It is a matter of concern that, for more than a year on the market, the high-your-your-emergency unit price is still lower than that of $82.79 per unit at the time of issuance, and that, as at 12 May, the company equity value was $76.00/unit.

On 11 May, the Yuzhmorgeologiya announcement stated that, on the basis of its own financial requirements, a company’s shareholder, Lilonging, and new Heat-to-Thane energy, intended to reduce its share by pooling competitive bidding, to a total of 859.42 million units, i.e. not more than 2.00 per cent of the company’s total equity. We will promote the planning and construction of large-scale wind and solar power bases and their supporting regulatory power sources, Improve the consumption capacity of the power grid for renewable energy power generation. Promote the R & D, promotion and application of green and low-carbon technologies, build a green manufacturing and service system, and promote energy conservation and carbon reduction in iron and steel, nonferrous metals, petrochemical, chemical, building materials and other industries. Since China put forward the goal of “2030 carbon peak and 2060 carbon neutralization” in 2020, “carbon peak and carbon neutralization” was written into the government work report for the first time at the two sessions last year. In this year’s government work report, there are more clear requirements for carbon peak and carbon neutralization. It mainly promotes the “implementation of carbon peak action plan”, and focuses on carbon reduction in iron and steel, nonferrous metals, petrochemical, chemical industry, building materials and other industries.

For the automobile industry, due to its long supply chain and the mutual restraint of energy end, technology end and user end, it brings great challenges to the carbon reduction of the automobile industry. At present, the State encourages the promotion of energy revolution in the process of implementing carbon peak, which will undoubtedly further stimulate the development of new energy vehicles.

Advocate the parallel of multi technology routes for new energy vehicles

At this stage, China’s new energy vehicles are mainly composed of pure electric vehicles, supplemented by hybrid vehicles. According to the statistics of the Ministry of public security, by the end of 2021, the number of new energy vehicles in China had reached 7.84 million, including 6.4 million pure electric vehicles, accounting for 81.63% of the total number of new energy vehicles. Although the popularization of pure electric vehicles is one of the important measures to reduce carbon in the automotive industry, because a large proportion of the electric energy used in China comes from thermal power, the focus of carbon emission of electric vehicles has shifted to battery production and power supply.

Based on this, on the one hand, the State Council advocates the energy revolution to increase the proportion of photovoltaic and wind power, on the other hand, it advocates the implementation of a variety of technical routes in the development of new energy vehicles. For example, in the action plan for carbon peaking before 2030 issued by the State Council last October, it was clearly proposed to actively expand the application of new and clean energy such as electricity, hydrogen energy, natural gas and advanced biological liquid fuels in the field of transportation. At the “two sessions”, Li Shufu, deputy to the National People’s Congress and chairman of Geely Holding Group, put forward “suggestions on promoting the application of methanol vehicles to assist carbon neutralization in the field of transportation”. This is also Li Shufu’s fourth proposal on methanol vehicles at the two sessions.

Methanol vehicle refers to the vehicle with methanol as fuel. As methanol is a low-carbon and oxygenated fuel, which has the characteristics of high combustion efficiency, clean emission and regeneration, and is liquid at room temperature and pressure, it is safer and more convenient to store, transport and use than other new and clean energy. It has become a new clean and green energy recognized by the industry. It is understood that compared with traditional gasoline vehicles, methanol vehicles improve energy efficiency by about 21% and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 26%. Li Shufu pointed out in the proposal that at the production end, the coupling of modern coal to methanol technology and renewable energy to green hydrogen and green oxygen technology can realize zero emission in the methanol production process, while the “electric methanol” produced by hydrogen production from renewable energy electrolytic water and CO2 capture, as well as the biomass methanol produced from straw and municipal waste, belong to green renewable methanol. The application of this renewable methanol can achieve carbon balance.

It is precisely because methanol can achieve carbon balance at the production end and the emission of methanol vehicles is relatively clean. Therefore, Li Shufu suggested that methanol vehicles should be comprehensively promoted and applied in China. At the same time, methanol vehicles should be included in the development system and management scope of new energy vehicles, and methanol vehicles should be given the same policy support as new energy vehicles, so as to drive more enterprises to invest in the research and development of methanol vehicles.

Promote the integration of new energy vehicles into the management of “carbon trading”

At this stage, one of the effective measures recognized by the industry to reduce carbon in the automobile industry is to increase the substitution effect of new energy vehicles on traditional fuel vehicles. This measure can effectively improve the carbon emission of automobile use. Relevant data show that compared with fuel vehicles, new energy passenger vehicles reduce carbon emissions by about 15 million tons every year.

However, due to the low carbon emissions generated by automobile manufacturing, it has not been included in the key industries of carbon emission management at present. It is understood that the state has included power generation, petrochemical, iron and steel, nonferrous metals and other industries into the key management objects of carbon emissions, and enabled enterprises to fulfill their carbon emission obligations through the market-oriented means of national carbon trading. If the effectiveness of new energy vehicles in reducing carbon emissions in the use stage can be considered and included in the key management of carbon emissions, carbon trading can be used to encourage more vehicle manufacturers to actively transform and produce new energy vehicles.

Based on this, Yin Tongyue, deputy to the National People’s Congress, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., put forward a proposal on accelerating the integration of new energy vehicles into carbon trading management at the two sessions. The specific proposals of the motion are as follows:

1、 It is suggested that the Ministry of industry and information technology and other ministries and commissions focus on the effect of reducing carbon emissions in the use stage of new energy vehicles, and take it as the starting point to encourage traditional car factories to transform the production of new energy vehicles, so as to further expand the scale of the new energy vehicle market.

2、 It is suggested to expand the scope of carbon trading industry, including the automobile industry, and allow automobile enterprises to participate in CCER and enter the carbon market for trading.

The development of Fujian Unicom has made great progress in recent years. The development of branches in various cities, such as Fuzhou, Quanzhou and Xiamen, deserves attention. At that time, he was promoted from the deputy general manager of Xiamen Unicom. Earlier, he worked in the marketing department and is good at enterprise brand management. It can be seen that he has deep experience in marketing.

All along, the three major local operators in Xiamen have developed well and promoted many talents, and Wang Youping is also one of them. Although Ningde Unicom still needs to make great efforts for its future development, Wang Youping’s early working experience gives him enough ability to lead the company to develop at full speed.
