Crypto changes this paradigm. Clients and users will start to realize their value. Consumer brands will have to change completely their approach.</p><p>But… how?</p><p>Tokens enable a new way to interact between the brand and the clients. The concept of client will evolve to user. The concept of user and client will merge in a new concept: Community. Overtly known today in the crypto space, soon it will become normal that clients interact with brands through their Discord servers.</p><p>The figure of the user will start to take relevance. Users will help brands to grow awareness and branding without necessarily purchasing any products. Through the brand tokens, users will have a source of income and brands will externalize part of their marketing efforts through these ambassador users.</p><p>The most important concept and the disruptive change will be that users will benefit and reward massively from their actions without having to spend a dime on the brand. This will be revolutionary when Crypto becomes totally mainstream and merge with all consumer brands.</p><p>The incentives will be totally aligned between brands and users. The relationship between clients and brands will always exist, but users will be an essential part of the brand communities.
