Because good #shilling ? You don’t feel it. It just flows. Like a normal convo. The guy’s been in the chat for weeks, dropped #meme , argued about gas fees, now casually mentions a project. Feels human. That’s native shilling.

But if it’s some random wallet-named account posting “Check out this 100x gem!!” — congrats, you’ve met spam shilling.

Loud. Cheap. Obvious. And yeah — we do that too, but we take the heat for it. Accounts get banned, we move on. That’s the game.

Here’s the kicker though:

Running ads in Telegram? Nightmare. 4 wallets, bridges, swaps, fees on top of fees — and nobody with premium even sees your ad.

Native shilling? No fees. No middlemen. No bullshit. Just results.

You want ethics? Then ask why running $10k worth of ads gets you 1k views.

We’re not the problem. We’re just cutting the fat.

Shilling isn’t dirty. It’s efficient.

And when it’s done right — you won’t even notice.

03:17 on the laptop. Don’t even ask what time zone I’m in: last weeks I slept in Toronto, hustled in Miami, now parked in Portugal with a cup of cold espresso.

Year one we shipped 50 projects. Year two – 100. Then war fucked the schedule. Kharkiv went red on the map, team scattered:

Diana – Seoul, runs client calls while we snore.

Dan – Berlin, fishing for EU partners.

Max – Nairobi, chasing clicks and sunburn.

Anna – still in Kyiv, keeps the content breathing.

Vi – pops in from NYC or some random #metaverse room. GPS cries.

A marketer can live without an office, but never without flow. So I spun up a #DAO . Smart contract instead of stamp, tokens instead of “boss said so”. Need budget? vote. Need idea? open task. Three full crew swaps already, engine still runs.

While we tuned the new order, so-called ninja agencies tried to sell Web3 guys the old Web2 funnel: ads – email – press release. Works about as good as a banner in ICQ. Token buyers hang in Discord and X, scrolling memes, not press. Investor might read #Cointelegraph , holder doesn’t care.

We go different: on-chain pings, airdrop quests, shitposts, tiny collabs. Looks messy, but that mess grows community faster than the market can dump.

Right now Diana sees sunrise, Dan eats late dinner, my ristretto is dead cold. I shut the lid and smile: we don’t need a street adress any more. Our office sits on-chain, and the only real fuel is people who still believe good marketing survives any coordinats.

Good night, see you on-chain.

Feels like the year just hit “Start” and then went for coffee. Market is… quiet. Too quiet. Everyone says the next pump is “any day now”, then moves the day again. Fine, let it snooze. We’ve got other fights.

2024 chewed us up. Ad bans came back, budgets froze, two exchanges ghosted us on the same week. Still, we learned stuff:

• Projects keep rolling in with 200-300 k budgets and go “hey, can we skip the 5 % tax and that boring contract?”. Bro, the paper protects you, not me.

• Biggest killer of tokens? Zero #utility . Simple. So we doubled down on tokenization of real stuff—SaaS seats, physical gold, whatever. If it already works offline, slapping a token on top gives it a pulse online.

• Old Web2 tricks keep missing in Web3. Ads-Email-PR looks neat in decks, converts like a wet sponge. Community spam still wins, sad but true.

About spam—or “shilling”, if we wanna sound classy. One comment in X or TG costs $0.01 now. Dirt cheap. Problem: agencies sell them only in bulk, chase volume, quality dies. We said nah. We’d rather drop 50 k smart comments than 5 M bot grunts. Same #CPM , way better vibe. Working on a small platform to manage that—had a prototype back in 2020, dusting it off now.

Yes, people shout “launch your own token!”. Easy to yell, not cheap to ship. Marketing alone eats a house in Lisbon. If someone wants to bankroll it—DM is open. Otherwise we stay grey-label, keep the #DAO tight and anonymous. Gambling, adult, other “don’t tell mom” niches? Send them over. Anonymity is kinda the point.

One more weird insight: project owners aren’t in open TG groups, not in Discord channels, almost never reading #CoinTelegraph . They live in tiny DM loops, pure word-of-mouth. Great if you’re extrovert. If you’re not—hire us, we’ll go touch grass for you.

So yeah, 2025 starts like a paused video. I’m cool with that. Gives us time to stock coffee, sharpen the shill engine, and wait for the next round of ad bans.
