The current web3 NFT project is actually a cumbersome web2 micro-business model, taking twitter as the main battlefield, using mutual push to divert traffic to the private domain (discord), and working with a group of people all over the world with chaotic work from home.

Entrepreneurship at first sight

Enthusiasm/ideas - what do I need?  — What do I want to achieve?  — What is the first step?

After you have the passion of love at first sight, you can do a good job of a project as long as you quickly understand these three whys.  Need money to find money, need people to find people, the essence is a process of resource allocation.

I spent three days talking collab with the artist, and I got the first investment while talking with the artist, and then I used these two conditions to find my marketing team.  In a total of ten days, I built the base staff and funding for the project.

Be still first, then think about it, and do it with five or six points of grasp

Personal struggles are extremely smart, and even mixed with some selfishness or evil and aggressive, you can live well in this society, because as long as you see the essential operation logic of things, you can become the victor in the entire vicious competition.

Exercise is very important. Putting ideas into action is the most important thing in the world.  The trick is to keep your head simple, but the premise is that you need to have the ability to quickly see the essence of things, which is related to whether your "cognitive tree" is flourishing.

Rich people take away experience, experienced people take money

I have only participated in two projects. The first one was from edc, and I got the first-level quick flip of pre-sale coupons, the second one was Boomgala, i nearly got my cost back due to my trading system;The former is meaningless and has profit margins for short-term transactions; the latter, I fully participated in the project’s community activities and experienced the sense of belonging of the “rabble crowd”.  I made friends with the VC of my project and the core members behind it. The inaction of the project side led me to rethink my profit model in NFT. The strength threshold of Create a project is so low, it is worth trying.

Criteria for judging founder qualifications: is it insomnia?

It must be unable to sleep, not the kind of headache; it must be the kind of countless ideas that can't wait to land.  I'm in the habit of jotting down good ideas at night, and going through them in my head during the day when I wake up and take a shower, and if two-factor verification works, then I'll do it.

Dream big, fail big

The pattern should be large, so that the story is good, and if you keep brainwashing yourself, you will be motivated if you believe it; a good narrative model must be copied, and the old system must be broken.  The more important point is that you need to think about the profit and loss ratio of doing things. Different from trading, the money you get from investors when you do projects, your mentality and operation space will be greater.  For example, when I am working on a project:

- Operate two Twitter accounts (Pr, text editing)

-Human Resources

- Graphic design of publicity content

I was doing it all by myself. Multi-threaded work is very refreshing for me and I don’t feel tired, because all I consume is the cost of time. It happens that March to July is also my free period of study.

Where did I lose?

Replay is very important, and the process of fighting monsters and upgrading requires constant memory.  There is a link in the NFT release that is often overlooked - the user experience, whether the release process is smooth, these are the added value that makes the product greater than expected.  The Dev did not understand, and the technology was not in place, which caused our sales to be delayed and unable to purchase.  Therefore, you should be the most cautious when recruiting and buying horses. It is best to get to know a reliable HR very early. Everyone must be under control. I lost to the technicians recommended by acquaintances. Because of this level of trust endorsement and I can't understand  The code caused the "drop of the chain at the critical moment".

In web3, it is especially important to control your team members, preferably offline, otherwise everything may go wrong across the screen, and the repair cost is extremely high.

You can't get too close to the user, the thoughts of the masses are important, but if the ears are too close, it will be messy.  I have always questioned the DAO, the crowd is always fickle, impulsive, short-sighted, easily suggestive enough to forget about sustainable development.  After the product positioning is done, knowledge and action should be integrated, walking on the correct development path, and rejecting noise.

Write at the end, did I RUG?

In my opinion, The answer is No, because I did everything I was supposed to do, and it's July 2022, I need to go back to my university so I don't have time to fully manage a project.

At the same time, many achievements have been achieved, such as opensea blue label certification, the peak market value of the project is 320,000 US dollars, after the failure of the first sale, it has turned the tide, adjusted the equity frame of the second sale, and sold out within two minutes.  It is very important to not forget the original intention. I have achieved a clear conscience while making profits. This is investment and life. There are rewards for scratching, and the focus is on participation.

一见钟情创业法 **热情/想法 --→ 我需要什么？--→ 我要实现什么？--→ 第一步要做什么？

有了一见钟情的热情之后，只要快速的搞明白这三个为什么你就可以做好一个项目。需要钱去找钱，需要人去找人，本质就是一个资源分配的过程。

我用了三天的时间谈下了艺术家，谈艺术家同时拿下了第一笔投资，接着用这两个条件找到了我的市场团队。总计耗时十天，我构建了项目的基础人员和资金。

**先静之，再思之，五六分把握即做之 **个人奋斗 极为聪明，甚至夹杂一些自私自利或者是邪恶进取，可以在这个社会上生活的很好，因为你只要看到了事物的本质的运行逻辑，你可以成为在整个恶性竞争中的胜利者。

锻炼行动力很重要，把想法付诸入行动，这个世界上最不缺的就是想法。诀窍就是脑袋简单一点，但前提是你需要拥有快速看透事物本质的能力，关系到你的“认知树” 是否枝繁叶茂。

**有钱的人带走经验，有经验的人带走钱 **我只参与过两个项目，第一个是edc的，抽到了预售券一级快速flip；第二个是Boomgala，根据自己的交易系统勉强回本。

前者毫无意义，有利润空间短线交易；后者我完整参与了项目的社区活动，体验了“乌合之众”的韭菜归属感。结交了我这个项目的vc以及后面的核心成员，项目方的不作为引得我重新思考我在nft的获利模式，坐庄的实力门槛如此的低，值得尝试。

** 判断founder合格的标准：是否失眠 **一定得睡不着，不是头疼的那种；一定得是无数的想法涌现，迫不及待落地的那种。我习惯把晚上的好点子记下来，白天睡醒洗澡的时候脑子里再过一遍，如果双重验证可行，那我就会去付诸行动。

**Dream big，fail big **格局要大，这样故事好听，不断的给自己洗脑，自己相信了也有动力；好的叙事模式一定要去抄，旧的系统一定要去打破。更重要的一点是需要思考做事情的盈亏比，与做交易不同，做项目你拿的投资人的钱，你的心态和操作空间就更大。比如我在做项目的过程中：

都是我一个人在做，多线程的工作对我来说很爽感觉不到累，因为我消耗的只是时间成本，恰好从三月至七月也是我学业的空闲期。

**我输在了哪？ **复盘很重要，打怪升级的过程需要不断的回忆。

1 在nft发售中有一个环节是经常被忽略的—用户体验，发售的过程是否顺畅，这些都是让产品大于期望的附加值。技术人员却不懂，技术也不到位，让我们的发售一再出现延期，无法购买等问题。所以在招兵买马的时候要最谨慎，最好是很早就结识靠谱的hr，每个人员都要把控，我就是输在了熟人推荐的技术人员，由于这层信任背书以及我看不懂代码，造成了“关键时刻掉链子”。

2 在web3尤其要把控自己的团队成员，最好都是在线下，不然隔着屏幕什么事情都有可能发生错误，而且修复成本极高。

3 与用户不能走的太近，群众的想法固然重要，但是耳朵贴的太近则乱。我一直质疑所谓的DAO，群众总是多变的，冲动的，短视的，容易受暗示以至于把可持续发展抛之脑后。做好产品定位后就应该知行合一，走在正确的发展道路上，拒绝噪音。

写在最后 我RUG了吗？

在我看来是没有的，因为我做了一切我该做的，时间也到了2022年七月，我没有时间再去管理一个项目。 同时也达成了很多成就，opensea蓝标认证，项目市值高峰32万美金，在第一次发售失败后力挽狂澜，二次发售调整股权框架，两分钟内售空等。不忘初心很重要，我在获利的同时做到了问心无愧，这是投资也是人生，刮开有奖，重在参与。
