After the launch of the bug bounty program with Immunefi, there has been significant contribution from the developer community who have helped look for bugs and vulnerabilities in the code. Security is the utmost priority for STP and the bug bounty program was essential to allowing the broader developer community to help with identifying and preventing potential bugs and exploits. Below are some of the results of the bug bounty program.
Over the past month, there were over 40 security reports and over 50% of all the submissions were rewarded. Up to now, the bug bounty program has awarded $5,800 (128,960 STPT) to 17 whitehat participants. The largest award was $1,000 and the average award was $340 per participant.
