ZPAY staking makes it possible for token holders to deposit their ZPAY and earn up to 25% APR in ZPAY.

5,000,000 ZPAY tokens will be offered as a staking rewards over 1 year.

To stake your ZPAY tokens:

• Go to https://maiar.exchange/metastaking

• Under the Metastaking option, select the Connect option for Stake ZPAY

• Select the Amount

• Click Stake

There is a 10 days unbonding period for unstaking ZPAY, similar to EGLD staking. Once you hit “Unstake” you will get your available rewards, and then your staked tokens go into “Bonded” mode (they are tied to the Staking pool) for 10 epochs, that count from the end of the current epoch.

Beyond this, please note,

• The APR in this staking program is variable and not fixed, unlike the upcoming native ZoidPay Staking Program. Thus, based on participation in the program, and given the limited nature of rewards, it can move lower. The 25% APR indicated is the maximum return that can be earned.

• And here's a special something for our Shopping Pool Owners. Both existing and the new shopping pool owners from the upcoming pools sale will be rewarded with special rewards to mark this massive milestone. All 200 Shopping Pool owners will share equally a reward of 500,000 ZPAY (or 2500 ZPAY tokens each that will be sent soon 🤩). This is just the first product rolled-out beyond our regular staking program, aimed at incentivising ZPAY token holders. There will be a lot more innovation along the line. Rest assured, the Shopping Pool Owners remain a crucial part of the ZoidPay ecosystem and will be rewarded in a special way with every such product that comes along.
