We can use Alchemy to create RPC, Arbitrum, Polygon, Optimism, etc.

1、Login Alchemy. You can use gmail account to login directly. Or signup using another email address.

2、Select chain environment. For creating Arbitrum rpc, please select ‘Ethereum including L2s‘.

3、Fill app information. For network, it needs to select ‘Arbitrum mainnet‘.

4、Choose cost standard. It is enough to individual user for ‘Free Forever‘.

5、After finishing all steps, you can see RPC information, you can add https information to metamask manually.
