            <content:encoded><![CDATA[<h3 id="h-summary-of-the-development-of-cloud-computing" class="text-2xl font-header !mt-6 !mb-4 first:!mt-0 first:!mb-0">Summary of the development of cloud computing</h3><p>Since cloud computing was proposed in 2006, it has roughly experienced the formation stage, development stage and application stage. The past decade has been a decade of rapid progress in cloud computing, and the global cloud computing market has grown several times. At present, the global cloud computing market maintains a steady growth trend. In 2019, the global cloud computing market represented by IaaS, PaaS and SaaS reached 188.3 billion, a growth rate of 20.86%. It is expected that the average market growth rate in the next few years will be around 18%, and the market size will exceed US$350 billion by 2023.</p><p>In the future, cloud computing will still usher in the next golden decade, entering a period of inclusive development. First, with the advancement of new infrastructure, cloud computing will speed up the application process and achieve rapid development in different fields such as the Internet, government affairs, finance, transportation, logistics, and education. Second, in the context of the global digital economy, cloud computing has become an inevitable choice for enterprises’ digital transformation, and the process of enterprises going to the cloud will further accelerate. Third, the emergence of the new crown pneumonia epidemic has accelerated the implementation of SaaS services such as remote office and online education, and promoted the rapid development of the cloud computing industry.</p><h3 id="h-decentralized-cloud" class="text-2xl font-header !mt-6 !mb-4 first:!mt-0 first:!mb-0">Decentralized Cloud</h3><p>There are two main advantages:</p><ol><li><p>Reduce costs.             <description><![CDATA[呼救！华师大二村呼救！ 今天已经是4月10日了，上海的疫情还是没有转好的迹象。我所在的小区——师大二村，响应上海市浦西封控的政策，从4月1日开始足不出户，一直到现在。面对疫情下紧张的医疗资源、物资保障、运力资源，小区本想挖掘内在力量自力更生，但鉴于小区的人口结构、感染人数、消杀情况和居委现状，现在发出呼救，请求外界给与我们关注。 一、小区独居老人多，缺吃少喝，生活困难。目前的上海，绝大部分的小区物资靠居民团购，成团的最低份额也得30份，这个条件在小区内难实现。因为师大二村很小，居民户数仅有354户，而且作为一个老小区，老年人占据八成以上。他们不会网购、不会接龙。有一些90岁以上的独居老人已经到了饥饿边缘，也不知道如何求救，只能靠国外的子女发布朋友圈寻求帮助。同时，小区内消息不透明，所以导致连自己小区内部的人都不知道有高龄独居老人饮食没有保障。 二、一屋群租户全阳，无法转运。小区虽不大，但已有9例阳性居民。其中有一位老阿姨咳嗽许久，症状严重；还有群租户有6人全是阳性，也没安排转运。小区是50年代的房子，房屋结构设计比较老旧，一个楼道里联排有好几户居民，通风不好、人口密集，住在阳性夹...]]></description>
            <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>呼救！华师大二村呼救！</strong></p><p>今天已经是4月10日了，上海的疫情还是没有转好的迹象。我所在的小区——师大二村，响应上海市浦西封控的政策，从4月1日开始足不出户，一直到现在。面对疫情下紧张的医疗资源、物资保障、运力资源，小区本想挖掘内在力量自力更生，但鉴于小区的人口结构、感染人数、消杀情况和居委现状，现在发出呼救，请求外界给与我们关注。</p><p>一、小区独居老人多，缺吃少喝，生活困难。目前的上海，绝大部分的小区物资靠居民团购，成团的最低份额也得30份，这个条件在小区内难实现。因为师大二村很小，居民户数仅有354户，而且作为一个老小区，老年人占据八成以上。他们不会网购、不会接龙。有一些90岁以上的独居老人已经到了饥饿边缘，也不知道如何求救，只能靠国外的子女发布朋友圈寻求帮助。同时，小区内消息不透明，所以导致连自己小区内部的人都不知道有高龄独居老人饮食没有保障。</p><p>二、一屋群租户全阳，无法转运。小区虽不大，但已有9例阳性居民。其中有一位老阿姨咳嗽许久，症状严重；还有群租户有6人全是阳性，也没安排转运。小区是50年代的房子，房屋结构设计比较老旧，一个楼道里联排有好几户居民，通风不好、人口密集，住在阳性夹层中的住户，除了吃饭其他时间都不敢在家摘口罩。目前小区还有很多高龄的教授居住，有基础疾病的他们生命安全也受到了严峻考验。</p><p>三、居委瘫痪，居民都是后妈养的不讨喜。2020年，小区所在街道（长风街道）撤销了师大二村社区居民委员会建制，合并到了隔壁小区（长风三村社区居民委员会），这波疫情下，留在师大二村防疫的工作人员只有一位！也就是说，居委会只有一位条线人员在忙活，虽然他很忙很累，但缺乏领导、缺乏组织也是不容忽视的弊端，小区目前很涣散！甚至外省送来的蔬菜水果都没有被妥善配送，在小区门口放了三天招了绿苍蝇，这和缺吃少喝的居民现状形成了极大讽刺。通俗来讲，二村居民就像三村居委会的庶出一样，三村居委的工作人员上下也就十人左右，照顾自己小区已经自顾不暇（他们小区的阳性病例也很多），后妈养的凑过去真是不讨喜。客观来讲呢，让10个人去做好将近6000人居民的工作也确实难以完成。</p><p>四、无防疫消杀、无物资转运，甚至全市统一规定的核酸检测也无条件实现。4月9日，上海市统一要求市民做核酸检测，但由于各种原因，没有在小区内实施，居民人心惶惶，被抛弃的感觉越来越深。居委也无法提供大白衣服和其他防护装备，导致第一批当志愿者的人在接触了阳性楼后，为了自己和他人安全，无法再出去继续支援，只能居家自我隔离。小区有阳性病例以来，也从来没有来过专业的消杀人员对整个小区和楼栋消杀。在这种情况下，居民却得一次次配合居委下楼去做核酸检测，一次次把自己暴露在风险当中。</p><p>目前，我们希望政府为我们提供帮助：</p><p>1. 为高龄老人提供物资保障，封控以来，小区只收到了一次物资配送，就算节约着吃，也最多能吃两天。</p><p>2. 为小区提供防疫物资。包括大白衣服、面屏、手套、N95口罩、消毒液。</p><p>3. 即刻为小区整体环境和每个楼栋进行消杀，并做好工作对接，持续性为小区提供消杀直到阳性病例全部转运。</p><p>4. 上级为居委拨调一批人力，增援居委，统一规划安排小区的防疫举措、物资转运和核酸检测。坚决不允许阳性居民下楼做核酸。</p><p>5. 居委公开小区的疫情进展，目前居民对小区内的疫情知之甚少，全凭猜疑，增加了焦虑情绪，不利于防疫开展。</p><p>这里曾经是中国文学界泰斗徐中玉先生生前居住的小区，他主编的《大学语文》不知道影响了几代学子。如今，小区里还居住着不少退休的老教授们，他们为国家的教育事业做出了杰出贡献，他们不应该就这样被边缘，甚至连吃饭都成了问题；他们也不应该这样身陷囹圄，居住的小区连基本的消杀都没有。</p>]]></content:encoded>
