Polymarket’s prediction market allows users to make simple yes or no bets with cryptocurrencies on a number of different topics like annual inflation rates, who will be president in 2024, among others. Even though Polymarket operates within the DeFi space, it must still operate within the bounds of the laws and regulations surrounding binary option contracts.

The CFTC stated that market participants should engage with the CFTC to ensure their product offerings meet regulatory standards. According to the CFTC, Polymarket has been illegally offering event-based binary options since June 2020 across 900 different event markets.

Crypto companies are no stranger to the CFTC. Last year, the CFTC fined Tether $41 million and launched an investigation into Binance, the world’s largest crypto exchange. Until crypto regulatory standards are made more clear, it is likely that additional fines will be handed out to other crypto companies operating within the gray areas of regulation today.

We are waiting on an unofficial check of our claim function to ensure it cannot be exploited, and then our first lottery will launch.

We will also help fund the initial lotteries to make the prize find more attractive until we gain traction.

NFT’s

We revealed our first set of NFT’s and passed the cut-off dates for earning the Diamond Hands NFT and the Strong Hands NFT.

The first NFT will ready for sale this week. Each NFT we release will have limited availability, so get in quick as each one will have a use case.

Collect the set for the mother of all use cases.

It’s worth noting that it will be extremely rare to own the whole set, so act quick.

All NFT’s will be compatible for sale on most BSC NFT marketplaces, so you can trade them freely.

CUEDiligence

Things are going very well, we have the platform built, and we are now moving on to the onboarding side of things which is the section that will allow projects to list and pay the fee.

Once this is ready and tested, we will be releasing a closed BETA followed by an OPEN BETA before full release.

Staking

Staking has been started, and we are currently building our staking contract. Once it’s ready will publish the rates and the availability restrictions, so stay tuned.

Audit

All of the above will be audited, and details of who and when will be announced very soon.

目前无论是从链上的资金还是从交易所的净流入，亦或者从存量上来看，最近一周的资金量是近三个月最低的，资金的降低就意味着购买力的降低，而购买力的降低就意味着BTC和ETH将会处于一个非常不稳定的区间，不稳定的涨跌决定不了任何的走势，也无需为当前上涨或下跌而沮丧，因为这就是不稳定造成的。

对于不稳定期间的行情，我个人认为是最好谨慎开仓，如果不是准备长期持有获利尽快离场，再寻找一下次时机，亏损状态下视资金的承受能力而决定，死拿可能就是三年后见，亏损减持也可能第二天就拉上天，这不仅仅是针对BTC和ETH大量的 ALT也同样使用，毕竟在资金短缺的时候主力虽然都有可能抽身离场。

BTC的实现价格分布可以发现，虽然目前的资金并不充裕，但是震荡提供了很好的筑底机会，可以发现这一周以来，支撑位的筹码越来越多，而压力位的筹码则在逐渐的减少，4万之前铸成了很强的支撑，而压力已经后移到了4.6万。最近出售的BTC平均年龄又降回了20天左右的年轻筹码，亏损出售仍然是抛压的主体。

ETH的出售数据中，我们选用两个了作为对比，直观的通过ASOL可以发现出售中的ETH呈现越来越年轻的状态，已经从20天左右下降到17天左右的ETH，这个数据和SOPR反应出的亏损出售是相当吻合的。也就是说，ETH目前的销售情况越来越趋向于短期化，这是释放筹码将要枯竭的表现，也反映出目前底部筑底的深厚。

晚间BTC晚间出现了较强烈的上下震荡，但并未出现大规模的筹码转移，应该还是资金短缺的原因。近六个月矿工几乎都是存币状态，尤其是过了一月之后，大量的BTC储存在矿工手中，说明矿工们对现在的价格并不满意，也没有通过出售筹码的方式来筹集资金。SOPR的数据显示当前的筹码出售还是以亏损为主。

BTC的整体走势随着资金的短缺继续回到了震荡的位置，需要注意的是近期的BTC的抛压基本都是来自于Gemini，而Gemini又是美国成交量及合规性都靠前的交易所，而转出量还是集中在Binance为主，这里可以看出即便是目前的西方市场对于BTC也有着很强烈的看空情绪，也许是出于对加息和缩债的谨慎。

晚上ETH和BTC的涨跌情况继续绑定在一起，但是ETH较明显的受到了交易所存量的攻击，但在BTC拉升后ETH也跟着强势回归，但是成交量几乎没有变化，所以少量的筹码可以使BTC和ETH大跌，而少量的资金也可以让他们涨回来。通过SOPR的数据可以看到今天出售的ETH基本都是亏损的，产生盈利的屈指可数。

ETH目前的走势看上去要顺眼很多，大量的交易所存量被消化，而且相对BTC来说，抛压大户Gemini就在今天转出近一个月最大一笔ETH。但是相对从今天的净流量中还是可以发现，依然有较大规模的筹码在不停的转入交易所，而受到资金的制约，转出量相对就少了很多，所以还是有可能会受到抛压的影响。

晚上BTC的未平合约规律已经总结出来了，看来确实看多才是民心所向，听几个合约的高手说过看空的利润有限，而看多的利润无限。目前的BTC的未平合约继续处于安全的区间，新合约的成交量也不算大，但是相对ETH来说BTC的杠杆率就要高出很多了。尽量降低杠杆吧，尤其在资金短缺的情况下，盈亏随时都会互转。

BTC的合约情况来看，低迷的现货反而在帮助合约市场去泡沫，目前未平合约已经处于周内最低的水平，虽然距离大周期的最低还有很多路要走，但是距离插针已经是越来越远了。新BTC的合约开单情况也随着价格的走弱而减少，其实就像我一直说的，在资金不充足的情况下手上的合约随时都可能盈亏互转。通过资金费率能发现，现在多空比相对要平衡了很多，近期都没有出现一面倒的局面，这也是市场比较安稳的原因。

晚间ETH的合约继续走复刻BTC的路线。未平合约随着全面看空而一路下行，只有在发生较大波动的时候才会有些动作，这样的好处也使得 #ETH 的未平合约更加的安全，相对BTC来说，ETH的杠杆率要低了不少，而且资金费率起码在现在还是比较正常的

ETH的合约走势每次都没什么可说的，因为和BTC太像了，基本就是复刻的BTC，这样也有好处，毕竟目前的ETH不够强势，多跟着大哥走也好，现在的形式也不指望ETH可以走出独立行情了，保持和BTC的汇率就行。目前从资金费率上来看，ETH也相对比较平稳了，不在是大规模的看空行为。
