SyFu is opening “Genesis Alliance,” a Discord channel exclusively for Genesis NFT holders.
This is a place to share not only what we decide, but also the why behind it — why SyFu chose this design, what kind of future we’re looking at, and the context and texture of the thinking that leads to our decisions.

Genesis Alliance is a space built on SyFu’s journey and perspective, where we align and deepen understanding as a community by sharing:

• the design philosophy behind the product and ecosystem

• the assumptions behind our marketing and go-to-market strategy

• the intent behind each announcement and update

Here, we may share not only confirmed decisions (Facts), but also our current sense of momentum and the direction we aim for (including ideas still at the concept stage).
These are hypotheses — raw thoughts that exist in the team’s head, including the founder’s, before any official announcement. Precisely because they are not confirmed information, we see them as a “compass for the future” that should be shared only with our most core holders.

We do not see Genesis holders as people who simply “use” SyFu.
We position you as those who understand the structure and philosophy deeply, and who support the project’s value from your own perspective — our “understanders” and “guardians.”

Until now, Genesis holders have been tied to roles closely connected to the core of the ecosystem, such as:

• the Super Early Access entitlement

• the design and distribution of MANEKINEKO Origin (Genesis lineage)

• special allocations that serve as starting points for the ecosystem, including Breed items and SFT

• priority access in collaboration NFT sales, etc.

Genesis holders will continue to play an important role within the SyFu ecosystem going forward.
Genesis Alliance exists so that we can share — most sincerely — with those who support the ecosystem, what we are thinking and where we are heading.

At SyFu, we value fairness through the principle of “organizing and delivering information openly to all users.”
At the same time, certain things are hard to fully communicate through conclusions alone, such as:

• constraints that form the foundation of our design

• strategic trade-offs (what we chose to give up in order to gain something else)

• the intent behind the sequence of our roadmap

Understanding the “Why” — the background and context — conveys the real meaning far more accurately.
Genesis Alliance is designed as a place to share and discuss the “story between the lines.”

Genesis Alliance is not a place designed to give only certain holders an advantage in gameplay.
To protect the health of the entire community, we will strictly follow these policies:

• Confirmed information that impacts markets or fairness will be released to everyone at the same time

• We will not share in advance any numbers or conditions that directly affect asset value or gameplay strategy

• We will not distort our policies for any particular position (we will always pursue what is optimal for SyFu as a whole)

Genesis Alliance is not a place to “know first,” but a place to understand deeper.

As an occasional “Founder’s Log (Voyage Log),” we may share and discuss topics such as:

• what sits behind SyFu’s design philosophy and decision-making axes

• the roadmap context of “why we’re doing this now”

As the project and ecosystem grow — and as the total supply of MANEKINEKO NFTs increases — its scarcity becomes relatively stronger.

Genesis is also not an item that directly affects in-game balance. It is positioned as a “god-like presence” that supports the ecosystem from the outside.
