"My favorite find this week" by @eloychaperon is an absolute masterpiece 🤩! I have been so happy finding so much embroidery art lately, but this one is really on a completely different level. There is such an incredible charm in simple line work when it feels this tactile, personal, and full of character. I love how it looks beautifully raw and handmade—it's like you can almost feel the texture of the thread on your own fingers.

But what completely blew me away was how turning this physical piece into a stop motion brought it to life in a way I didn't expect! The whimsical motion adds a dreamy, nostalgic layer that is so magical to watch. Beautiful work, Eloy! 👏🏻

"Hatchitecture" by @MoriYuzan is a breathtaking collection of generated architectural compositions that completely redefines how we look at cities. Every single piece is built with layered geometric lines and repeating, detailed patterns that create a cityscape that feels both incredibly precise and surprisingly organic.

What makes this collection so compelling is that the city isn't defined by solid, heavy concrete buildings. Instead, it’s built on overlapping textures, spaces, and rhythmic lines. It makes the cityscape feel light, airy, and alive—more like a vibrant network of human activity and connection than a cold collection of blocks. Incredible collection, Hamonshū! 🤩

"P⊙RTR∆ITS" is a stunningly beautiful exploration of human emotions by @cemhah that really touches your soul. At first glance, you see different colored particles dancing on the screen, but as they come and go together, they create dynamic human portrait silhouettes that feel so poignant.

The fluid movements of these tiny particles are incredibly fascinating. It feels like they are signaling micro-expressions—capturing those fleeting, secret feelings we don't always say out loud. Each portrait varies beautifully from person to person, showing a perfect, delicate range of human emotions. A truly beautiful and emotional collection, Cem! ✨

"Subconscious drift" by @yKanek0 is a mesmerizing mix of expressive brushwork, layered textures, and bold, vivid color contrasts. The composition feels so beautifully raw, energetic, and slightly mysterious all at the same time. It’s the kind of artwork that pulls you in and demands you to sit with it for a while.

To me, looking at this piece feels just like a quick, intimate glimpse into the subconscious. It captures that dreamlike state where memories, feelings, and fragments of our inner self drift in and out of focus, floating around without ever fully settling into one place. It is deeply atmospheric and haunting in the best way. Amazing work! 🌟

"Mind Spill" is an incredibly appropriate title by @lucclop because it is a perfect visual snapshot of a busy mind. When you look closely, there are dense layers of bold geometric shapes and loopy, vibrant ribbons of color weaving together. It builds a chaotic abstract composition that feels both wildly spontaneous and yet somehow carefully orchestrated.

It perfectly captures those days when thoughts, distractions, creative ideas, and quiet moments of clarity are all competing for your attention at once. Instead of feeling overwhelming, Luc turns that mental noise into something incredibly beautiful and relatable. What a great piece! ✨

It has been a minute, hasn't it?

Lately, I’ve been thinking back to when I wrote Crying Standing Up. It was an honest, scary moment of sharing how tough it can be to find courage when you're an illustrator, animator, or creative trying to navigate this fast-moving space. We are constantly told to keep creating, keep posting, follow the algorithms, and prep for the next drop or the next physical art market booth. It's exhausting.

Sometimes, the creative tank just empty. And that is completely okay.

The Honest Tea Time ☕

Let's be totally real with each other for a second. How are you actually doing?

When you're deeply embedded in the digital art and illustration world, it feels like everyone is constantly sprinting. You see beautiful art portfolios, massive booths at conventions, new collections launching, and you start to wonder if your slow pace means you're falling behind.

I’ve had days where my sketchbook stayed closed because the mere thought of drawing something "perfect" felt like climbing a mountain. When you make your passion your work, the pressure to make every single line count can freeze you in place.

If you are sitting there today feeling a bit overwhelmed, a bit tired, or a bit lost—I'm sending you the biggest creative-big-sister hug. You aren't falling behind. You're just human, and humans need to pause to gather their whimsy back.

Finding Courage in Tiny Steps 🌸

We talk about courage like it has to be this massive, cinematic event. We think courage is standing in front of a giant crowd, launching a massive collection, or successfully pulling off a physical market stall with zero prep panic.

But most of the time, real creative courage is incredibly quiet. It’s tiny.

Courage is opening your sketchbook to a blank page and drawing an incredibly ugly, messy scribble just to get the charcoal moving. Courage is deciding that you don't have to finish a whole digital painting today—you just have to block out a single color. Courage is choosing to put down your stylus, close the laptop, and rest even when your brain is screaming that you should be working.

When we break our giant creative fears down into tiny, microscopic steps, they stop looking like mountains and start looking like stepping stones. You don't have to figure out your entire career or your next ten art drops today. You just have to make one tiny doodle. Or even simpler: you just have to rest so you can doodle tomorrow.

My Go-To Regroup Rituals ✨

When my whimsy tank is dry and I need to reset, these are three small things I do to bring the spark back. Maybe they’ll help you today, too:

1. The "Ugly Draft" Rule: I open up a fresh layer on Procreate or grab a cheap piece of printer paper and force myself to draw the ugliest, silliest doodle imaginable. Taking away the pressure of "making good art" is incredibly freeing.

2. A Change of Scenery: I step completely away from my screens, walk down the street to grab an iced coffee or tea, and just look at the colors around me. No phones. Just tropical air, shifting shadows, and watching the world go by.

3. Cozy Inventions: I organize my real-world sticker stash or wash my paintbrushes. There’s something so therapeutic about arranging physical art supplies that gets my brain craving to use them again.

@frank_g_l's collection "Night Stroller" includes three pieces (as you can see in the post below), but my favorite is " Diners in Restaurant Window" 💫

I love the use of painterly technique on a digital form, each stroke creates an expression and emotion that develops into a magical atmosphere. It's like seeing a memory in your mind, somehow very detailed and vivid in its colors and ambience, but at the same time too blurry that you can't make out a face or an object. The warm colors of the awning seem to enclose you in a cozy hug, as you wander what stories the characters behind the large window seem to have. A beautiful and immersive piece, Frank! 👏🏻

"Unknown Abstraction" by @MJuventa is the kind of piece that asks you to interpret the meaning yourself. This piece plays with contrast and movement, layering bold black with soft peach and gray tones to create a dynamic, almost atmospheric effect. “Do It Scared”

There’s a saying that goes, “If you cry, cry standing up. If you cry lying down or sitting, you may not have the courage to get back up.” And there’s something so raw and honest about that. Because sometimes, life hits you in a way that brings you to your knees. It makes you want to give up, to curl into yourself, and just let the weight of it all bury you.

But here’s the truth: it’s okay to cry. It’s okay to hurt. It’s okay to feel everything. But cry standing up. Even when it feels unbearable. Even when you’re scared. Because crying standing up is a reminder that, no matter how broken you feel in that moment, you still have strength left in you. You’re still choosing to face the world—even when you’d rather collapse.

And that’s courage.

Courage doesn’t mean you’re fearless. It doesn’t mean you’ve got it all figured out or that you’re ready for what’s ahead. Courage means doing it scared. It means taking the next step even when you’re trembling, even when your legs feel like they’ll give out beneath you.

Psychologists call this “courage in motion.” When we act, even in the face of fear, our brains start to rewire themselves. Each step forward—even if it’s shaky—tells your mind, I can handle this. It builds momentum. And that momentum? It’s what keeps you going. It’s what helps you stand, cry, and still take another step.

But here’s the hard part: you have to choose it. No one can do it for you. No one else can make you stand when everything in you wants to sit down. No one else can walk through your fear or your pain. That’s yours. But the good news? You don’t have to do it all at once.

Sometimes “doing it scared” is the tiniest thing: making that phone call, opening the door, writing the first line, or simply getting out of bed. Those small moments? They matter. They’re proof that you’re still trying, that you haven’t given up. So, if you’ve made it this far into the post and you feel like life has knocked you flat, know this: you’re allowed to cry. You’re allowed to feel broken. But cry standing up. Because standing is a choice. It’s a promise to yourself that, no matter how hard it gets, you’ll keep going. Even if you’re scared.

Especially if you’re scared.

My hope for you all in 2025.. is to do things eventhough you are shit scared; be it taking that leap on that opportunity you dont think you cant do , or taking the time to invest in yourself and your own growth.

Whatever it is, do it scared.

For the longest time, we’re taught that life is a race. That success is a limited resource. If someone else wins, you lose. If they get ahead, you’re left behind. So we compete—for attention, for validation, for space. And it can be exhausting. You’re constantly measuring yourself against others, asking: Am I good enough? Am I doing better than them?

But here’s the truth: life doesn’t have to be a race. It’s not a zero-sum game. There’s enough room for all of us to grow, thrive, and create. And when we step out of that mindset of competition—when we stop asking, How do I beat them? and start asking, How can we work together?—that’s when real magic happens.

Think about it: competition builds walls. It isolates us. But collaboration? Collaboration opens doors. It connects us. When we collaborate, we combine strengths. We learn from each other. We grow in ways we couldn’t have on our own.

Psychologists talk about how a “scarcity mindset” fuels competition. It’s the belief that there’s never enough—enough success, enough opportunities, enough love. But when you embrace an “abundance mindset,” you start to see that there’s plenty to go around. Their win doesn’t take away from yours. In fact, their success can create opportunities for you, too.

Collaboration also makes life richer. When you bring different perspectives, talents, and ideas together, you don’t just get better results—you also form deeper connections. You build trust. You create something that’s bigger than yourself.

And honestly? It feels better. It’s exhausting to always be competing. It’s isolating to always feel like you’re in a constant tug-of-war. But when you switch to collaboration, you feel lighter. You’re not in a battle anymore—you’re part of a team.

So, the next time you catch yourself comparing, competing, or feeling threatened, pause and ask yourself: How can I collaborate instead? How can I support them, and how can they support me?

You might be surprised by what happens. Your circle widens. Your opportunities grow. Your work becomes more meaningful. And you realize something incredible: we rise so much higher when we rise together.

@Habibagreen's minimal realistic style of illustration is so captivating to me 😍In each of her subject she uses just enough colors to emphasize what's important. While the negative space is used to (ironically) give depth where colors just won't do. She expertly strikes a balance of portraying contradicting moods in her art 👏👏👏

@tinochchan's collab project with @ImSMIIIR is by far the one that I feel mostly connected to; you can feel the love and dedication that go into the creation of each piece 🩷 "25:00" is a pursuit of capturing fleeting but precious moments of sunsets, and what a successful pursuit at that! The fusion of each animation and audio created totally immersive pieces that are truly hypnotizing 👀✨

@marcelonada's generative art of visual poetry is definitely something you should look out for ✨His collection "Poema" is part of the visual poetry group show organized by @Atelier_Art_ and it "merges the algorithmic with the artistic, exploring the endless possibilities of typography and visual narrative without words." Another woman illustration for the win! 💯 This time by @_r0yart and the piece "Ouroboros" depicts what I imagine to be an out of body experience. The figure encircled by an ouroboros or the ancient symbol of a serpent eating its own tail portrays cycle of life or the transmigration of souls. What a powerful meaning and piece! ✨

@khwampa's art is surreal, majestic and colorful 😍 I love the small details that take you from one end to the other, but you also have to go back and forth to see what you missed; because most of the time, you'll find more and more details! For my birthday I wanted to make this drop extra special for all of you, as a thankyou for your amazing support during one of the toughest year of my life here is "Happiness for Beginners"

This animated piece is about the rollercoaster of emotions life throws at us. Sometimes, after facing tough times, we finally catch a break and feel happy. But then, just like that, we start thinking it won't last, or worse, that we don't even deserve it. This artwork is like the first step on learning to accept those happy moments, no matter how tiny, and celebrating them anyway. It's a reminder that we're all worthy of happiness, even when life feels like a struggle.

Doooo is exhibiting their Human Flesh Art Brand "Mother Factory" this november in New York over in Superchief Gallery. Prepare to be fascinated by the mind-bending art of Japanese music producer and DJ, Doooo. Imagine body parts turned into everyday objects; jaws that become coin slots, severed fingers transformed into stamps, and noses reshaped into shot glasses. Doooo's creations blur the lines between human flesh and the mundane, making the ordinary extraordinary. His bizarre journey began when he fashioned a human flesh MPC for an album cover, inspired by horror and sci-fi. Now, he's on a quest to show us just how intriguing our bodies can be, urging us to see the world from a whole new, and rather weird, perspective.

Here Eri explains her process through Collaborative AI. She uses Stablie Diffusion to create her subjects, recolours them and also generates oranaments that she porters to Blender to complete her piece 👏👏.

Shavonne is a Singaporean fashion photographer turned 3d Artist who has Co-founded one of the largest Asian NFT Art community known as NFT Asia! She on the Forbes 30 under 30 to artists to watch and keep an eye on!

Her latest work "Shimmering Veil," is a personal reflection on self-identity and the masks we wear in life. Through this piece, she beautifully captures the feeling of being an observer in her own life and the struggles of self-acceptance.

The shimmering veil metaphorically represents the facades we put on to protect ourselves from vulnerability and judgment. Wong's message is clear: true acceptance comes when we allow others to see through the veil, exposing our genuine selves, and if they accept us, it's an acceptance that goes beyond pretense and insincerity.
