I will show you how to do it on the ETH

Go to 1inch website

Then click on Launch dApp at the top of the screen

Connect your wallet and select the desired network. In this example I will change WETH to DAI on the Ethereum network.

See the green arrow in the picture above? It points to the sign that tells us that the exchange will take place in Fusion mode

Next, confirm the details on the following screen, and click “Confirm swap”.

Once the transaction is sent, it will show as "pending" in the upper right corner of the page.

By default, the swap is done in automatic mode. You can configure other swap modes. Read more here
