Regulatory and market institutions have been encouraging investors to reduce short-line operations, to avoid “recovering down” and to develop long-term investment habits in exchange for investment profit spaces.

Since 2020, a number of equity funds have chosen a three-year model in the context of the gradual dichotomization and the acceleration of hot spots, which have led to a decline in investor earning effects. To date, what rate of return for these funds will investors be able to earn money for three years?

Securities Times and Data Ware Statistics, excluding bond funds and funds listed for less than one year, have a total of 96 three-year funds since 2020 (with only category A, B and C) and a number of funds have now completed three-year operating cycles.

Of these 96 three-year funds, only 22 have recorded positive returns since their inception. The value-driven three-year holding fund, with a return of 66.52 per cent since its inception on 15 January 2020, is the highest rate of return in the three-year fund. The Fund is managed by a fund manager of a deep-value investment style, with a heavy curtainty of medium- and long-term equities, with an average city-to-city ratio of 6.8 times the top ten major capital stock of the Fund. However, good returns do not amount to a return of the people. In January this year, after the three-year closure of the Fund, the share was overtaken by more than half, and the share of the Fund decreased from 167 million to 77.7 billion.

The rate of return since its inception has also been held for three years in Orientale Red Crescent, with a return of 39.8 per cent since its inception in March 2020. The long-term market value was set for three years to begin on 31 July 2020, with a return of 31.16 per cent since its inception, with the Fund’s manager holding no 8.8 year of experience in fund management, the total size of the six products currently managed (including categories A and C) is $12,249 million, with an average annual rate of return of 12.8 per cent.

Proceeds from the establishment of only three-year funds remain lost, accounting for 76 per cent, of which 11 have a net fall of over 30 per cent.

Three-year operational period

In the course of this year, 27 funds will be fully operational for three years and will be open to day-to-day operations, with investors choosing to be “built” or continue to hold.

From the rate of return since its inception, these 27 funds achieved only 12 and 15 respectively.
