are like family” skillfully manipulated my trust and affection. They convinced me to travel all over the world under the guise of shared adventures and opportunities. With their charm and charisma, they created a facade of friendship that masked their true intentions. Little did I know that this person had a history of deceiving multiple groups of people in similar ways, exploiting their trust and ruining their lives for personal gain. This individual is a monster, devoid of any morals or compassion, and their actions have left a trail of devastation in their wake. 

    In addition to the theft, I have faced intimidation and bullying from this person. They used fear tactics to maintain control over me and to coerce me into silence about their fraudulent activities. This constant atmosphere of fear has further compounded the emotional and psychological toll of this experience, making it difficult for me to feel safe or secure in my own life. 

   As a family person, the emotional toll of this betrayal is especially profound. I have a family and children who depend on me, and the financial security I once provided has been stripped away. The overwhelming uncertainty about our future weighs heavily on me. I have experienced sleepless nights, plagued by worries about how I will support my loved ones. The loss of my savings and investments has not only affected my personal finances but has also hindered my ability to provide for my family's needs and pursue our dreams. 

   Emotionally, the impact of this crime has been equally devastating. I have suffered feelings of betrayal and violation, as someone I considered a close friend took advantage of my vulnerability. The trust I once had in others has been shattered, making it difficult for me to form new relationships or engage in social activities. I often find myself withdrawing from friends and family, fearing judgment or misunderstanding about my situation. 

   
   

   The stress and trauma associated with this experience have also affected my physical health. I have encountered a range of stress-related issues, including headaches, digestive problems, and a decline in overall well-being. The emotional toll has manifested in feelings of hopelessness and despair as I grapple with the reality of what has been taken from me. 

   Moreover, the theft has had tangible consequences on my daily life. I have had to make significant lifestyle changes, sacrificing the comforts and stability I once enjoyed. The inability to afford necessities, let alone engage in activities that bring joy and fulfilment, has added to my sense of loss. 

   In summary, being a victim of fraud, embezzlement, money laundering, intimidation, and bullying has had a catastrophic impact on my life. The theft of millions of dollars, facilitated by someone I trusted implicitly, has resulted in financial ruin and inflicted emotional and psychological scars that will take time to heal. This individual has evaded accountability for their actions, leaving a trail of broken lives in their wake. I hope that by sharing my experience, I can shed light on the profound effects that such crimes have on individuals and emphasize the importance of justice and accountability.”
