The story begins with WashinMura adopting a group of Uzume chickens from an elderly couple in the Northeast. The old man's daily routine was to clean the Uzume chicken coop, and he had been raising them for decades. As he was too old to care for the chickens, he searched online for someone willing to adopt them. We drove for 2 hours and brought the first generation of Uzume chickens back to WashinMura.

Currently, it is not known how many generations of Uzume chickens have been raised at WashinMura. They have laid eggs, which have been incubated into chicks, and the chicks have grown into adult chickens. When the hens stop laying eggs, the eggs are picked up and made into Uzume egg pudding. Therefore, Uzume egg pudding is a limited edition item and is not available every day.

和心村戶外咖啡廳，限定名品『烏骨雞蛋🥚布丁』 故事的開始是和心村收養了從東北老爺爺奶奶的一群烏骨雞，老爺爺整理烏骨雞窩是老爺爺每天的例行公事，養了幾十年不知道已經第幾代，因為年紀太大沒有力氣照顧烏骨雞，所以上網找願意收養的人，我們開著2小時的車，把和心村初代的烏骨雞帶回和心村養。 目前和心村的烏骨雞也不知道是第幾代了，生了雞蛋🥚，孵出小雞🐤，小雞變大雞，當母雞不孵雞蛋，就會把蛋撿起來做成烏骨雞雞蛋布丁🍮
