Here are the main things you should look out for when deciding to invest in nfts:

Does the development team act suspect if you ask them to doxx themselves through the proper channels? Can you even contact the developers?

Is the art a replica, crappy or just following a trend (apes, doodles etc)

Is the discord lively and does it have a clear roadmap with proof of the means to execute it?

Finally, if the Discord is active what are the people like in it? if you only see dumb shit like “when lambo” or “look floor lol” it’s most probably going to be a shitshow of a project.

With the emergence of social media influencers, there has been a rapid increase in people just following what other people say and not taking into account their own deep views of what they are investing in.
