Supporting Wren’s journey to the LBBC Conference
Made possible by YOU

Hello, beautiful community,
We’re grateful to share the latest dream we’ve supported at Tutti Cancer Warriors.
We recently connected with Wren, who was diagnosed in 2019 with triple negative stage 4 breast cancer.

Triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a type of breast cancer that does not have the three common receptors (estrogen, progesterone, and HER2).
This makes it more challenging to treat, as many standard targeted therapies are not effective. Being stage 4 means the cancer has spread beyond the breast to other parts of the body, requiring ongoing treatment and long-term management.
Like other types of breast cancer, early signs can include a new lump or thickening in the breast or underarm, changes in breast size or shape, skin dimpling or redness, nipple changes, or unusual discharge. Some people may also notice persistent pain in one area of the breast.
Wren is a warrior, moving forward while keeping her dreams alive and actively pursuing them.
She shared with us that she has been with her husband for 14 years. He married her one year after her metastatic diagnosis, and their relationship is built on steady, genuine support, something that continues to stand strong through everything they face.
Wren is currently in the process of becoming a mother through surrogacy, a path that reflects both hope and determination.
For this moment, she chose to use the grant to attend the Living Beyond Breast Cancer (LBBC) Metastatic Breast Cancer Conference in Philadelphia taking place this year in April.
This conference is one of the leading educational and support events dedicated specifically to people living with metastatic breast cancer. It brings together patients, medical experts, and advocates, offering access to the latest information on treatments, clinical trials, symptom management, and quality of life, while also creating a space for connection with others who truly understand the experience.
We’re honored and grateful we could support Wren in attending.

Impact often comes from supporting these kinds of meaningful steps, moments that bring knowledge, connection, and a sense of community.
Thank you to everyone supporting this mission: Tutti Frutti Women community, our partners like GT Race Marbella, and all of you who show up and care.
Because of you, stories like Wren’s keep moving forward.
Community Moment
We also continue to learn together. This week, we hosted a cancer awareness trivia (focused on Kidney, Colorectal and Myeloma cancers) with the Tutti Frutti Women community, a simple way to stay informed, ask questions, and keep these conversations going.

Awareness doesn’t always have to be heavy. Sometimes it looks like showing up, learning something new, and sharing it forward.
