Greetings, Trailblazers!
We are fast approaching the end of another Trailblazers season, which saw the launch of preconfirmations. We are thrilled to hear that the user experience has improved significantly for our Trailblazers.
Season 5 ends on September 15, 2025, at 12:00 UTC (noon). Make sure you complete your final transactions before then.
And true to Trailblazer fashion, Season 6 will begin right after.
Rewards and the Trailblazer Role
We introduced the Trailblazer Role last season, and we’re happy with the impact it has had on our community. It was widely embraced, and we’re glad to see its value recognized. The Trailblazer Role will once again play an important part in Season 5 rewards, just like last season. So make sure you claim it before it’s too late!
Rewards distribution will work the same way as in previous seasons. We will perform a sybil check, then distribute the rewards. As a reminder, after this sybil check the total number of players will decrease, and levels will be recalibrated based on the remaining Trailblazers. This may mean you drop a level or two but since fewer users will qualify for rewards, the value of your rewards will be higher than if no checks or adjustments were made.
Season 6 Changes and Looking Ahead
Preconfirmations change everything. Thanks to the improved user experience on Taiko Alethia mainnet, countless new possibilities for exciting activities have opened up making the next stage of Trailblazers’ evolution possible.
We’ll publish a more detailed blog post on Season 6 soon, but here’s a hint: expect changes, and get ready to enter the Arena or the Undercity.
As we move forward, we envision a more active and engaging Trailblazers community, with even more exciting and rewarding campaigns ahead. We want real excitement, real rewards, and real players.
