On the morning of April 6, hosted by Chongqing funeral management center and organized by Chongqing Industrial and Commercial University Social Workers Association, the “feeling life, Thanksgiving life - Qingming campus life experience activity” was held in Chongqing Industrial and Commercial University. With the help of props, many participants were invited to “pregnant women, the elderly, the disabled, the dead and their relatives” to truly feel different life experiences.

The first part of the activity is the pregnancy experience. The staff tied and fixed about 10 kg of irrigation balloons on the abdomen of the participants to simulate the increased weight and area of the abdomen during pregnancy, so that the participants can experience the hardship and inconvenience of their mother’s pregnancy in October by picking up table tennis, tying shoelaces and going up and down stairs. One male experimenter said that he understood the greatness and difficulty of his mother through game interaction, while another female classmate said that she would take care of her mother as her mother takes care of herself.

The event also set up an experience for the elderly or disabled. The organizer tied wooden strips to the legs of the participants to simulate the common inconvenience such as the inability of the elderly’s knees to play. After the difficult walking and game interaction, the participants said that they would care for the elderly, understand the elderly and cherish the present time. Cover the eyes of the participants with eye masks, and let the participants experience the daily actions of the disabled by holding a blind stick through obstacles, twisting bottle caps with one hand, folding clothes, etc.

In the last part of the death experience, five participants were selected to play the “dead” and experience the “world after death”. The participants who played the “family members of the dead” stood next to the “dead” and read out the death notice. With the sad music, the whole audience fell into silence. A “family member of the deceased” actor shared her feelings when she separated from her second uncle. She recalled that a person who shouted to play cards in the morning never woke up in the afternoon. The elder white haired man sent the black haired man, which made her very sad. The activity made her recall the scene at that time and choked for a moment.

Through the five links of pregnancy experience, elderly experience, disability experience, death experience and remote missing, through the simulation of pregnancy, old age, disability and death, the experimenters felt different life experiences, shared their feelings on life, and called on everyone to cherish life and treat their loved ones well.

On the 6th, 25-year-old Japanese athlete murakaka took the second place in the women’s super slalom sitting position competition of alpine skiing at the Beijing winter Paralympic Games. Murakaka taojia is a “cross event expert”, who has made achievements in the track and field events of the summer Paralympic Games. And the “cross event master” in this winter Paralympic Games is not just MURAOKA taojia.

Four years ago, in the Pingchang winter Paralympic Games, murakaka won the grand gyration event and became the first Japanese female athlete to win the winter Paralympic Games since 2006. In Pingchang, she also won 2 silver and 2 copper, becoming the first Japanese player to win gold, silver and copper in a single winter Paralympic Games since 1998. MURAOKA taojia is not satisfied with this. In order to break the women’s track and field record in Tokyo, she participated in the Paralympic Games two months after she was a child. Finally, she ranked sixth in the women’s 100m event at the Tokyo summer Paralympic Games.

Coincidentally, Oksana masters of the United States, who won the women’s short distance sitting position group champion of the Beijing winter Paralympic Games on the 5th, is also a “double master” across summer and winter events. As one of the most comprehensive athletes in the history of Paralympic Games, the 32 year old has participated in the Paralympic Games five times (three times in winter and two times in summer) and won a total of 11 medals, including five gold medals. At the age of 13, masters began his first event rowing. At the 2012 London summer Paralympic Games, she won the bronze medal in the double rowing event with her partner in the Olympic debut. At that time, they trained together for only one year. After that, masters had to give up rowing due to back injury and switch to cross-country skiing in winter. 14 months later, masters advanced to the 2014 Winter Paralympic Games and won one gold and one bronze. In the 2018 winter Paralympic Games, masters won 2 gold and 1 bronze in cross-country skiing and 2 silver in biathlon in winter. Meanwhile, in the 2016 liyoxia Paralympic Games, masters also participated in the hand bicycle project and won the fourth place. At that time, she participated in the project in order to return to the rowing project as part of the rehabilitation plan. Unexpectedly, she won two gold medals in road cycling at the Tokyo summer Paralympic Games.

Masters’ US team mate Kendall gretcher has a similar experience. Greg suffered from spina bifida since childhood, focusing on triathlon. After learning that triathlon was not included in the 2016 Summer Paralympic Games, she changed to cross-country skiing, won the gold medal in the 2018 winter Paralympic Games and won the winter biathlon. At the Tokyo summer Paralympic Games, she finally realized her dream and won the championship in the triathlon she was best at. On the 5th, Greg won the bronze medal in the final of the women’s short distance sitting position group in the winter biathlon and boarded the podium with masters.
