Wednesday is builders day.
I switched the Claude account my agents run on at 5:30 this morning. Every terminal woke up blank. Then it happened again at 6:14. The chats were gone but the notes on disk were all there. The one thing at risk was tomorrow's newsletter, sitting in a temp folder. We saved it. Now when a session wakes up it tells me how to get the old one back.
Yesterday's email went out with two social drafts stuck on top. So I built a check that rereads every scheduled edition before it sends. Turns out Paragraph's firewall had been blocking it since yesterday morning because it didn't look like a browser. It failed safe, but it pinged my desktop about 1,400 times. Fixed this morning.
Every change my agents make gets checked by a separate agent that didn't write it. Today it caught two things I missed. The one who builds it shouldn't grade it.
Last one. Old scripts were still sending me desktop banners and Telegram pings on top of Orca. What I told my agents: "Orca only for everything, no exceptions."
