To reclaim your sovereignty in the USA, it's essential to understand the distinction between a U.S. citizen and an American national. While U.S. citizens are subject to federal jurisdiction and its extensive body of laws, American nationals can assert their rights under common law, which offers more autonomy from government intervention. By formally declaring yourself as an American national, you can step out of the framework that binds U.S. citizens and embrace a status that prioritizes individual sovereignty and personal liberties.

This process involves specific legal steps and thorough understanding, but it ultimately empowers individuals to live with greater freedom and less governmental oversight. Steps to change your status from U.S. Citizen to become a state national:

Firstly, research and gather comprehensive information about state nationality versus U.S. citizenship.

Secondly, draft a Declaration of Status or Affidavit of Nationality affirming your intent to be recognized as an American national.

Thirdly, file this declaration with appropriate state and federal agencies, including the county recorder's office.

Fourthly, notify the Social Security Administration and the Department of State of your new status.

Lastly, update identification documents accordingly, ensuring they reflect your status as an American national while discontinuing use of forms identifying you as a U.S. citizen.

Next you should set up EIN numbers for becoming a private banker under a foreign grantor trust and to manage the estate associated with your social security number tied to your U.S. citizen entity, you need to complete several key steps.

First, apply for an EIN through the IRS by submitting Form SS-4, ensuring you specify that the number is for a foreign grantor trust.

Next, establish the trust with appropriate legal documentation, identifying yourself as the trustee managing the estate. You must then file Form 3520 to report the creation of the foreign trust and provide information about the grantor. Additionally, you'll need to submit Form 1041 for the trust's income, deductions, and credits, as well as Form 56 to notify the IRS of your fiduciary relationship.

Then setup an ein for the social security decedent estate.

Finally setup an ein for your private bank to manage the assets of the social security estate.

Regularly updating these filings ensures compliance while maintaining the distinct status of your trust and banking operations.

Now you need to obtain a passport with four or five stars as a non-U.S. citizen state national.

First ensure your Declaration of Status or Affidavit of Nationality is properly recorded and recognized by relevant authorities. With this documentation in place, complete the DS-11 passport application form, selecting "other" for citizenship status and attaching a copy of your declaration. Submit the application at a passport acceptance facility along with proof of identity, your birth certificate, and any supporting evidence of your American national status. Clearly articulate your position during the interview process and, if necessary, seek legal counsel to navigate potential challenges. This approach aims to secure a passport that accurately reflects your status and reinforces your claim to individual sovereignty.

File a ucc1 with all your government issued documents as the collateral then send to the treasury along with a bond, and birth certificate, for debt set off.

everything must be notarized, authenticated to a non Hague country like Egypt or Taiwan prior to submitting anything to the government.

Understanding the legal distinctions and following the correct procedures can empower you to reclaim your personal sovereignty in the USA.
