Law firm RKB Partners plans to apply for a provisional seizure of Do Kwon&apos;s property and file a lawsuit against Do Kwon on fraud charges. It is understood that six lawyers from the law firm&apos;s capital markets legal team and intellectual property team are writing and reviewing applications for temporary seizure of property and complaints against Quan&apos;s chief executive. At the same time, investors decided to sue Do Kwon to the Seoul Metropolitan Police Department on charges of fraud and other charges in order to pursue civil and criminal responsibilities brought about by the plummeting virtual currency market.</p>]]></content:encoded>
