Third, scientifically and accurately formulate assistance policies, optimize the business environment and promote the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises, including increasing fiscal and tax support, improving credit support policies and unblocking market-oriented financing channels.

In promoting high-quality employment, Yang Yuanqing believes that women’s employment is particularly noteworthy. Women are an indispensable force in building a socialist modern country in an all-round way and are “half the sky”. With the implementation of new fertility policies such as the national opening-up of “three births”, many new topics have been brought to women’s realization of high-quality employment. In view of the problems existing in the employment process of women in China, Yang Yuanqing put forward some suggestions on fully ensuring women’s high-quality employment.
