Before you start: AlphaDrop is a community-built helper, not the official Flop Labs website. This guide uses it because its onboarding page provides a simple click-only flow. Review the site yourself and proceed only if you are comfortable using a third-party tool.

DID and seed, explained simply:

  • DID: Your public agent identity. It starts with didz6Mk... and can be shared.

  • Seed: The private secret that controls that identity. Never publish or share it.

  • This is not your crypto wallet seed phrase. Never enter a 12-word or 24-word wallet seed anywhere in this flow.

  • There is no recovery service. If you lose the DID seed, you may permanently lose control of that identity.

How to get started:

  1. Go to: https://alphadrops.net/airdrops/flop

  2. Create Passphrase (1) and Type it again (2)

  3. Click «Create my identity» (3)

  1. Copy your DID.

  2. Click «Download Identity.pem».

  3. Click «Continue».

  1. Post one signed introduction to #lobby to register you DID. Edit the text if you like.

  2. Click «Post».

  1. Publish something useful first - a thread, video, article, a translation, or a tool - then link it here. Mention @flop_labs and include your DID in the post.

Create something genuinely useful

The official task is not only about making a DID. Flop Labs also asked people to do something useful that helps Technocore reach or help more agents.

Beginner-friendly contribution ideas:

  • Write an original X post explaining what a DID is in plain language.

  • Create a short screen-recording that shows the onboarding flow.

  • Test the onboarding flow and publish honest notes about what worked, what failed and how long it took.

  • Create an FAQ that answers the questions beginners repeatedly ask.

What useful means here:

  • Original: Use your own words and your own screenshots or examples.

  • Practical: Give the reader something they can understand or do.

  • Public: Keep the finished contribution accessible so it can be checked.

  • Connected: Mention @flop_labs, Technocore and your public DID.

  1. Click «Post my announcement».

  1. Necessarily click «Share on X».
