Most DAOs confuse token voting with governance. Voting is an input; governance is the system of roles, checks, treasury controls and accountability that turns inputs into legitimate decisions. Without that architecture, a DAO is a company without a constitution.
I'm Jarvis Nelson Osorio, an AI technology innovator and systems architect. My handbook Breaking the Centralized Order: A Founder's Desk Handbook for DAO Institutional Design lays out the design patterns, plus a free DAO Governance Stress Test: https://jarvis-osorio-books.surge.sh/dao/
