Feelings

Took the plane from Lyon to Amsterdam. It was a Boeing 737 from KLM company. The service was really good and the stewards really nice. The plane trip was something about 1 hour and 15 minutes and was smooth as the weather was great on this day. Arriving to Amsterdam, I was astonished by the size of the airport which was so huge, there I understood that Amsterdam is a big international hub.

I loved the cities especially Zaanse Schans. The mood was so relaxing there, watching the windmill blades turning, pushed by the wind, next to small canals. This area was so peaceful, what a regret to only have stayed there for 3 hours.

Regarding Amsterdam, I love the city. The thing that everyone use a bicycle to move is such a great thing. There's so much bicycle road, and even when cars, bicycles and pedestrians coexists, I felt that the security of everyone was insured.

We visited Van Gogh Museum, it was nice but I was so exhausted from the last night that I have the feelings that I missed some interesting things there.

For our stay, we slept in an hostel where we didn't met much people, I had the feelings that people there already had their friends and were not open to meet new people.

On our journey back home we took the plane early in the morning, and overall, we didn’t sleep much this week-end. The plane this time was an Embraer 175, I didn’t know this aircraft company, which is a Brazilian one. As the outbound flight, the return flight was smooth and the stewards were also really cool.

And then, when I arrived in France, I already wanted to travel again.
