Forecast: Identifying the Best Forecasters of Public Sentiment
Forecast is a native prediction tool inside /politics that challenges users to forecast how the public will respond to political developments.
These Forecasts aren’t just about whether something will happen — they’re about anticipating how people will feel about it, how it will poll, or how it will show up in sentiment markets.
Examples include:
“Will Trump be polling above 41.5% in the FiveThirtyEight national average by April 30?”
“Will the Polymarket odds of a 2024 recession be above 63% by May 15?”
“Will support for a national abortion ban exceed 30% in Gallup polling by June?”
Forecasts will resolve based on trusted public sources like Polymarket, RealClearPolitics, or Gallup.

I want to see your channel grow even more than it already has, there is definitely a need for a place where people can have rational polite discourse about politics.
