Introduction

Accrue Finance is an Automated Market Maker (AMM) that utilizes the Constant Product Market Maker (CPMM) formula to provide liquidity to users on the Arbitrum platform.

It is still possible to experience transaction failures due to ‘out of gas’. This problem happens because the current contract sometimes requires a high amount of gas to execute the transaction. If this problem happens to you in any transaction, try again to execute it at another time.

Well, in this letter we will talk a little about what has happened so far and what are the next steps. I advance you, we will continue working.

Migrating to Arbitrum

After a study, we decided to migrate to the Arbitrum Network, an Ethereum layer 2 (L2) scaling solution, and one of the first Optimistic Rollup solutions that seeks to relieve congestion on the Ethereum mainnet.

We had incompatibility issues with our contracts with zkEVM, but we hope to land on zkSync in the near future as well. For reasons of practicality at this time, we decided to migrate to the Arbitrum Network.

ICO was not a success

As you all know, we didn't reach the minimum goal in the first ICO. It's not a problem. To those who contributed, we greatly appreciate the vote of confidence in our work. Those who contributed should receive tokens purchased in the first ICO in February (when the Vice Swap hits Arbitrum Mainnet) and receive a 50% discount on $VICE tokens in the second ICO, plus an Investor Badge NFT.

Vice Swap

As highlighted, this is not the end, our team will continue to work hard. For this reason, on January 16 there will be the launch of the Vice Swap on the Arbitrum Testnet.

Vice Swap will be a DEX that will allow traders to perform swaps at a low cost, while liquidity providers receive protocol fees. We will issue more details of the Vice Swap in the coming days.

Airdrops

Airdrops are an important source of campaign to boost new projects and bring more people to discover a new product.

First steps

To test the contract publicly on testnet, there is currently a fundraising taking place on Vice Starter for a fictitious token called $BOND. To participate in fundraising on testnet, the process is simple and intuitive.

2. Connect your wallet.

3. Now you can start investing in the listed project.

Before starting, just make sure you have enough ETH in your Goerli wallet to start investing.

What's next?

The Vice ecosystem revolves around the $VICE token, which will allow users to control the protocol. Only 24,000,000 $VICE tokens will be minted!

Currently, the planned distribution of VICE Tokens is as follows:

• Community: 32%;

Utility
