In recent days, the Ministry of Education has issued a Circular on the Publication of Professional Recording and Approval of the General Higher School in 2022. The Family Education Professionals declared by the Chinese Girls’ College have been successfully approved as the first general college in the country to approve the establishment of the profession.

In recent years, the issue of family education has been receiving increasing attention and parental anxiety is prevalent. Last year, the Ministry of the People’s Institute published the “Family Education Mentor” as a new career, marking a career path for family education. This Chinese Women’s College has created a new family education component, which also means that family education is simultaneously on a professional path. The establishment of the profession is a question of whether to inject new vigour into the family education industry, thereby regulating the family education training market, alleviating parents’ child-care anxiety and becoming a topical subject of concern.

Multidisciplinary scientific child-care philosophy

The Chinese Scientific Research Institute of Education, the researcher’s pilgrimage, believes that family education is long and wide-ranging and involves a multidisciplinary approach. The introduction of a home-based education curriculum for students should begin with three basic knowledge courses in education, psychology and social sciences, allowing students to build on the foundations, with a systematic understanding of the scientific concepts and methods of family education.

The Director of the Children’s Development and Education Institute (Family Building Institute) of the All-China Institute of Women’s Education is well-known as the Director of the Professional Presentation of the Family Education Section. She indicated that adequate research and validation had been undertaken in the professional design declaration process, focusing in particular on the professionalism, science, diversity of courses.

To this end, she led the team to study family education-related courses offered by some of the country’s high schools, on the basis of which more than 10 core professional courses were designed, based on the advantage of the Chinese Girls’ College, including basic courses on family education, family education, social studies, family psychology, development of psychology, etc., as well as on family home-learning, family education philosophy, family social work, educational research methods, family education policies and regulations, and family education practice.

“As a result of these courses, the students we seek to develop are professional, have a science-based vision and have a trust in providing guidance services for family education.” Chen drew attention to the many expert presentations made prior to the professional declaration, which provided many suggestions on the curriculum of the profession.

Developing high-quality applications for family education

Zhang Yunwa is a student at the University of Anim Teachers. He will be on-line webcasts of public goods to guide primary and secondary school students, as well as participating in social practice and compulsory teaching.

He found that all sectors of society attached great importance to education, especially parents who also needed professional family education. “There is, however, little in society to provide such professional services. Family education guides too few professionals, with considerable social needs.”

As early as 1987, Zhao has offered home education courses at the Beijing Teacher’s University, and in 1992 he was enrolled in a master’s degree in family education, who has been working until 2003. He has developed a large number of family education professionals for the country.

“The number of students enrolled in postgraduate studies is too low and there is a clear shortage of skilled family education professionals trained”. In his view, if home-based education was kept up, a large number of family educators would be trained, including in family education theory studies and family education guidance services.

He advocated the establishment of conditions for the general introduction of family education courses in higher education institutions throughout the country, teachers’ continuing education institutions and girls’ colleges.

The master’s degree in family education at the Beijing Teacher’s University is a student of Zhao loyalty and is currently the deputy head of kindergarten at the University of Chianghua, and is a member of the expert steering committee of the Chinese Family Education Institute.

She said that the professional development of the family education component was aimed at creating a public good awareness, innovation, a modern family education philosophy based on the promotion of the well-being of children and families, respect for and care for different types of families, and have a solid basic philosophy and expertise in family education.

From January 21, 2020 to 24:00 on February 23, 2022, 2664 confirmed cases (2508 local cases and 156 imported cases) have been reported in the province, 28 hospitalized cases (17 local cases and 11 imported cases) and 12 asymptomatic infections still under medical observation (12 imported cases). In fact, oil and gas development includes three stages: exploration, development and production. Exploration is an important prerequisite for subsequent development and production. Oil and gas exploration mainly includes gravity, magnetism, electricity, earthquake and other technical means. Among them, seismic exploration is the most commonly used means at present. It can be understood as making CT for the earth, recording simulated seismic waves through the seismic node instrument, and then judging the reserves of oil and gas resources.

Among them, the operation of exploration is mainly based on the cable system. This technology has been monopolized by overseas enterprises for a long time, and the equipment is heavily dependent on imports. In addition, tens of thousands of seismometers need to be connected through cables in the exploration process, which has huge labor consumption, difficult troubleshooting, long operation cycle and high single operation cost. How to obtain accurate seismic data more quickly and efficiently is a major problem in the domestic oil and gas exploration industry.

In order to solve the technical problems faced by oil and gas exploration, Sinopec Geophysical Exploration Institute has “cross-border” cooperation with Jiangsu Mobile Nanjing Branch (hereinafter referred to as Nanjing mobile), ZTE and other enterprises, and created the project of “field intelligent node oil and gas exploration system based on 5g exclusive network” by using the personalized and scene characteristics of 5g private network.

This system adopts technical means such as on-board customized miniaturized core network, on-board 5g base station and on-board remote base station to provide in-depth customized “all on-board” network services for oil and gas exploration, and solves the problem of network coverage in remote areas. Moreover, the characteristics of large bandwidth, Dalian connection and low time delay of 5g itself have cleared the obstacles for the seismograph to break away from the shackles of cables.

Based on ZTE’s high-performance 5g module zm9000, Sinopec Geophysical Exploration Institute has developed smartpoint intelligent seismic data acquisition node instrument, which makes the original bulky wired seismograph light and dexterous, and greatly reduces the workload of exploration deployment and equipment maintenance. In the actual measurement of Longmenshan Piedmont exploration project in Sichuan Province, tens of thousands of node instrument data upload was completed in 3-5 seconds, and the collection efficiency was increased by 3 times and the inspection efficiency was increased by 10 times.

In the analysis link after data collection, based on the mobile 5g private network, a local data analysis platform was built, which changed the previous mode of data collection and processing, realized data collection and processing at the same time, and the measured data analysis efficiency was increased by two times.

In March 2021, the measured results of the Longmenshan exploration project show that the endurance time and exploration accuracy of the node instrument are equivalent to the mainstream products in the market. The data transmission efficiency and patrol inspection efficiency have been greatly improved, and the comprehensive operation efficiency has been increased by about 5 times.

With the significant improvement of the comprehensive efficiency of oil and gas exploration business by using 5g technology, this 5g intelligent oil and gas exploration system jointly built by Sinopec Geophysical Exploration Institute, Nanjing mobile and ZTE won the first place in the fourth “blooming Cup” 5g application solicitation competition.

With the support of 5g private network technology, the technological transformation of oil and gas exploration is expected to open up new market space for domestic petrochemical enterprises.

According to the project party, “compared with overseas imported equipment, the new technology can save 3000 yuan per node. In the exploration operation of 1000 square kilometers, it can save 20 million yuan of labor cost and 300 million yuan of equipment procurement cost.”

From the perspective of economic benefits, Sinopec alone has an exploration area of 437000 square kilometers. Through the field intelligent node oil and gas exploration system based on 5g private network, it is expected to save 1 billion yuan of exploration funds. In 2020, the global geophysical prospecting revenue will be about 6.5 billion US dollars. Calculated according to the target share of 20%, the annual revenue will be about 1.3 billion US dollars, and the market prospect is considerable.

It is understood that Sinopec has reached preliminary technical cooperation agreements with international energy giants such as Saudi Aramco and BP, and the field intelligent node oil and gas exploration system based on 5g private network is expected to be exported.

It is commendable that, in addition to the improvement of economic benefits, the system also effectively reduces the risk of secondary exploration, reduces the damage of land and vegetation, and is conducive to the environmental protection of the exploration area. Moreover, the system does not need to lay cables, which reduces the labor volume by 70% and effectively saves human resources.

The successful exploration of Sinopec Geophysical Exploration Institute, China Mobile and ZTE in 5g smart oil and gas exploration has not only realized the complete independent intellectual property rights of exploration equipment, but also provided a useful reference for the establishment of supporting system for 5g application in the field of energy, infrastructure and security, and even the subsequent exploration of business model of multi-party joint development.

If we lengthen our sight and pay attention to the changes of the energy industry in recent years, we will find that 5g application exploration in various fields of the energy field is taking place.

In the field of power grid, China Southern Power Grid, China Mobile and ZTE have realized the industry’s first 5g R16 high-precision timing and distribution network business, the first commercial power grid dedicated slice online and the first 5g differential protection business in Guangzhou, planned 54 innovative businesses covering the whole links of power generation, transmission, transformation, distribution and utilization, and created the largest 5g smart grid comprehensive demonstration area in China.

There are many “cross-border” cooperation cases between energy and ICT, and they are on the rise. In this energy transformation, ICT enterprises have become important partners in the energy industry to improve the level of digitization, networking and intelligence.

“The deep integration of 5g and various industries in the energy field will effectively drive the innovation of energy production and consumption patterns and inject strong impetus into the energy revolution.” This assertion in the 5g application implementation plan in the energy field is from
