SyFu Mainnet Beta is now live.
SyFu is a Web3 × FinTech project that turns real-world payment data into MANEKINEKO growth, GameFi experiences, and digital assets.
Beyond GameFi, SyFu is building toward Consumption Intelligence: transforming spending history into useful intelligence that can support future personal credit, credentials, and new forms of social value.
From One Webpage to Mainnet
SyFu began with a single webpage that shared a vision.
We opened Discord as development began and invited the community into the process from the start.
Together, we moved through three stages:

Test Alpha: Testing the foundations of the app and its gamified experience before connecting payment data.

Test Beta: Connecting real payment data and refining the full journey from everyday spending to MANEKINEKO growth and GameFi.

Pre-Mainnet: Excavating EVT with the community, unlocking key features, completing the EVT TGE, and preparing the ecosystem for Mainnet.
Along the way, SyFu completed several NFT presales, launched collaborations with companies and IP partners, and gained recognition beyond the community.
Our payment-data infrastructure expanded from Japan to more than 5,000 banks and financial institutions across 50 countries. SyFu also secured a patent in Japan.
At the Japan Financial Innovation Award 2024, organized by FINOLAB, SyFu was recognized in the Startup category and also received the Excellence Award.
Each of these steps brought us to Mainnet Beta.
The First Ecosystem Loop Begins
Before Mainnet, SyFu built the individual parts: payment-data connections, BIND, MANEKINEKO growth, and EVT excavation.
Mainnet Beta connects them.
Real-world spending enters the game. Resources are used. New MANEKINEKO and new generations are created.
Through the Marketplace, MANEKINEKO can reach new players or be used for lifespan recovery.
This is where SyFu’s first ecosystem loop begins.
Breed: From Growth to Generations
Breed is at the center of this loop.
It connects MANEKINEKO generations and lineages with EVT, Econ, TAIYAKI, and other in-game resources.
Your choices matter: which MANEKINEKO become parents, which lineages are combined, their P-rank — or Parameter Rank — the breeding conditions, and the items used.
High rarity and high P-rank are never guaranteed. Probability design and limited item supply help prevent rarity inflation while preserving scarcity and long-term strategy.
New MANEKINEKO can be raised, bred again, traded on the Marketplace, or used as lifespan-recovery materials. MANEKINEKO used for recovery are consumed, helping absorb NFT supply.
EVT and Econ used in the process also become resources for the next generation.
Most of the core Breed rules were already available on GitBook before Mainnet. The latest update adds more lineage strategy, including how nicks and inbreeding can affect P-rank and how players can think about different combinations.
Breed is more than executing a function. It is about reading lineages, planning generations, and building your own strategy.
The more you understand, the deeper the game becomes.

Mainnet Beta: Live Now and Coming Next
Mainnet Beta is a starting point, not a finished state.
Some features are already live. Others will roll out in stages as the ecosystem expands.
Breed, Lineage, and Marketplace
Players can now view the generation and lineage of MANEKINEKO born through Breed.
Lineage information is also available on the Marketplace, making it easier to search for MANEKINEKO based on growth and breeding strategy.
Right Scroll and Econ
Econ will be used when activating a Right Scroll and when extending an expired right to excavate EVT at a store.
These Econ uses will take effect with the next app update.
Payment Data Across Five More Asian Markets
SyFu has expanded payment-data connectivity beyond Japan to five more Asian markets:

Beyond GameFi: Consumption Intelligence
Mainnet Beta begins with a GameFi ecosystem loop centered on Breed.
But SyFu does not end with GameFi.
AI agents are beginning to compare products, make recommendations, and support purchases. In that world, search and chat history alone will not be enough.
What people actually choose and buy will become valuable context.
With each user’s permission, SyFu aims to turn real-world spending records into useful intelligence — context that can support better AI recommendations, future credentials, and personal credit.
This is Consumption Intelligence.
The goal is to make real-world spending history a trusted part of a person’s profile in the AI-agent era.
GameFi is the entry point.
Mainnet Beta is SyFu’s first major step toward becoming a trust layer for real-world consumption in that future.
