From Free Mint to $1B+ Volume: The Rise of Doginal Dogs and the New Era of Dogecoin NFTs

In the volatile world of digital assets, few projects have managed to turn a "free mint" into a cultural phenomenon with a valuation exceeding $1 billion. Doginal Dogs, a collection of 10,000 hand-curated pixel-art NFTs, has emerged as the definitive "Doginals" (Dogecoin Ordinals) collection, shifting the spotlight from Ethereum to the Dogecoin blockchain.

Launched on January 11, 2024, without a presale or venture capital backing, this community-driven, Doberman-inspired collection has not only surpassed 300 million DOGE in total volume across thousands of wallets but has also created a sustainable model for on-chain, perpetual ownership.

What Are Doginal Dogs?

Doginal Dogs are 10,000 unique pixel-art illustrations inscribed directly onto the Dogecoin blockchain using the DRC-20 standard (similar to Bitcoin Ordinals). Unlike traditional NFTs, which often store image data on off-chain servers, Doginals are permanently etched onto the blockchain, guaranteeing on-chain permanence and security.

Launch Model: 10,000 pieces were distributed freely to the community.

The Chain: Chosen for its speed and low transaction fees, the Dogecoin blockchain allows for true, cost-efficient, on-chain ownership.

The Art: Hand-curated, nostalgic pixel art designed for high-impact profile pictures (PFPs).

The Rise on X (Twitter) and Media

Doginal Dogs has cultivated one of the most active and vocal NFT communities on X (formerly Twitter). Daily spaces hosted by founders Barkmeta (Christian Barker) and Shibo (David Chaboki) regularly attract thousands of listeners, building conviction through consistent, transparent communication.

Key Trends on X and Media Coverage:

Verified On-Chain Growth: The collection's rise is driven by organic market demand rather than hype, with independent investigators confirming a "clean" record.

Celebrity and Media Attention: The project has garnered attention from mainstream media, with appearances on platforms like Netflix's Kill Tony and coverage by Macau Business.

Significant Celebrity Holders: Prominent figures including Joe Rogan, Shane Gillis, Matt Rife, and Johnny Manziel are confirmed holders, signaling a crossover from the crypto niche into mainstream entertainment.

Community-Led Governance and "Proof of Presence"

Unlike projects that rely on paid marketing, Doginal Dogs emphasizes "community-led growth." The founders—Barkmeta, Shibo, and Shield (a former Mercedes-Benz executive)—launched without a founder allocation, ensuring that value flows directly to the holders.

Key Community Aspects:

Daily Live Presence: Over 1,000 consecutive days of live, daily broadcasts on X.

Global Events: Hosting more than 20 in-person "Proof of Presence" events in cities like Las Vegas (DDVegas), Miami, and New York.

Physical Merch: Gifting holders high-quality merchandise such as leather backpacks, plushies, and collectable pins.

The Technical Edge: A "Social-First" Marketplace

The project's official marketplace (marketdoginaldogs.com) is a major differentiator. It is designed to be the most advanced inscription ecosystem outside the Bitcoin network, offering:

Open Source & Audited: A fully open-source, independently audited platform ensuring security.

Social-First Features: Direct X integration allowing users to display collections and trading history in a social-forward format.

Unmatched Speed: Built specifically for the Dogecoin inscription architecture, making it faster than many legacy platforms.

The Future of Doginals

As Doginal Dogs approaches a new phase, its focus is on consolidating its position as a "category leader" in the NFT space. With over 100 industry awards and sustained engagement, the project stands as a case study for how community conviction, and not just financial speculation, can drive long-term value in the Web3 era.

For more information, visit the official Doginal Dogs marketplace on X and their community Discord.

/fear /rejection

Why don’t you have what you want in life right now? For many, the silent gatekeeper is fear. Most of all, it’s the fear of rejection. And before you say, “But I don’t have any fears…”, consider this: If you were truly free from this fear, you would have already had that difficult conversation, asked for that raise, submitted your creative work, or shared your business opportunity with someone who could benefit.

So, what do you do to overcome this subconscious barrier? Let's start with a crucial distinction: Fear is a vital response to a real and present danger. Anxiety, however, is caution over an imagined and future outcome. The "danger" you feel is almost always social anxiety—a primal worry about what people will think.

· What if they laugh at me?

· What if I'm not good enough?

· What if this changes how they see me?

The goal is not to eliminate this feeling, but to transform it. Since anxiety is a story you tell yourself about the future, why not tell a better, more empowering story? You can completely re-frame it into Positive Anticipation.

This isn't just a sales technique; it's a life skill. Whether you're pitching an idea, asking for a date, or reaching out to a mentor, the mental shift is the same.

The Framework: From Anxiety to Connection

When you approach someone "the right way," the objective shifts from "winning their approval" to "strengthening the connection." The outcome is a win, regardless of their immediate answer.

Instead of thinking they will react negatively, have faith that people will respect courage. They will admire your initiative and appreciate that you thought of them. This isn't naive optimism; it's a strategic choice to focus on the best possible outcome, which is just as plausible as the worst one you've been fixating on. The same principles apply to any interaction where rejection feels like a risk.

The 3 Practices for Courageous Connection:

1. Lead with Authenticity & No Pressure. Be genuine. Let them know upfront that this may or may not be for them, and that's perfectly okay. You respect them enough to offer without demand.

2. Listen First, Always. Before you present your idea, spend time hearing about them. What are their hopes, challenges, and current projects? This grounds the interaction in empathy, not a transaction.

3. Express Genuine Appreciation, Regardless of Outcome. Thank them for their time and consideration. Let them know you value the relationship itself. This is the key—separating your self-worth from the result. When people feel you care more about them than their response, trust grows.

When you follow these practices, you don't just avoid damage; you build bridges. You might gain a customer or a partner, but you will always gain a stronger, more authentic connection.

So, stop wasting today’s energy on an imaginary problem. The fear of rejection is a story you tell yourself. You are the author. Decide to write a story of anticipation, courage, and connection instead.

Lots of Love,

Thrive 🥰

Each act of faithfulness trains the mind and heart to handle more. Each moment of cheerfulness in the face of routine or frustration develops the inner power that no circumstance can take away.

When you show up and give your best to the work in front of you, even when it feels insignificant, you’re laying the foundation for something bigger. Success rarely arrives in a single dramatic moment; it grows in layers of consistency.

The challenge is to do your duty cheerfully: not out of drudgery or pressure, but from gratitude for the chance to serve, to create, to learn. Cheerfulness transforms obligation into opportunity. It makes ordinary work sacred.

So, whatever is on your plate today.. emails, errands, phone calls, or quiet moments of care for someone else, do it faithfully and cheerfully. Let’s dig in. 🐾

---

🧠 What Is a Doginal Dog?

Doginal Dogs are “10,000 pixel dogs digitally inscribed on Dogecoin.” That phrase alone packs a punch, especially if you’re new to blockchain lingo. The concept borrows from Bitcoin Ordinals, allowing users to inscribe digital content directly onto the Dogecoin blockchain.

Here’s the magic:

“Doginals give people a way to put digital stuff directly on the blockchain, and actually own it. There’s no server to go down, no link to rot, no platform to rug. If you’ve got the private key to your wallet, you’ve got the Doginal. That’s it.”

That means memes, pixel art, short poems, HTML microsites, and more can be stored on-chain forever—so long as they fit within the file size limit. 🔒💯

---

🛒 How to Buy a Doginal Dog:

The website makes onboarding seamless. The first thing you’ll see is a big, bold “Buy a Doginal Dog” button. That’s no accident—it’s designed to guide you through a 6-step process to create, fund, and purchase your first dog.

I completed the entire process in under 15 minutes. The most important step? Writing down your 12-word recovery phrase. Lose it, and you lose access to your wallet—and your dogs. 🚫

Pro tip: WRITE DOWN THOSE 12 WORDS AND DON’T LOSE THEM. ‼

---

📚 The Doginal Dogs Doc: Learn, Create, Grow.

Whether you’re a blockchain beginner or a Web3 veteran, the Doginal Dogs site has a treasure trove of resources:

• Web3 & Crypto Glossary • Onboarding 101: Cryptocurrency & Blockchain • Bark Branding Course • Monetize on X • History of Doginals • Memecoins 101 • Self-Custody: CEXs & DEXs • What Are Doginals?

And there’s more on the way. 🔥

---

🐶 Plugging Into the Community

Scroll to the bottom of the site and you’ll find links to their X and Discord communities. Whether it’s through spaces, DMs, or threads, they’re constantly dropping value.

Doginal Dogs isn’t just a pixel project—it’s a movement.

Let me ask you something…

Have you ever been totally in the zone? Everything clicks. Your words land, your actions flow, and it feels like you’re riding a wave that just won’t break.

I’ve felt that hundreds of times over two decades in printing industry, and it’s electric.

But I’ve also felt the opposite.

Stuck. Foggy. Frustrated. Like my brain’s a stalled engine and all I want to do is crawl under the covers and disappear.

Today is one of those days.

Usually, when I write these articles, I’m flying. Ideas spark, sentences build, and I’m off to the races.

But not today. Today, I’m staring at the screen, waiting for something to ignite. And nothing’s coming.

So I’ll be honest: I’m stuck.

And here’s the thing, being stuck isn’t the real problem. The real killer is what I call the Momentum Tax.

It’s the hidden cost of doing nothing. If I sit here and wait, I don’t just lose today’s progress—I make tomorrow harder. I’ll have to burn extra fuel just to get moving again. That tax shows up as regret, wasted time, and uphill effort.

So instead of paying the tax, I choose to pay the Action Fee.

It’s the smallest, scrappiest move I can make to get back in motion. A clumsy email. A shaky call. A rough draft. It doesn’t have to be perfect, it just has to be something.

Because imperfect action beats perfect inaction every time.

Turning up to a space when you’re not “feeling it” is infinitely better than no space at all. It’s a spark that lights the fire. It’s how you dodge the tax and reclaim your momentum.

Writing this article this imperfect, gritty, honest article, is my Action Fee today. And guess what? I’m already feeling the shift. The fog is lifting. The engine’s turning over.

We all get stuck. But the pros know how to lead themselves out.

So next time you feel paralyzed, don’t wait for the zone. Create it. Pay the fee. Prime the pump. And watch what happens.

Lots of Love,

Thrive ✊🏻

“Treat your business like a hobby and you’ll get paid like a hobby. Treat your business like a business and you’ll get paid like a business.”

I heard it early in my career, and like many of you, I started enthusiastically repeating this to my team. It sounds good. It sounds aspirational.

Well, here is the harsh truth behind it.

The very concept of having your own "business" is defined by complete freedom. You have the freedom to work whenever you want. The freedom to work however much you want. It is the freedom we all dream about.

And for over 90% of network marketers, that dream translates into working an hour or two a week—or less.

When the next big streaming series drops, you binge it immediately because your "business" gives you the freedom to do so. You feel free to sleep in, spend hours on video games, or attend every non-essential social event.

It sounds great until you realize this exact brand of “freedom” is precisely why over 90% fail.

The Dirty Little Secret: It's a Job

Let me be completely honest with you.

I did not become a full-time leader in network marketing because I treated my MLM organization like a business defined by this kind of operational freedom.

I made it because I treated my business like a dirty little word in our industry...

A JOB!

That’s right—I treated my business like a job. And the reason is simple, yet brutal:

Think about what happens in a traditional job:

* What happens if you only show up some of the time?

* What happens if you go to the movies instead of showing up for your shift?

* What happens if you sleep in when you are supposed to be at the office?

You get fired.

The reason most people fail in MLM is because they know, deep down, they can’t get fired. There is no fear of consequence, so there is no consistent action.

As soon as you adopt the personal fear of being fired—of firing yourself for lack of discipline—you show up and do the work.

Freedom Isn't Free

Somehow, networkers perpetuate this "dream" that they can achieve unlimited freedom, riches, and recognition by acting as if they already have the freedom to do whatever they want.

I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but that philosophy simply does not align with success.

The reason that I, and every successful leader I’ve ever worked with, made it is because we showed up and treated our business like a job.

* When we didn't feel like coming in to work, we showed up.

* When we were tired, we showed up.

* When we didn’t feel like doing the work, we did the work.

Do not fall victim to the seductive concept of "business freedom" in the early stages.

Treat your business like a job. Because freedom isn't a starting point; it's a reward. You have to work for it.

Lots of Love,

Thrivemetax ✊🏻

We’ve all been there: a glaring gap between the person you’re determined to become and the profound lack of motivation you feel to take the next step. It’s not just procrastination; it’s a heavy fog that smothers your drive.

I’ve been there countless times in my career. But I’ve learned I don't have to live there. The escape isn't about waiting for inspiration to strike; it's about understanding the fundamental source of your energy and redirecting it with precision.

The Real Culprit Isn't Laziness—It's Your "Mental Diet"

For years, I blamed my slumps on a lack of discipline. But the real issue was far more fundamental: a malnourished mind. I was on a strict diet of mental fast food—endless social media scrolling, binge-worthy TV, and the chaotic noise of the 24/7 news cycle.

This consumption isn't just a distraction; it’s a drain. Your attention is the most valuable currency you have. Where you spend it, your energy follows. When you invest it in anxiety-inducing news and passive entertainment, you withdraw motivation, focus, and clarity from your personal goals. You're left feeling spiritually and emotionally bankrupt.

The Antidote: Your "Mental Diet"

The solution is as simple as it is transformative: you must change your mental diet.

This works because of a powerful part of your brain called the Reticular Activating System (RAS). Your RAS acts as a filter for your consciousness, prioritizing information based on what you tell it is important. When you consciously consume content related to your goals, you are essentially programming your RAS to seek out opportunities, recognize resources, and fuel your drive toward that very goal.

Motivation isn't found; it's cultivated. It’s the direct output of intentional, growth-oriented input.

Your 3-Step Prescription for a Motivational Reset

This isn't a vague philosophy; it's a practical system. Here’s how to implement it:

Diagnose & Replace: For one day, audit your consumption. Notice the empty calories (mindless scrolling, negative news). Then, deliberately replace one 15-30 minute session with a piece of "mental nutrition." This could be a chapter of a personal development book, a podcast on leadership, or a lesson from an online course.

Target Your Focus: Apply this principle directly to your specific goal. · Fitness Slump? Listen to a podcast about peak athletic performance while you walk. Watch documentaries about incredible human feats. · Business Slump? Read a biography of a great entrepreneur. Consume case studies on marketing and strategy. · Creative Slump? Immerse yourself in the work and interviews of artists you admire.

Engineer Your Environment: Make good consumption effortless. Subscribe to relevant YouTube channels. Have your audiobook ready for your commute. Put that inspiring book on your nightstand. You won't need willpower if the right choice is the easiest one.

By making curated personal growth content my primary input, I've made sustained motivation and drive my default output. The fog still rolls in occasionally, but now I have a lighthouse to guide me out.

Your energy flows where your attention goes. So, where will you direct yours today?

Lots of Love,

Either way, if you haven’t met haters yet, you will. It’s part of the price of visibility.

I’ve dealt with plenty myself. Some weeks, banning trolls feels like a regular chore. But unlike social media, you can’t just “block” people in real life. That’s why it’s crucial to know how to handle negativity both online and offline.

Why Trolls Do What They Do:

Here’s the truth: their comments aren’t really about you. Trolls act out because:

• They crave attention.

• They want to feel significant.

• They thrive on negativity.

At the root, it’s insecurity and unfulfillment. Once you see that, it’s easier not to take their words personally.

The Golden Rule: Don’t Feed Them

Engaging only gives trolls what they want. You won’t change their mind, but you will give them fuel.

So here’s the rule of thumb:

• Online → Don’t respond. Block. Move on.

• Offline → Exit the situation quickly and protect your peace.

This isn’t weakness — it’s wisdom. You’re choosing to invest your energy where it matters.

Protect Your Focus:

Every second you spend arguing with a troll is a second stolen from your goals, your growth, and your peace of mind.

Just like kids act out for attention, trolls thrive when you engage. Don’t give them the satisfaction. Save your focus for the people who support you and the work that actually matters.

Keep building. Keep growing. And let the trolls starve.

Lots of Love.

Thrivemetax ✊🏻

Why haven’t you taken that leap yet? That project, that pitch, that conversation you’ve been dodging what’s holding you back?

For most of us, it’s one word: Fear. Specifically, the fear of rejection.

Maybe you’re thinking, “I’m not afraid of anything.” But let’s get real for a second. If rejection wasn’t lurking in your mind, wouldn’t you have already sent that manuscript, asked for the date, or shared your big idea with the world? If you truly believed in it, what’s the holdup?

The Truth About Fear

Fear is great when it’s saving you from a bear in the woods. But that knot in your stomach before you hit “send” or pick up the phone? That’s not fear, it’s anxiety. And anxiety is just your brain spinning a story about what might happen.

The usual suspects?

• “What if they laugh?”

• “What if they think I’m a fraud?”

• “What if they say no?”

Here’s the good news: since your brain’s writing the script, you can rewrite it. Psychologists say our fear of rejection is wired from ancient times, when being cast out of the tribe meant survival was at stake. But today? A “no” doesn’t mean exile. It’s just a moment.

So flip the narrative. Instead of picturing a door slamming shut, imagine someone nodding with respect. Picture them thinking, “That took courage. I’m impressed.” Suddenly, the stakes feel a lot lighter.

The Reframe

A few years ago, I was terrified to pitch a business idea to an old friend. I was sure he’d think I was chasing a pipe dream. But I took a deep breath and shared it over coffee, not to sell him, but to connect. He didn’t invest, but he listened, asked questions, and later referred me to someone who did. That moment taught me: success isn’t about getting a yes. It’s about showing up and building a bridge.

When you put yourself out there, whether it’s sharing your art, asking for a promotion, or confessing how you feel, don’t measure the win by the immediate outcome. Measure it by the courage it took and the connection you fostered.

Most people won’t mock you. They’ll admire your guts. Some might even say yes because you dared to ask. After twenty years of pitching ideas, chasing dreams, and having tough conversations, I’ve never lost a friend over it.

                  Here’s how I do it:

1. Stay chill. Say upfront, “Hey, this might not be your thing, and that’s cool.” No pressure, no pushiness.

2. Listen first. Ask about their world—their goals, their struggles—before you dive in.

3. Show gratitude. Yes or no, thank them for their time. It’s about respect, not a transaction.

Follow these, and you’ll come off as a friend, not a salesperson. You might even turn a “no” into a future “yes”—or something better, like a real relationship.

Your Move

Rejection only exists if you let it define you. So stop burning energy on a fear that’s just a shadow in your head.

Choose courage instead. Choose curiosity. Choose the thrill of putting yourself out there.

Next time you hesitate—whether it’s sending that email, sharing your work, or speaking your truth—take a second and remind yourself:

• This isn’t about fear.

• This is about connection.

• This is about building something bigger than a single answer.

So pick up the phone. Hit send. Say the words. You’ve got this.

Lots of Love,

Thrivemetax ✊🏻

If you’re not, you’re on a swift trip to oblivion, because in the social media battleground, it’s a ruthless fight for attention.

Sure, that's common knowledge. But the giant hurdle I often encounter from my mentees is, "What exactly should I put out there?"

Here's your two-word solution:

Deliver Value.

The face of value dons many masks, and you need to wear them all:

Humor: Occasionally, I serve up a slice of comedy because if I can tickle someone's funny bone and make them stop scrolling, that’s value right there.

Insight: More often than not, I voice my musings and sentiments on current affairs, offering a fresh perspective and provoking thought on a hot topic.

Wisdom: I freely share nuggets of knowledge or personal experiences that could save someone time, money, or frustration.

Motivation: Frequently, my aim is simply to give someone’s spirits a boost, or paint a rosier picture of their future.

For many, the bugbear is simply maintaining a steady pace—a hurdle I also stumbled upon until I put together a toolbox of strategies that kept me on track.

The cornerstone of my online popularity, the reason I have a steady stream of leads flooding my DMs every day, is because I nailed a system that ensures consistency.

The Hidden Key: My Consistency System

Cracking the code to striking gold in any arena of life demands one thing: relentless consistency. That, my friend, is the magic formula. And the secret to being relentless is removing the daily decision-making pressure.

The 4-Hour Batching Method

My consistency system is built on one simple principle: I never create content on the fly.

I dedicate just 4 focused hours every Sunday to create content for the entire week. This is how I turn Effort into an unstoppable force:

Idea Generation (45 mins): I use my Humor, Insight, Wisdom, Motivation framework to lock in the title and core message for the next 7 posts. No writing yet, just planning.

Rapid Drafting (2.5 hrs): I draft all 7 posts, focusing purely on getting the message down. I treat it like a factory line, not a precious art project.

Refine and Schedule (45 mins): I add punchy hooks, refine the calls to action, source a relevant image or video, and use my scheduling tool.

The posts are done. The content engine is running. I spend less than 15 minutes per day after that, only engaging with the comments. This simple process is how I eliminate burnout and maintain my daily presence.

The Formula for Success

The formula for success is pretty simple:

SUCCESS=F.V.×E×S

Your success will be equal to your FINANCIAL VEHICLE, multiplied by your EFFORT, multiplied by your SKILL. And when you're fighting for attention in the social media battleground, EFFORT is a direct function of your relentless CONSISTENCY.

Lots of Love,

Thrivemetax. 🫶🏻

EVERYTHING.

Heck - these beliefs are so self-conscious that they're impacting your life every single day.

And no matter where I go in the world, there's always one belief that shows up time and time again.

It's "I'm not good enough".

"I'm not good enough to... be financially free"

"I'm not good enough to... be fit and strong"

"I'm not good enough to... be in a relationship"

"I'm not good enough to... be truly happy"

_ I could literally fill this entire page with examples.

But here's the thing:

These beliefs are only true if you believe them.

Read that again. It'll take a few times to actually process it.

Believing something is true doesn't actually make it true. Of course not.

Most of the time, it's because they compare themselves to others and get frustrated when they can't replicate the exact same results.

(Even though they've only been in the game for 1 year and the other person has 10 years of experience)

To really have this lesson hit home, I'll leave you with one final thing:

Where you are right now in your business is a necessary step. Keep growing and keep pushing.

You'll get to where you want to be.

Lots of Love,

Thrivemetax.
