We have some exciting updates for you about past, ongoing, and upcoming events. But first, congratulations to everyone who participated in Trailblazers Season 2, and thank you for your continued support throughout this monumental campaign!

Season 2 Ending Date and the Reward Distribution

As you know, Season 2 will conclude on December 16th at 12:00 UTC. Please note that this time, the season will end at noon UTC, not midnight. On the final day, you will have 12 hours to complete your transactions. This adjustment is designed to ensure a smooth transition between seasons.

After Season 2 ends, we will begin the checking process to ensure fair play. This includes conducting a Sybil analysis with our third-party partner, performing an internal review, and then announcing the rewards. Rest assured, we will do our best to expedite the process and deliver your well-deserved rewards as quickly as possible.

When Will Season 3 Begin?

Season 3 will kick off immediately after Season 2 concludes. This means the journey continues, and you can keep climbing the leaderboard!

Starting December 16th at 12:01 UTC, Season 3 will officially begin. More information about Season 3 will be shared as we approach this date.

Liquidity Royale: TVL Masters Edition Will Continue!

At Taiko, we are committed to fostering a sustainable TVL that strengthens the ecosystem, builds user trust, and supports long-term development. By ensuring ample liquidity, we aim to deliver the best experience for everyone who chooses Taiko.

Liquidity Royale was a huge success! It significantly boosted TVL in our ecosystem, which has now surpassed the $400m mark, making our DeFi landscape more robust and enhancing the overall user experience. In light of this success, we’ve decided to extend Liquidity Royale into Trailblazers Season 3. Liquidity Royale will commence alongside Season 3 and run throughout its duration.

Liquidity Royale will be even bigger this time, rewarding the top 100 liquidity providers with 12,000 TAIKO tokens each, from a total prize pool of 1.2 million TAIKO tokens. Snapshots will begin immediately. Just like the earlier iteration, early liquidity providers will have an advantage, so strategize accordingly. If you participated in Liquidity Royale Season 2, there’s no need to withdraw and re-enter your fund. The Leaderboard will be reset for Season 3 and you’ll start earning points seamlessly.

The Lockdown Campaign Will Continue, Too!

Just like Liquidity Royale, we will continue the Lockdown Campaign, where users can utilize their TAIKO tokens on Taiko Drips and Symmetric for extra Trailblazers XP. Last season, there was a multiplier of up to 60x. This season, we are raising the stakes with a 90x multiplier from the very start of the season. So, if you want to gain an early advantage, don’t miss out! We will provide separate information about Lockdown Campaign Season 3. Stay tuned!
