What is Taiko？

Taiko is a decentralized Ethereum-equivalent ZK-EVM and general-purpose ZK-Rollup. Its purpose is to allow developers and users of dApps developed for Ethereum L1 to be used on Taiko without any changes. What is the difference between Arbitrum Nova and Arbitrum One?

The key technical difference between the two is that Arbitrum One always puts all transaction data on Ethereum, while Nova utilizes a data availability committee, sending data to the committee first and only falling back to Upload the data to the chain.
