Trading within the protocol owned liquidity pools will collect 50% trading fees for users that vote within DAO supported proposals. Trading fees will be converted to $TEC and sent to the DAO fund for governance administration. Fees collected will be distributed shortly after the conclusion of each proposal. In order for a TEC Viva Dao proposal to qualify for distribution, the proposal must meet quorum requirements.

If you wish to gain protocol or community support for your proposal, you may submit a draft within the Discord governance channel. The submission of proposals require a voting power of 3000 $TEC. These votes are non-binding. If quorum and support is achieved, the proposal will be automatically upgraded to a TEC Viva DAO proposal and resubmitted for voting with distributions.

DAO Votes

There are three types of votes.

1. Parameter votes which can modify pool parameters. The votes require a 10% quorum with 30% support.

2. Protocol votes which can control most functionality within the protocol. These votes require a 15% quorum with 51% support.

3. DAO votes which can control the release of additional circulating supply from the reserve, new protocol liquidity pools, and special interest DAO fund distributions. These votes require a 20% quorum with 51% support.

What is the utility of $TEC?

• Governance token - HODL for greater contribution to TEC protocol governance.

• Support the $TEC protocol by providing liquidity to the Community Liquidity Pools and earn trading fees and opportunities for rewards.

• Trading within the protocol owned liquidity pools will collect 50% trading fees for users that vote within DAO supported proposals. This product represents direct participation within the TEC Viva DAO, which governs the decision making process for proposals. TEC VIVA DAO votes on proposals that govern the participation in blockchain validation, NFT collections, airdrops/rewards, and buybacks for NFT holders. Any NFT Holder may submit a governance proposal. You can purchase the NFTs on OpenSea Ethereum.

In addition to governance, TEC Viva DAO allows NFT holders to participate and receive rewards from within a portfolio of blockchain staking services. This is available without the need to create a plethora of wallets, perform coin swaps, or bridge assets to other blockchains.

• List it within a NFT Market Place and wait for a potential customer.

• Propose the trade opportunity to our community within the appropriate gated Discord channel.

• Directly sell to TEC Viva DAO. You can initiate the request within the gated Discord channel. The offer will be based on the purchase price of the TEC Viva NFT in USD minus 10% administration fee (USD purchase price -10%) from the time of the purchase. NFT must be owned for at least 90 days before buyback is considered. This purchase approval requires the DAO to have present the required funds for buybacks.

Rewards/Air Drops/Raffles

• Rewards/Air Drops/Raffles shall be dispensed to NFT wallet holders at the time of distribution.

• All distributions shall be done in Ethereum to NFT wallet holders in the DAO approved coin.

• Quarterly rewards are distributed according to NFT levels and then divided equally among NFT holders. Prorated rewards shall be distributed if NFT is owned for less than 90 days.

• Raffles and Airdrops shall be done more frequently and subject to governance approval.

• Rewards/Air Drops/Raffles are all products of the same DAO Fund. This will need to be considered when proposals are suggested for distribution. An excess amount of raffles or airdrops can leave a lesser value for the rewards distribution.
